  1. Its not fair to relegate 1st tier losers to second tier. Like in Europe if they qualify for champs league but prove not good enough for Champs league, they wont play Europa. Good luck to Nkana though. Pls use Levy stadium not that mudy grazing ground you call chilata. If the idea is to make it difficult for your opponent, clearly this has not worked as Nkana has not produced any good result home.

  2. It is good for Nkana to play with more civilized teams than their fellow Bamako or Congo Brazaville ones, whom they can easily pick a fight with.

  3. Wil stil fry out of this mother land Zambia, and stil impress loving soccar fans of this great Nation including POWER FANS. Wil pray those clubs wth dgnity been 12 TIME CHAMPION its not easy.

  4. A good diet and exercise will keep the testosterone levels high and hence aid body
building. Remember, it is wise to consult your doctor before starting any self-help
regimen(s). As a new aspect observe, there are generally individuals who make reference to
many regarding these prescription methods because “natural” while people feel
natural androgen hormone or testosterone needs to result from specific issues like diet plan, herbs,
and non-prescription implies to have the system to
create much more of an androgen hormone or testosterone.
