Midfielder Isaac Chansa has thanked Zanaco for giving him an opportunity to team.
The Zambia midfielder left the country on Wednesday to join Shillong Lajong F.C.
This is after training and playing for Zanaco on an open-ended contract for the last two seasons after leaving Chinese club Henan Jianye following their demotion in 2012.
“I am grateful to God and also Zanaco who kept faith in me and were very supportive during my time there,” Chansa said.
Chansa will be joined at Shillong by Zesco United midfielder Kondwani Mtonga who signed six month loan deal with the club.
As journalists, your work is to inform the public and when an article is written it should be “self-contained”. You have not told us whether Shillong Lajong F.C is a Cambodian or Mauritanian team. Even if he signed for a famous team like Real Madrid, we expect you to mention the country where the team is based, in this case Spain. We know there’s Google, but you need to say “…Indian league team Shillong Lajong F.C….”
I think they learnt this in class but because of lack of seriousness and commitment to their work…
Yaba Indian league but zoonz ba Chansa.. I feel Zanaco z better, ekupwa uku
It is not about football now the chap is making some money for himself. He has won the afcon.
