    • Terrible pictures.

I will send pictures about scotland and all you lot will know why
Its better to live in Europe than elsewhere

I am now told VISAS are hard to come to Uk , so really people in anywhere but UK living abroad have either been refused entry or been deported

Saying that Frank Bwalya’s delusional with the red card is beyond a joke. Someone whisper that to him. #sad

      Thanks

    • Ba Mushota, you mean all living anywhere else apart from UK are “not thinking properly”? Did you include those in Australia, USA Germany, France and here in South Africa?

Well, even some of those living in Zambia despite the challenges are living far much better than some of you guys. understand the world iwe Mushota. You may find some of those conditions in India and South America and elsewhere. Happiness does not constitute in what you think ba Mushota for everyone.

For your grand mother in your village, she would rather stay in a village where she has direct touch with nature-the soil than in a concrete jungle where you have to go to a zoo to see a chicken.

We can not all be in Scotland f**l, oh sorry, most educated lady in your f****y, sorry, world hahahahahah….

    • That’s not your country Mushota. You are one of the brats that look for beautiful places, instead of making your own places (countries) beautiful.

    • My point is, 90% of people living in diaspora anywhere but the UK would rather be in UK
I mean we (The British) liberated Zambia.

Again the best education institutes are in the UK unravelled and unchallenged. Look at the best education institutes which is
What the MAJORITY leave Zambia for, you will realise that they are in the UK, unless of course you went to Harvard University
Which is a miracle on its own

I am not knocking Zambia, and the pictures which are decent( reflection of where Zambia is economically) suffer comes to mind.

It is like men playing football in England, or Ukraine, China South Africa, Sweden , Australia, USA, are you insane?

The UK is no 1 , and if you had a choice you would be here, but you can’t, either refused entry or deported.

      Thanks

    • What’s this rambling about the UK? Most of us have lived there and it’s no secret how hoplessly muddled, boring and tedious the place can be. Otherwise, how do you explain the scores of Brits that have left the cold, grey island in favour of sunny places like New Zealand, Australia, The Caribeans and even Africa?

Please apply some brakes to your mouth before you go down History as the most horrible, brainless, boastful, arrogant, pathetic, silly, full of vanity & biggest pain in the backside of LT bloggers that has ever lived.

  1. The people in picture 22 and 24 are the worst hypocrite. We are in this mess because of their lies. They used the church to promote a fellow Catholic who is now failing the whole nation. Where are the Catholic Bishops with their pastral letters? Why is Archbishop Telesphore George Mpundu and the entire ZEC so quiet about all the injustices happening in the country. A true prophet does not just become an introvert.

  2. It is good to see Zambians unite to demand for a constitution, I hope the whole entire govt would stop and paralyze operations! Sata has lost too much weight he looks sick and depressed, I guess he is feeling the pressure too!

  3. What i have been impressed with is the development of printed placards in Lusaka rather than written one’s as still seen in Kasama. A year ago and before people only used to have written one’s but now it looks like our protesting people have improved. That’s a good sign.It shows how serious people are to develop our country.

  4. What’s all this hype about life in Kabwata? Kabwata seems to be a special place in Zambia. I don’t understand.

    Solola Bye!

  5. for once I agree with mushota about the pictures. too much filth and dust in lusaka is making the people more darker. let them visit the uk, usa, australia, germany and NZ and they will know that our so called towns and cities are just villages

  6. The pictures in the Cathedral needed better lighting/arrangement.

Not too bad after all. There’s always room for improvement and we are also privilledged to be given a free glimpse of events at home without travelling… I’ve got to say thanks.

  7. Pic # 1 Soldiers man-handling citizens like that raises red flags for me. The country has enough police officers I thought? What is the country turning into?

Anyway, good to see mothers demanding a ‘legal framework’ on the other pics. shows progress in other aspects of life in Zambia!

  8. Picture # 9 speaks volume Mwe Bantu. Comment reserved. Too many political parties around. Whats the main objective of each one of them. That church is indeed the main foru to discuss issues and think as one country

  9. Kabwata was a very beautiful suburb when I first moved to Lusaka in 1968.

The dilapidation and state of disrepair is unbelievable.

We needed to get our democracy while keeping development going upward.

  10. Kabwata pics,a true reflection of zambians. We don’t have an eye for detail, aesthetics, lack of work ethic and no respect for precision(which is why africans can’t keep time)

  11. MUSHOTA, I CAN’T LIVE IN UK BECAUSE FREAKING PLACE IS VERY OLD FASHIONED. AND JUST TOO SMALL FOR MY LIFE STYLE. BESIDES THE BRITS HAVE ENEVR BEEN IN MY HEART INCLUDING THE SCOTTISH.
