Ronald Kampamba set for Nkana return

Nkana striker Ronald Kampamba has been certified fit to face Roan United this Saturday in a FAZ Super Division Week Four game at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.

The 2013 top scorer on 18 goals has been out of action since returning from Egypt on March 30 with Nkana.

Kampamba limped off with a hamstring injury just after 50 minutes played in Nkana’s 5-0 loss away to Zamalek in Cairo two weeks ago in a CAF Champions League last 16 final leg tie.

“He has been able to train fully and I think he is well,” Nkana coach Masauso Mwale confirmed.

“I am very, very happy because he is an important player in the team.”

Kampamba ‘s return means Mwale attacking worries have been eased as Nkana head into their first home league game of the season.
