Opposition Movement for Multi-Party Democracy (MMD) Lusaka District executive committee has called for the immediate expulsion of its outspoken youth leader Bowman Lusambo from the party.
Lusaka district MMD chairman Blackson Lungu said Mr. Lusambo should be expelled for his senseless attacks on senior leaders of the party.
ZANIS reports that this is according to a petition letter over Mr. Lusambo signed and addressed to the MMD provincial executive committee made available in Lusaka today.
Mr. Lungu also asked the provincial executive committee to take quick disciplinary measures against Mr. Lusambo for his recent attacks on former president Rupiah Banda.
And Mr. Lungu said that Mr. Lusambo has clearly breached the party manifesto by forming an organ called Die Hard MMD Youths which he said is not in the party structures.
But efforts to get a comment from Mr. Lusambo failed by broadcast time as his mobile phone was off.
What is the name of the new break away party from MMD? Someone cheated that it is called MMD-UMODZI KUMAWA. But retracted the lie and said the name still remains a secret until the right time to disclose comes.
Going by the results in the just ended by-elections the MMD is not a factor in Zambian politics. It is true, it’s dead & buried my advise is it’s Leaders should stop attacking fellow opposition Leaders as we have witnessed recently.
MMD has destroyed itself how can they allow guys like Lusambo to continue messing up the party.Neither UPND or PF would allow that.
How about kabimba and Sata himself ?
It is not a hiden fact that NEVERS MUMBA supports Lusambo and he is the one who send him to issue all these statements just because he fears coming back of RB. Members of MMD have spoken about bad and corrupt did of LUSAMBO but NEVERS MUMBA he has been ignoring which means he is the one sending him. LUSAMBO was hired by SATA MULENGA to go and campaign for him in SOLWEZI and there is evidence that LUSAMBO was telling MMD Clrs that NEVERS MUMBA send him to campaign for MULENGA SATA officials called NEVERS to report this issue but this pastor rubbished these reports against LUSAMBO instead hated the people who told him, this confirms that this pastor eats with LUSAMBO what ever corrupt money he gets from MULENGA SATA. PLZ MMD WAKE UP chase this pastor before he fishes the party
MMD thought they will stay in power forever and forgot that what goes up must surely come down some day. They ignored their founding principles and became ‘Boma ni Boma’ and could not listen to the masses demands. Today they have found it truly difficult to convince the minds of the Nationals that they are a reformed party. PF should learn from this and start doing things right much as they continue to build roads and other infrastructure. On the other hand, UPND should extend its wings to other provinces if it does not want to be termed a Regional Party (tribal). They should get more people on board like MMD did before they pushed UNIP out of power. God Bless Zambia.

Bowman you are the real tru-blue. You are passionate about MMD and Nevers. Do not listen to these losers like Dora.
You are a force to reckon with that is why all parties are after you but you prefer MMD and ‘Nevers Sekwila Mumba – Republican President in waiting’.

MMD is a party rueld by the party constitution. Noone can expel Lusambo. According to the party consititution he has not breached any rules. He is just a rare breed who is passionate about MMD and Nevers Sekwila Mumba.
MMD is not a personal to holder issue to Nevers, MMD is a democratic institution and Bowman has not done anything warranting expulsion. Go Bowman Go!!! If he is so bad why did MCS invite him to State House and offer him a job? Why have UPND talking to him privately??? Bowman is a factor in Zambian politics.
