Mbesuma haunts Orlando Pirates

Share

Collins Mbesuma returned to haunt his recent former employers on Tuesday.

Mbesuma scored one goal to help Mpumalanga Black Aces to a 2-1 home win over Orlando Pirates.

The Zambia striker, who joined Black Aces this season on a free transfer from Pirates, headed in Black Aces opening goal from a corner in the 12th minute.

He had another chance fired wide in open space flying wide of Pirates goalmouth.

However, Mbesuma lasted until the 74th minute after suffering a suspected knee injury and was subsequently substituted.

    • If he getting injured again then that is it…. call it over. It is injuries which bring over-weight to Mbesuma. Its amazing, usually a patient loose weight, but Mbesuma gains more and more kilos.

    • I watched the game. Any striker could score that goal. He just got injured on his own without any contact with an opponent. A sign of ukupwa. To me Mbesuma cant complete a game for 90 minutes. He only played 75 minutes and injured himself.

  1. so you mean he scored the WAY MAYUKA scored against NIGER!! hahahaha. I hope Chris katongo will, be available against Mozambique
