Nawakwi vows not to be intimidated

Time Posted: March 29, 2010 1:34 pm

Forum for Democracy and Development FDD leader, Edith Nawakwi

Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) leader, Edith Nawakwi has vowed not to succumb to the intimidation of the ruling MMD following her sustained criticism of president Rupiah Banda and his government.

Ms Nawakwi said in an interview she would continue to be critical of the MMD leadership style.

The FDD leader described Vice president George Kunda’s remarks and for the African institute of democracy and good governance as empty for alleging that she has failed her party and members were calling for her removal.

Ms Nawakwi said it is clear that the ruling MMD has been threatened by her stability in leadership and the heat is too much for them to handle.

She said the assertions by Mr.Kunda that her party members would soon be petitioning her are false and only go to show that the MMD has started to porch some of her party members to destroy her political career.

She accused the ruling party of sponsoring a few members in the FDD who might rise against her and call for her to step down.

What i dont understand from Politicians and Zambians in general is that you can say all you want about someone of influence but then when those people say something about you they its intimidation/???:o:o Am seriuosly confused…Its like we all want to be heard but we dont want to hear what others have to say…ie everyone was calling FTJ names when he spoke out ati intimidation. When the Church speaks out it ok give a response ati no one will intimidate us not that i support any of this crap but if you are going to point a finger at other you better be ready for the other 3 fingers pointing at you and not cry that they only want to intimidate you.Its like pointing a finger half heatedly because you are afraid or hiding something or just dont have the bottle for the fight that gos both ways

And yes, Edith, I still remember how you were bank rolling your “husband’s children” ‘s school fees abroad, using govt. funds, Husband snatcher. I still remember how “big-headed” you became when Titus bought you that Volvo in the name of ministerial duties. Just crawl back under that small stone you came from. You “ate” enough. It’s RB’s turn. Afterall that’s what you all do!

If Nawakwi was such a nonentity and a “bad egg” why didn’t Kunda expose her when she was in league with RB during his presidential campaign? Allover a sudden, she is now an enemy of the State who deserves to be crushed by the State machinery? Just because she has “seen the light” and changed her mind about someone (Rupiah Banda) she thought would take Zambia to new heights, but he has lamentably failed? Politics is indeed a dirty game!!!

I eagerly await the demise of Kunda, he’s the most senseless lawyer i have ever seen or heard of. What ever he says nowadays stinks like rotten eggs and only interesting to fellow ‘dogs’ and the likes of Senior Citizen and his civil partner Mr Capitalist. He thinks he’s a sum total of all Zambian wisdom, he’s head is grown too big he’s starting to irritate everyone. If this is the kind of degree holders the NCC empty heads had in mind when they decided to include that shameful discriminating clause then it’s two steps backwards. He’s time is coming he won’t on annoying everyone at this rate for a long, infact sometimes i think RB would have been a good, rational, best ever Zambian President if he had good advisors or indeed if he had an independent mind.

Ms Nawakwi did herself irreparable harm by shamelessly supporting RB for President in 2008. By that act, she clearly demonstrated to all discerning Zambians that she lacked good judgment, one of the essential qualities expected in a capable leader. Much as we may sympathize with Edith regarding the virulent attacks from her adversaries (erstwhile friends), alas, she squandered much of the goodwill that she might have previously enjoyed. Might as well retire from politics!

Four surgeons are discussing who the best patients to operate on were.

    1. The first surgeon says, ‘I like to see Accountants on my operating
table because when you open them up, everything inside is numbered.’

    2. The second responds, ‘Yeah, but you should try Electricians!
    Everything inside them is colour-coded.’

    3. The third surgeon says, ‘No, I really think Librarians are the best;
everything inside them is in alphabetical order.’

    4. But the fourth surgeon shut them all up when he observed, ‘You’re all
wrong. Politicians are the easiest to operate on. There’s no guts, no
heart, no balls, no brain, and no spine, and there are only two moving

Nawakwi is the true prostitute, few days ago, she was busy campaigning for RB. Then awarded with one trip to Ethiopia, then ditched. All this time she was very quiet and happy. But after realizing that no more trips. she started attacking RB, calling him a butterfly. Her attack or comments might make sense, but she is not the right person. she is a finished politician, not worth any body’s comment.

Unlike BY, Cosmas Mumba and Siulapwa madam Nawakwi is streets better than these useless lot and ought to have sat back and give it a deep thought before endorsing RB in 2008. She miscalculated thinking as usual that we’re a sleepy nation she would make a quick turn around at a convenient time and nobody would question her judgement. It’s difficult to understand what qualities she saw in RB when the entire civilised part of the nation was totally against RB because he’s as transparent as jelly were able to see the rotten inside of RB. When she campaigned for Bwezani, he promised to bring her in from the cold to be the vice president but in typical Bwezani style, he stuck to his red lipped snake and what he is now experiencing is the wrath of a woman scorned. Thank you for making that clear.

“So what makes Senior Citizen so smart that Msana Wanzili cant handle?”

Well Senior Citizen understands political, economical as well as issues that have to do with law. The many times he has made posts pertaining to this, he has been attacked on a personal level by the likes of msana wanzili and others. If they cannot challenge him on the issues he brings up and choose to attack him on a personal level, it simply shows that they do not understand the issues he has brought up because the issues are beyond their scope.

And some words of advice, if you cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that Senior Citizen is Mr. Kangwa, you are committing libel and Mr. Kangwa has every right to sue.

