  1. Can I change my contact lenses? I still can not see HH

I think these are better pictures than the ones where we looked like showing our joke of a defense tea.

Nice to see my Uncle too, Mr Seyuba.

I am little bit impressed and trust me it is not easy to make me smile people try and come up short time after time

    Thanks

    • WOW! Nkandu Luo at Mongu stadium (or is it Mongu play ground)? It must have very short walls. When was it constructed? I remember there was a lot of rhetoric about Mongu stadium from the serpent before it finally lost it’s voice and got offloaded to the dustbin of politics. Now i will personally petition H.E Edgar Lungu S.C for this project.

    • This is no good, there are no negative things to find in all this Jubilee stuff. It was successful, with or without Sata.
      Congratulations PF.

  2. That’s the spirit mother Zambia. Politics aside, the cerebrations were worthwhile, more to see persons cast aside their political inclinations and cerebrate together like this , it is really wonderful. Mother Zambia, listen to no one sowing seeds of discords. Time to play politics is another, time to unite is another. I would urge mother Zambia to discern times and seasons to act appropriately. Thanks Mr. Acting President for direction at this critical time. Thanks again to Cabinet for all preparations. You made the work of HE ,THE PRESIDENT’S WORK EASY. But know this does not mean compromise on the part of opposition as a lot more skeletons are exhibited are reason for existence of opposition to fight for the good of the citizenry. PF sleeping, opposition takes over, that’s the game.

  3. pic 16, that woman in the middle of the pic (mostly green attire) was really enjoying her match past huh? trying to get attention from Seyuba??

  4. ….picture 2 shows the difference between dancing with all the joy and dancing with reservations….someone has a minimum of K100,000 in each of the 5 different accounts while the other has only a book balance of K250 in the ZANACO account…
I’m better off just staying at home or just watch the other one ‘celebrate’….

  5. Self relegation and self pity, more self exile or isolation leads mostly to hallucinations and suicide. Thoughts of my friend having plenty and me little never solve anything. We can make use of what we have to do something. Today, land is being taken by foreigners who have put farms there and are selling us vegetables, chickens etc when we mostly want to join them as workers and not owners of those bushes. Thank God I have seen gold in the bush and has gotten my self land in the jungle . Staying home is backward and coward thinking. Face life head on. in Lusaka young men can even sell you mere dry leaves or just soil that is well packed. initiative. can we change mindset. imay go to sinjembela, mongu, kalabo to get land and share it with my children when it is still there and cheap, lol

  6. Puting up a party symbol on a NATIONAL day is a NO, NO. I am disappointed with Prof Nkandu Luo.
I didn’t know that Miss Jubilee contestants are aeroplanes.
A police office mesmerises people on a motor bike but that is what kids do in the developed countries!
    SORRY, I am not impressed.

  7. Ok but umufyashi Nkanu Luo looks very tinyas (scary) pemenso. No wonder Dr Manda couldnt stick around for long. Kwati li Horse kukanwa sure?

  8. Beautiful pics from mongu. So why did Zambian Watchdog lie that people in Western province did not celebrate jubilee? Why be so divisive? HH and his boys have no place in Zambias leadership. Every Zambian enjoys independence this is beyond politics, lets all just enjoy and love one another

  9. I AM PROUD TO BE ZAMBIAN! WELL DONE GOVERNMENT FOR A SUCCESSFUL JUBILEE. BUT THESE ARE PICTURES THAT ANNOY HH, TO SEE ZAMBIANS HAPPY, ENJOYING AND CELEBRATING. HE WANTED TO US TO QUIETLY COMMEMORATE IN AN ANNOYED MOOD AGAINST THE PF GOVERNMENT. THAT IS A BAD SPIRIT.

  10. What a shame of a jubilee celebrations. Where ever you look you see mediocre! How the great Zambia has fallen! Shame on Sata and his government. Nothing to celebrate when you allow seven middlemen in the procurement of fuel before it reaches the people! What a cruel government this PF is!

  11. As for HH and their UPND I think they missed a great opportunity to show the Zambians that jubilee was not about PF but it’s all about our great country Zambia. This is where HH is never seen as a leader warming up to take over all because of his attitude. He wants to play politics the Sata way and yet he forgets that Sata is different from him.

Just imagine a Chinese woman taking time to reflect and celebrate with Zambians and yet HH feels it wasn’t worth it. Thank God Zambians turned in large numbers everywhere to celebrate except for HH and his UPND and yet the man expect the same Zambians to vote for him. Thanks to MMD, NAREP, UNIP, Mulongoti’s party and others for taking part.

    • HH CAN’T DRAW A LINE BETWEEN TODAY’S OPPOSITION AND YESTERDAY’S OPPOSITION. DURING SATA’S OPPOSITION DAYS POLITICS WERE DIFFERENT AND IT WAS BEFITTING FOR SATA TO BOYCOAT SOME OF THE POLITICAL GATHERINGS BECAUSE OF THE WAY SATA WAS AND PF WERE MISTREATED. SATA AND PF DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE PUBLIC MEDIA TO REPORT ABOUT THEM. TODAY IS A DIFFERENT BALL GAME. THE PUBLIC MEDIA ARE INDEPENDENT. AND NO ONE IS ARRASSING THE PRIVATE MEDIA FOR REPORTING ACCORDING TO THE WAY THEY FEEL LIKE. BUT, HH IS JUST COPYING SATA WITHOUT THINKING

  12. Poor Zambians are so desparate that some die in boats clenching empty cups hoping for food wherever they were heading to. People just went to these events not out of patriotism but out of hunger. Some went there for fun not to reflect on the meaning of 50 years jubilee. PF should stop cheating people. These guys are busy fighting each other and they think they are doing a good job of ruling this country. Sata is on a sick bed and already the hyenas are sharpening their machets. Zambians should not be fooled about this useless government. Its time to take HH seriously or else we are finished as a nation

  13. I am shocked to see these Western province pictures. Because W/dog reported that there were NO celebrations in Western Province. If it was the POST they would have written ‘Liars’ now who is a liar? We have always said these Dogs and HH are liars. Why mislead the nation that there were no celebrations in Western province. Thank you LT for giving us the TRUE picture of the Western province during jubilee celebrations.

  14. No Mushota! I guess HH was in Choma or Livingstone. I love the pictures, Mongu is more multi culture than Lusaka if we compare the pictures from 2 of 5. Lusaka pictures it was more of military guys.

  15. PIC#22. I LIKE THE NATURAL HAIR OF THE LADY WITH A HEAD BAND ON THE LEFT. I WISH ALL OR AT LEAST MOST OF ZAMBIAN (BLACK) WOMEN COULD LEAVE THEIR HAIRS AS NATURAL AS THE LADY IN PICTURE. KEEP IT UP MAMA.

  16. SUNTWE, that is Mongu Stadium, the existing one, the NEW stadium is not yet in place. The last time I heard of the new one was when Sata went for the ground breaking ceremony where he performed drama as usual. I guess there is nothing happening there.
