He cited the completion of the communication tower by the Information and Communication Technology Authority (ZICTA) for having made tremendous improvement to Communication system in the area, which has enabled people to access internet and all mobile phone networks.

    • You don’t swear people in, Go on working Holiday, Go and see your Son at the Hospital, disembark off a chopper unaided and enjoy one hell of a birthday if you are enjoying poor health

I trust a white-man in Scott what he says

      Mr Sata is fine

I swear he is, I am willing to be anything he is fine

      Thanks

    • ati sata is back! back from where??? and why is he enjoying good health now???? has he not been ejoying good health all along??….. i want to see him in mangango with whatever he is enoying in his mouth unaided!!!!

    • We know he is. His new colostomy bag is working just fine and he is now learning to empty it himself. Talk about karma! The people of Zambia have no toilets and he is succumbed to emptying his urine and feces with his hands before flashing!

    • @Dalitso no matter how much you dislike a person do not poke fun at his/her illness. This is what Sata did to Mwanawasa and George Kunda but I guess now he realizes that ill health can affect anyone including himself.

    • PF Cadres are the stupidest people I have ever seen in my whole life.

They are hooting and celebrating the sick water snake that “appeared” (stil pics) today after 41 days of illness????

I wonder what kind of celebrations they’ll hold when (if) he one day appears in public….

      Thanks

    • Sata is not an ordinary man. Once you understand that, then you will never talk about him dying soon.

    • Its a shame really, even ZNBC produced the same still pictures as if there is no ZNBC state house correspondent sure.

    • I am not being funny but I am interested in knowing what pro-Sata bloggers have to say if they were to assess objectively and critically the behaviour our head state has portrayed over the last few weeks. While the veep says the PF want to talk less and work more, he and the head of state owe it to the Zambian people for being put in office. If we put them in office, then we expect them to act as leaders and boost investor confidence.

If Sata has been healthy all along, then why has he not bothered addressing the nation when there was public outcry to know his health and whereabouts? Leaders assure their followers and not just ignore them. I think we need to learn to look at issues objectively and not just follow what someone says by virtue of their skin colour.

    • @Ndobo, man honestly you are up to make the PF hang themselves. Truly Ba Sata never ever missed any parliamentary bye-elections. If he miss this Mangango, then he may miss Presidential bye-elections too.

  1. please concentrate on developmental issues bwana vice president,we want to talk progress only, ignore time wasters.

    • This is the same man who in parliament referred all queries on the Presidents’ health to State House. But why is he commenting now. These are the people who are doing harm to the President.

  2. More fabrications about Sata’s health. Sata is not healthy. If you people really care ask him to step down. The still pictures of him swearing-in officials does absolutely nothing to dispel fears that he is in a precarious state of health, and there’s no malice in that.

  3. Amazing! A simple question as to where the President was had to take so much effort to answer and convince his electorates. A celebration has ensured just for him to be photographed, after 40 days from the public eye, for a simple task as to ask his appointees to hold a bible and repeat after him that they are to the task and promise to serve us in accordance to the national guidelines. If this is the simple fit we expect of our head of state to perform and he is our hero, we are frighteningly a long way to appreciating a good standard from those among us that volunteer to govern us a nation.

    • Well said! We are supposed to be celebrating 50 years of independence in less than three months. In this very important year, the president as head of state should be touring every part of the country promoting national pride and unity. All this should be a prelude to a celebratory and unifying event at Lusaka’s independence stadium in October. Instead, we are playing hide and seek with a suddenly voiceless and venomless cobra and celebrate when he appears in public for less than an hour to carry out simple duties he should have done weeks ago!

  4. If he is enjoying good health then he is a selfish and self centred individual how can he remain so quiet for such a long time. If he was not well, one wud understand. He is not a freaking King Bafikala.

  5. All misled by a stiupid oxen called (HH). The triball Hutu Herdsman full of hatred for Sata has gone to the extent of funding hate gossip. What a stiupid cow. Shame on you devil worshipping freemason scum and your Useless People Nincompoop Dogs

    • @Kudos aka Mushota alias Saulosi.

