51. More often than never,, Zambian men confuse skin color to beauty. I remember a good friend of mine who would not date a very beautiful (in my view) dark skinned women solely because of her complexion. In his words, “she is too dark.” This is the guy who had to brave the snow to and walk miles across the border to go pop a Mexican Jezebel. Women suffer the same fate, they think anything white is better than us blackberries. One I know has had this misfortune of getting involved with whites that dies shortly after the marriage has been consummated. Call her a serial widow. I don’t know when we will get wise.
