PRESIDENT KABIMBA SHOULD GIVE US THE CONSTITUTION ROADMAP NOW THAT HE IS IN CHARGE OF STATE HOUSE.
The Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) is asking His Excellency President Wynter Kabimba to give the public the Constitution Roadmap now that he has the instruments of power in his hands.
President Kabimba told us that only the President could give the directive to release the Draft Constitution to the Public. And now that he has been given the rare honour and privilege to preside over the Presidency of this land we challenge him to use his authority to release the Draft Constitution to the public without any delay.
It is equally important that we have a new Constitution that should clearly spell out the line of authority because with our current Constitution anyone can act as President so long he has been given written authority to do so. This is a lacuna that should be addressed because the Presidency being the highest office of the land cannot be reposed in individuals in such a reckless manner.

Face life from a dark-side, if Sata got involved in an accident, can he allow Kabimba to go on national TV to announce his ———–? Who will attend a funeral organised by Kabimba? This is why The Sata family is also insulted.

Edith, you will have to wait until Kabimba has got his hands on the RDA money and transferred it to his personal BANK ACCOUNT. Until then he is not interested in stupid things like a DRAFT CONSITUTION!
Acting President! It is important keep that in mind and emphasize the acting capacity.
As far as I know Chikwanda has taken over Acting-presidency, and will not travel to AU meeting. There is no way he can allow Kabimba to announce if anything happened. But I will not be suprised to see Sata at the summit. 1 week of intensive feeding and dialysis is good enough to give him so much energy to about for another 1 month.
And where was Chikwanda & Edgar to allow such a reckless handover of country to such a stray minister?
