Machila cautions young people

Share

Livestock and Fisheries Minister Bradford Machila has cautioned young people in the country not to be swayed into voting for leaders that have no agenda for them as the country heads towards the general elections.

Mr. Machila says it is important for young people to scrutinize leaders and take into consideration their track record of good governance before giving them a vote.

ZANIS reports that speaking when he addressed youths in Mongu during the Western Province youth indaba, the Minister stated that the MMD government is the ideal choice for the youth in this year’s election because of strides government has made in uplifting their living standards.

Mr. Machila urged the youth to be careful with leaders especially from the opposition whose main objective is to use and exploit them in order to get to power.

He said it is imperative for the youth to exercise caution and ensure they vote wisely, saying the decision they make today will not only affect them but the future generation as well.

And Mr. Machila has urged the youth to be wary of the scourge of HIV/AIDS for them to continue contributing effectively to national development.

He said government is depending on the young people to push the development agenda of the nation hence the need for the youth to guard their health jealously.

  1. Indeed Mr Machila you did well to advise the youth not to vote for selfish and visionless leaders like RUPIAH BANDA who is just interested in making his sons and friends rich. Thank you

  2. We all know that Bradford is the biggest homosexual in the corridors of power and he loves taking photos of naked little boys.We would appreciate it if Bradford could give us his personal opinion of Zambia being a Christian nation and his views on homosexuality. In the UK he was involved heavily in homosexuality when he was a Student .What has he done for Kafue as an MP and Cabinet Minister? He is the Zambian version of Barry Moore. Once gay , always will be homosexual. Please shut your mouth you faggot

  3. That’s right Bradford come to PF before it’s too latet. Caution yourself correctly youngman

  4. Bradford if the living standards of the youths had truly been “uplifted” by MMD you would not have to make such statements. Unfortunately you need to say these lies to them because you have failed

  5. Bradford likes taking it in the bum! What a shame; a handsome rich dude like him could have any p_ussy he wants but oh no, it’s bum bum for life.

  6. its amazing how some people can be so jealous of an accomplished young lawyer like machila. intellectausl, our country is full of rumours and the media you should be relying on is in fullbusiness of kachepa, not giving you facts. i wanna investigate this machila story but its a waste of time, this guy is a possible president and some wants to discredit him. are u going to have stories for everyone who is simply brilliant?
