Buffaloes stay on course to finish second

Green Buffaloes made headway towards securing second place and a 2008 CAF Confederations Cup berth after drawing 0-0 away to Konkola Blades at Konkola stadium in Chililabombwe.

Buffaloes are now three points head of third placed
Kabwe Warriors on 53 points with one more game before the second.

The Arny sides needs just a draw in their final league game at home against Young Arrows to secure their qualification to next years CAF Confederations club cup championship.

Warriors meanwhile lost 1-0 at home to a resurgent Power Dynamos whom are now fourth on the Faz Premier League table.

Power’s lone goal of the game was scored in the 43rd minute by Francis Kombe.
Meanwhile, newly crowned league champions Zesco United beat their predicessors Zanaco 2-1 in the two teams penultimate league game of the season.
Rainford Kalaba and Enoch Sakala were both on target for Zesco.

    It is not good failing to score at home and losing what is happenin in our league in other leagues there are many goals scored for instance the english premier league two games producin 11 goals Faz must solve this problem if our league is to be the best in africa

    Jacob Mulenga came in as a substitute in the 80th minute in Rc Strasbourg 0-3 away win over Osc Lille.Strasbourg moved to sixth in the French 1st division League.Jacob has at least been playing in almost every game ,though as a substitute since he joined Strasbourg.

    Jacob is in the right path, he is only 23 or so but the first Zedian ever to play in the french first Div as they call it, so he has the chance. Well done coach of Strasbourg, do not rush the boy but bring him on one step at a time, it will to Zeds benefit in the end, Cheers kemps and Born Rich, bai che we shall perform at AFCON, on this I am 100 % swuwa

    Justice it’s true one step at a time for Jacob.Hes only been at the club almost three months.The boy is doing well D.Drogba started his carrier in France for a team called Guingamp Fc.They are now in the French second division.Justice how did Chris fair over the weekend?