This is the best that you the people of the North are only capable of spewing or is it vomitting. Disgusting insulting tribalists and thieves.

    • Kudos no objectivity i think modarator remove this thing from posting here. i we let the old man prove himself that he is fine

    • Its not about Guy Scott, its about Sata. Why and when will Sata go for campaigns in Mangango with ka Wynter Kabimba? Send will Wynter to Mangango, they will stone him like imbwa yalya amani.

  6. DR GUY SCOTT IS A HARD WORKER AND THAT YOU CAN’T TAKE AWAY FROM HIM. HE IS ONE OF THE HANDFUL OF ZAMBIANS WHO HAVE TRAVELED TO ALMOST EVERY CORNER OF ZAMBIA. HE KNOWS ZAMBIA BETTER THAN MOST ZAMBIANS. NOT BECAUSE HE’S VICE PRESIDENT BUT EVEN BEFORE HE WAS, HE WAS FOUND IN PLACES WHERE MOST PEOPLE FEARED. HE CAN WRITE A VERY GOOD BOOK ABOUT THE ZAMBIAN CULTURE AND TRADITIONS. KEEP IT UP MR VICE PRESIDENT. LESS TALK MORE PLANNING AND PROJECT EXECUTION.

    • Name 1 good thing Scott has done for Zambia ? We can name dozens of strange things this man is responsible for. Including the current political situation cause it was manufactured by him.

  7. Notice the difference in language between this cadre of a Nkoya chief the Lozi one… the entire sell-out chief is declaring his support for the PF and the other one is actually asking real questions about the l!es surrounding the health of the the absent president. So what will Mwene Mutondo do with some of his subject who don’t support the PF? Just curious.

  8. @ mushota…. My dear intelligent sister you always come out tops unlike petty puppies like ndobo, jayjay, retard WANZELU, over glorified artisan calling himself engineer australia, etc. Halenya halenya believed confidently his free mason second dream of taking over from dead pipo, has come to fruition after taking over from andy mazoka kambela. What a blow. With this frustration, am sure he ll feed zambians, thru his beef products, with a higher grade of aromatic alderhyde and formalderhyde to exterminate more of his critics and quench his frustration. He ll only leave dogs from ZWD.

  9. I first dont care who my president is at all times, because I give respect to my country above all. Talking about Micheal Tyson Sata, all need to be quiet. This moment in time he is HE for zed and duly elected. Please I pray and beg, that you should never your head of state other than good health, Actually Sata has made you a better country, and that was his dream like way back. I dont know him well but looking at what all people are looking at the country now even amid st all, you have better roads and infrastrure. hang on to that it may help

  10. I first dont care who my president is at all times, because I give respect to my country above all. Talking about Micheal Tyson Sata, all need to be quiet. This moment in time he is HE for zed and duly elected. Please I pray and beg, that you should never insult your Head of State, as much as you may not like him, he is your your head of state, Actually Sata has made you a better country, and that was his dream like way back. I dont know him well but looking at what has been done and been promised, please dont vote another Chiluba alike; He did his mandate though

  11. Thanks Guy Scot 24 October is arround the corner and we look forward to seing a fit Mr Sata, no facebook photos this time remember it is a Golden Jubilee and that is all that will make us determine whether he is fit or not

  12. siamanengo ulichipuba why the issue of tribe just because HH is mentioned if this continues then you are just de campaigning you stupid leader in HH

  13. IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOUR THEN YOU BELIEVE IN SATAN AND YOU ARE A SATANIST. THOSE WHO CALL THEIR FRIENDS AS SATANISTS AND DON’T BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST, WHAT ARE THEY PERIOD. ONLY TWO WAYS.

  14. Is there no room for reform in these chiefs’ traditions?
We have advanced so much in years yet we still allow ourselves to wallow in the dehumanising acts of kneeling before another person, sitting on the ground while they took the highest seat around. Besides these the so called culture is so stagnant such that it has actually our pace of development.

  15. Were is the picture of the King Mutondo? Lusaka Times why are you just showing pictures of politicians?
