FAZ Super Division side Power Dynamos are said to be courting ex-Nkwazi coach Oswald Mutapa Jr as the future of Beston Chambeshi at Arthur Davies remains uncertain.
Sources close to the development say Power have begun talking to Mutapa who is a police officer.
Mutapa was fired by Nkwazi late last month.
“Power have been talking to Mutapa and we may see him taking charge of the team as early as this Saturday when Power face Forest Rangers,” the source said.
Power is the second club Mutapa has been linked with over the last two weeks since his Nkwazi dismissal.
Konkola Mine Police were last week reportedly chasing the ex-Zambia Under-20.
Meanwhile, Chambeshi’s life at Power has remained uncertain following his team’s unconvincing start to the 2013 season.
The Kitwe outfit are 11th in the Super Division with 10 points after eight matches.
A strong rumour surfaced on Monday suggesting that Chambeshi had been fired but both club chairman Owen Silavwe and the coach himself denied the rumour.

I might not know the conditions of the contract but generally if your contract is terminated you must be compasated so I wouldn’t advice him to resign but wait for the termination of his contract so that he can have more money in his pocket. Imagin being paid what you were supposed to be paid in say one and a half years at once! Sometimes it is sweet to be fired.