Every one can understand political, economical as well as things to do with law,but that does not make them smart and too much to handle for the likes of Msana Wanzili
I doubt you can even come up with any meaningfull post that Senior Citizen ever posted on LT that was well researched,im putting it to you that he is not an economist, neither is he a political analyst, nor is he vested with any knowledge in law,He is a journalist, thats why he is a Press Liaison officer at the embassy in DC,cut and paste is like a hobby to him
I’ve proved to him beyond any reasonable doubt,i told you im not going to prove it to you.SIMPLES!!
I noticed you still ignoring my question, you dont have to answer it anyway, silence is sometimes a sign of acknowledgment. You reckon i can be sued, that would be exciting

My sister you have the capacity to be in government. You are far much better than most ministers in the current government. Just join the pact and assist Zambia to Move forward!!!!

#9, you are taking this hate thing too far. Now you want to see people dead? Honestly? Is this how desperate you are to see your one tribe rule over the 72 tribes of Zambia? You want people to die?

It is one thing to have faith in God the unseen but it is another to have faith in man that has looted the economy and taken lives in Zambia. Do you honestly think these opposition leaders have your interest at heart? If they do, where were they when Zambia was being looted under FTJ & Sata? You cant be a murderer today and then a pastor tomorrow.

You need to seek the strength of the lord to save you from the work of lucifer. It is demonic to wish someone dead regardless of how much you hate them. Our leaders were picked by God and they are his servants.

    Seek help!

Mr. Capitalist, please understand that the threat of tribalism is real. I see many educated people with bright futures looking only to see a president from their tribe rule over the rest. Satan has taken root in Zambia and he targets the weak. This is why PF is pro-bemba and UPND is pro-tonga. Jesus is for the rest of the 70 tribes who are united under MMD & RBB. So when you read the responses of Red Card or msana wanzili, you should know that they will deny being affiliated with political parties because they are actually tribalists whose intention is to dominate other tribes.

Just the other day i heard an educated Bemba saying “Bemba’s are the rightful rulers of Zambia.” A few days later i heard an educated Tonga saying “Its time for a Tonga to rule over Zambia”.

    No merit!

Voting for the pact is like voting for two demons sent by satan to dislodge the will of God. After all, RB only became president because he was chosen by God. Now we are seeing satanic ideas being peddled on this blog. Very sad indeed. I pray “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil”

Well if it is so easy to understand and the likes of Msana Wanzili can handle him then why choose to attack Senior Citizen on personal levels? If he is so easy to handle, why not challenge the issues he brings up? Why attack him on a personal level?

#65, Its because the truth hurts! This is why the weak attack personalities when there is nothing else to attack. It is a sign of weakness and is a clear indication of wickedness. It pains to be realistic and see that RB is going to get his second term. It pains to see that economic strides have been maintained despite the death of Levy. It pains to know that tribalism will fail to take root in our government come 2011 because because both the UPND and PF will fail to beat MMD & RB. Its all about the pain associated with evil intentions!

    @ #63 Mwangala

I think there is great merit in what you have said. It is suspect to see the kind of supporters the PF attracts. Here is a certain post by a PF cadre and I will paste it below here.

“I pray that Zambia goes the Rwanda way and your family be the first to be hacked.”Kalos2020, Civil society organizations alarmed and concerned at the arrest of Fr. Bwalya, Lusaka Times, May 13 2010

Now I don’t know if the guy is Bemba nor am I trying to label Bemba’s in a certain harmful way but it is surprising that someone can post such disgusting filth more especially in the 21st century. Already we have on this blog someone wishing for the demise of the VP Mr. G Kunda. The PF is becoming a scary party indeed and I worry for my country.

I voted for PF in the last election but after reading msana wanzili’s comments, I am affraid this whole thing is going to bring chaos to our country. I dont want to raise my kids in a war envionment. I think i’ll play safe and assure my family votes for continuity, stability and peace in 2011. We’re going with RBB & MMD.

This thing of wishing death to people like Hon. G. Kunda is both treasonable as well as evil. You cant hate your fellow Zambian so much as to wish him dead. Why hate your brother? Is this what God teaches?

#68, just the other day a security guard was beaten by PF cadres in Garden compound because they asked him his name and he replied “ndine ba banda”. They pounced on him and wired the poor chap. The cadres spoke Bemba only and accused the poor guard of moking them. They forced him to change his name and call himself Chilufya. When he agreed, they let him go and laughed.

Tribalism is real and it is being peddled by both PF and UPND. It has become the basis for the politics you see today.

Nawakwi can at least speak her mind! Unlike most bootlicking down right, pathertic dogs i hear and see, barking aimlessly and moving about like “headless chickens”, she has the guts to turn around and express her displeasure with the current phernominally poor leadership!.

Musana wa Nzili@ 9.Firstly, you are a heartless ,callous beast with warped reasoning. If this display of the person you are is a representation of family and society to which you belong then ,I am afraid ,you are a park of queer individuals who always move in the dark. I think you are yourself being haunted by the spirit of death. You should repent. I have seen some sense in some of these bloggs but I have seen nothing in what you have said apart from satanism. Who can listen to you monster….you do not belong to the family of humans ; you are an animal…who should be culled. Shit!

I really dont understand how some people think.Nawakwi is trying to point out some issues which are supposed to be put into consideration by the gorvenment then you start calling her names. She is simply talking about NATIONAL ISSUES which will benefit each and every Zambian. If the clinics dont have medicine who is going to suffer blive me most pipo are going to suffer and they are oredy suffering.Lets contribute things which will bring development cause we are really behind.
