Local Government and Housing Minister Emmanuel Chenda has switched sides to rally behind PF President Edgar Lungu.
This follows a reconciliation meeting held at the PF Secretariat in Lusaka on Monday in the evening.
In an interview with ZNBC News, PF Secretary General, Davies Chama says the reconciliation is a demonstration that the PF is a democratic party.
MR Chama says the Party is eagerly waiting to reconcile with Dr Scott because he is a father of the PF.
Lusaka Province Minister, Philip Kosamu has also reconciled with Mr Lungu after attending the meeting witnessed by Cabinet Ministers, their Deputies, MPs and Members of the Central Committee- MCC.
Mr. Chama has told ZNBC that this an affirmation that people have now been convinced that Mr Edgar Lungu is PF President.
He has also praised members of the party for their contribution during the campaign trail.
Mr Chama says the PF will adhere to the directive by Acting President GUY SCOTT to avoid any attempts of using Government resources for campaigns.
Who cares…we want to hear what HH and Edgar have to offer to Zambians. Forget about the dead, lets hear them NOW.

The dust has settled and the PF (Powerful Force) family is now being felt by the UPND. HH has been misled by the so called endorsers. He should have asked why Mr. Mulongoti, the seasoned politician never endorsed him when everyone else was excited.
The truth is, PF has delivered even beyond the belief of its worst enemies. The opposition knows for sure that at the rate PF is developing the country, they have no chance of ever governing Zambia, hence their visible desperation to discredit our humble President Edgar Lungu. I have read with sadness how most of the readers have miunderstood the concept of the VISION. Lungu is right, he cannot have a personal vision for the country. he can only have a shared national vision, a product of collective ideological legitimate expectations of the Zambians. It is there in the Vision 2030, the SNDP and actualized through the national budget as a policy lever. Anyone preaching that they have a personal vision is a liar. Additionally that vision must have an accompanying mission and should be encapsulated in core values. So imwe ba HH, Nervers etc, keep your ignorance to your semi-ileterate heads.

@ Mike: the Zambia Police Service will certainly be reporting to cadres if Lungu wins. Land grabbing will come back. Plot owners will be evicted in broad daylight by cadres. Certainly the God I pray to will not allow this to happen. Can you imagine the likes of Nsanda being in charge of this country. Did you see how he kissed the boxer when she was still gasping for air? Chenda like almost all Zambian politicians has no principles and is in the political arena for personal benefit. It is therefore not surprising that he has easily reconciled with Lungu whose ascendency to the PF Presidency is one of the worst examples of political hooliganism in Zambian history.
This is good news. This PF intra party fighting is not good for the party but for the opposition. Reconciliation works for the benefit of the party. Reconciliation is neither weakness nor opportunism. In intra- party democracy, there is no loser nor winner. Let an olive branch be extended to every one.
