Burkina Faso Coach Modest Stays About Chances

Share

Burkina Faso coach Paul Put remains cautious ahead of the game against Zambia despite enjoying his teams’ advantage.

Burkina Faso leads Group C on four points from two games, two more than their opponents who have stuttered to two draws in Group C.

“It is not an easy position to face Zambia but I think the heart and the passion and the will on the field will make the difference,” Put said.

“We know and respect Zambia.

“But the quality of our team is the collect effort of the side in this game.”

A draw will be enough for Burkina Faso to advance to the last eight for the first time in 16 years.

  1. We have already screwed up. We failed to beat ama kula ba Ethopia even though we were 11 vs 10. Chisamba Lungu’s blunders are primary school level. The coach did win the cup last time but this time he even failed to decide who should be the first striker. Those misses by Chris Katonga are terrible. The big question is who gonna score the goals. Chris and Chisamba should not start. Let Jacob and Mayuka start upfront. Repalce Chisamba with the young boy from Power. It will tricky and to be honest we can draw this one as well cause we are not used. Just when we lost 2-0 in Sudan things have never been the same. Where is Kola, Fwayo? And why is William not being played???? Wake up iwe coach. Winning is 2012 is now past and is no longer anyones pillow twakana

    • indeed Zambians national team chipolopolo will make my day to day once keeping on and once dying for.hence Zambia will win 2 and bukinafaso nil.fight Zambia ,fight Zambia keep your cup higher than the skies.

  2. Burkina Faso are bubbling with confidence because our game is rusty and crappy. Our division three French league coach has no idea how to come up with a victorious combination.
    ooOOh God help us!!

  3. It is strongly rumoured that kalu is interested in kickbacks from the youngstars coz he tells them that the cant be in the team without him.

He is now dictating to HR which players to feature and the substitutes to play.

Wait see tomorrow, Katongo will be there as he is Kalu’s favourite when it comes to kick backs

    • my dear leave kalu out of this ,how do you feel atacking someone who doesnt fight you back.be sober minded and think like your age

  4. I strongly feel tomorrow’s match will be won in the first half, with Zambia pumping in 2 goals before the break. Final Score; Zambia 3 Burkina Faso 1. Our 2 goals in the first half will be critical…!!!

  5. Ba LT am asking myself if your heading of this story is grammatically correct; ” Burkina Faso Coach Modest Stays About Chances” or is it “Burkina Faso Coach Stays Modest About Chances”….. Whatever!LOL!

  6. He should have called Clifford Mulenga ,the boy would have been bursting with energy to prove a point to our advantage. Not the same Katongo who thinks we can not do without him.

  7. Forget about Clifford, i hope will ware the yellow jersey. The yellow jersey is better and a lucky jersey, remember Ghana vs Zambia in 2012

  8. If Katongo and Chansa play we can return to our old system of supporting “Ghana”, “Ivory Coast” and maybe “South Africa”……

……and if you are a Bemba speaking CB dweller or an ordinary Lusaka person, Manchester United.

  12. People of Zambia, let us not talk of players that are not in the camp.we must just support our players who are present that side.we have enough ammunition in south africa.Herve must just ensure that he starts with the best ones.otherwise the game will be very tough.Another thing i can advise my brothers, please we must accept the results for tonight game.we must go to the airport and give those guys a thunderous welcome.its not easy to play at the afcon with some of these big teams.Remember,we have about 53 countries fighting for this trophy. We thank God he gave us our time to have the feel of the cup right in our home soil.Lastly,i wish the guys all the best as they take on the Burkinabies.

  13. Instead, you may really feel groin Pain or Pain in the middle of your thigh.
It also trains a stronger core which in turn gives assistance
and adds reinforcement to the lower back.People suffering
from this type of Pain uncover it hard to lie down
on the side that is hurting, the movement of rolling
more than is also hard. When a joint is overused or when it stays beneath pressure or tension for extended periods
of time, nearby bursa can come to be inflamed. This curvature can be at the upper middle back or the lower back.
Like many holistic Pain management therapies, it is deemed to be protected, and can be rather powerful.
One of the main causes for Pain is a problem with the fluid-filled sacs
that help the joint move smoothly. This results in poor muscle control and poor…

  14. Zambia must be more agressive infront of the goal… I also want Chris K to start on the bench once zambia has rapped up the game…

  15. The main idea to purchase a blood pressure monitor is because you want a fast and accurate machine that you can easily operate at home. You want something that straps on and with a push of a button reads and finishes the reading in less than 3 minutes. That’s the standard you want to put up.
