Ignore Nevers Mumba, Kabimba tells President Sata

Patriotic Front Secretary General Wynter Kabimba

Patriotic Front Secretary General Wynter Kabimba

Patriotic Front Secretary General Wynter Kabimba has advised President Michael Sata not to pay attention to people like Dr. Nevers Mumba who have been trying to attack him, but instead focus on leading the country to greater prosperity.

Mr. Kabimba said that Dr. Mumba is on record of betraying his own party the defunct National Christian Coalition after he was offered a job by the then president Levy Mwanawasa.

Mr. Kabimba has also urged PF members at all party levels to ensure that they defend the good cause of the party in the country.

Mr. Kabimba told a media briefing that PF members should assert their authority and not allow any one to intimidate them on the basis of their party affiliation.

And Mr. Kabimba has again reminded Henry Banda’s lawyer Robert Amsterdam that evil will never prevail over good adding that what the people of Zambia want from Henry’s alleged corruption cases is for justice to prevail.

He has wondered what kind of a lawyer Mr. Amsterdam who he said takes pride in defending people who have allegedly caused crimes against their states is.

Mr. Kabimba has further wondered why Henry Banda son of the former president Rupiah Banda is running away from mere investigations.

He added that the threats by the Mr. Amsterdam that he will finish the PF will not change the status of Henry as a wanted person and has since reminded the international lawyer that PF was voted into government by majority Zambians.

I thought at some point someone said CC3 was wasting his time with his programme. Later he was taken to court. This is just hot air. I think NM is proving to be a pain in the wrong places.

Focus on improving Zed is good advice. Perhaps more time should be given to speak of that than worrying about Mumba or Amsterdam. Mumba has his own tnternal battles to focus on and Amsterdam wants to win before there is anything to win. None of you will be tolerated if the people deem it is not in their interest to support you. Focus on your individual jobs.

I do not know about you guys but I can smell sone whiff of fear in thius, and quote: “Kabimba said that the threats by the Mr. Amsterdam that he will finish the PF will not change the status of Henry as a wanted person and has since reminded the international lawyer that PF was voted into government by majority Zambians”. Kabimba is usually not the one to take it sitting like this, what is it this Amsterdam knows about the PF that has all of a sudden made this little prick curl back in such a stinking fashion? I honestly smell something very fishy hear! If I hear the govt has dropped the charges, I will not be surprised.

I love my fiance but I do not understand why he is spending some nights away without good reasons, How do I confront him without upsetting him?

    Thanks

Thats very sad my dear Mushota. Thats a bad sign by your fiancee that he is up to something. Are you sure you havent had a tiff to enable him start shunning your home. Do you live together? Dont be quick to judge him, take your time and be patient he might just come around. If things persist give me a call on +447405924848, the we can talk. I live in Surrey, London – UK.
Nevers Mumba is not a factor anymore in Zambian politicks. Ignoring him would be the best thing to do so that he has no platform to talk. He ll never be president of MMD or Zambia.

He is simply saying that he is tired of you and would rather be somewhere else or with someone else. His behavior is typical of what is called “non verbal communication” and is very common in men. Women would rather sit down and talk about things whilst men show it more in the way they act rather than verbalizing it.

Relationships that thrive are ones where there is honesty and openness. There is something bothering him and he is not coming clean about it. It is for your own good that you confront him directly so that you know where you stand as far as he is concerned. Sorry madam.

Mr Kabimba has always buffled Zambians with his views about fellow lawyers. The UK lawyer Mr Amstredam defends individuals and parties that suffer injustice from tyranny govts world over. Kabimba alludes that to be criminal not fit for any worthy lawyer. His fellow Zambian lawyers have represented corrupt individuals, thieves, and imoral acts beyond any reasonable lawyer worth their profession. Few have declared interet and rescued themselves. All because of greed for money lawyers recently are questionable even by their own LAZ has lost respect. Kabimba should worry how PF funded their elections which lawyer Amsterdam has information on and adds that Dr Mahtani of Finance bank funded the elections of PF. Small wonder Finance bank was quickly returned to Mahtani without due deligence. Zamb

Kabimba has become Ukwa’s roteitler! Word of advise; you can ignore Nevers at your own peril. The balance of popularity is sliding against them, except Kabimba still buries his head in the sand and tries to convince his colleagues that they are still riding the “popularity wave”. You will bow out in disgrace. The writing is on the wall.

#30, I hope you’re wrong. We need a modern president, the likes of Dambisa Moyo who can sit on any table with anyone and discuss intellectually. That is the only way Zambia will rise expeditiously. We’re in different times where a president’s relationship with other leaders on the global stage has a direct consequences on the domestic welfare. Zambia needs to move into the future.

Be forceful as a govt and have mother f extradited back to zambia. U should understand that if you present sufficient ground which I’m assuming you do, S Africa will be more than happy to help. Echo SG. Nevers has never been and will never be a threat to PF or Sata. What threat? And those saying the PF has failed to governing citing the depreciation of the dollar as an example are the ones who have failed to reason. Lets be real, do you know what would have happened if MMD was running this country and the kwacha had depreciated to these levels – the first thing they would have done thru ERB is to adjusted the fuel pump price and we all know the spiral effects of such a move. This government has not done that. Why? because it knows where it wants to be.

What kind of lawyer is Kabimba? He wonders why “Amsterdam takes pride in defending people who have allegedly committed crimes against their state”. Thats what lawyers do! The crimes are ‘alleged’, thus not proven. Doesn’t he remember his legal basics – like innocent until proved guilty? He appears to be advocating the very thing that goes against the thread of ensuring that if one has to be condemned, it has to be because they have been subjected to due process and the evidence against them adequately and without doubt finds them to have been in commission of the said crime(s) Shockingly, for a man who lays claim to being an accomplished lawyer, this smacks of a soul that either did not understand his calling, or cannot have the entrenched cadre uncivility removed from his blood.
