  1. EXCELLENT! WORKING WITH THE TRADITIONAL LEADERS WILL EASY WAY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS. THEY MUST BE INVOLVED AND IN THE PROCESS BE EDUCATED ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENTIONS. WAY TO GO BA PRESIDENT.

  2. Yes thus the way campaign through these tuma chiefs , give more envelopes so that they speak you name in their chiefdoms. Although you have stayed at home for a long time now, make a trip to bring investors, when you stay for too long u have no choice but chat with chiefs talking about witchcraft, how u should be smeared powder to protect u from new parties like mulongoti’s, magande etc

  6. Did Sata have police permit to meet with the chiefs or that only applies to Mumba and his MMD MP’s? Zambian politics is vindictive and really stinks.

  7. It is not enough to be seen doing good, it is enough to simply do the good. Pretences is cosmetic and eventually erodes self respect. Mean what you say and say what you mean. Simple logic!
