  1. Bring it on ! We would have loved to have the elections postponed to 2016 as a cost saving measure since we only have a year in between before the big 2016 elections, but since democracy is not cheap we just have to go for it in January.

    • @Saulosi
Exactly my thoughts. In fact would have been better to have the elections held in 2016 with a new constitution being put in place by then. And in any case the guy that comes in will have a maximum of only 6 years 8 months to be in power if he even wins the 2016 elections. So does not even favour whoever wins it. In addition I would think if as a country we could go for a new constitution as opposed to election would be wonderful. But who are we the current constitution will govern us for now

    • In planning there is short, medium and long term and that is what the consititution was going to take care off. When people were sing about the running met to the president Saulosi and kabimba you came out opposing that the Constitution is very expensive. If we were thinking ahead this thing will not have been an issue, and no mention of the cost will have been there. Now that we failed to think beyond today we are caught up with this messy.

    • Give it to the British High Commissioner; they said they were ready to fund the bye-elections if asked; after all, Britain has had a stronger growth than expected this year.

    • @Saulosi, why you start delaying tactics?? Stop faking that PF is injured… DECEMBER 1, that first thing to do in December is VOTE. Christmas with new president!!
HH told you already that UPND has been ready for elections at any level anytime. After burial, just kick the ball… GAME ON

  2. Is everything in Zambia on standstill from Oct 28 to Nov 11? This is totally encouraging un-productiveness. We are wasting a lot of man hours during this period.

    • All the presidents that have ruled Zambia have had one thing in common and this is extra marital affairs. Lets try some one straight foward HH.

However its believed he is equally suffering from HYPOTHERMIASIS OF THE scrotum (excess water in the testicles affectin…)
He is on marriage saving suldanafil 300mg per day. This will lead him into suffering from hypertension, stroke or Heart attack

  3. I guess we are stuck with Scott till 2016, am sure the opposition has complained (they don’t have enough time to organise themselves (that is if am right)). Our Late presidents death has caught us all by surprise as ZAMBIANS and I hope the PF has learned something from what has transpired during the past few days.
