    • With 50 constituencies to go EL and HH are now separated by less than 40 000 votes. Great job UPND for making these elections competitive.

    • MUSHOTA MWAICE, NIWEBO CHONGOLOLO SANA, AI? IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO WRITE BEMBA WHICH LANGUAGE DO YOU KNOW, MWAICE? I AM SAYING THIS BECAUSE YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO WRITE ENGLISH. OR MAYBE YOU ARE JUST PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW ICI BEMBA.

    • Mushota,

Zambia has lost. If the team had won, some politician would have claimed credit. And now that they have lost…they are orphans.

I always think these politicians must desist from pretending they are close to the soccer team and let the Government take the credit and/or suffer loss like today.

This is a competition: you play and you win or lose. You don’t die.

And so it is with elections. PF or UPND may win or lose but they will not die. So give us peace guys!!

  1. TIZ aya mu kutusha! Bola yawama, ni sotambe – Difference of 40,000!
    Haleisa, Haleisa,Haleisa – Hatwende basankwa!!

  2. It’s unbelievable how many sitters Zambia have wasted.
    Meanwhile Tunisia have just equalised.
    Zam 1-1 Tunisia.

    • It just shows that in a game you can lose at the very last minute. Early lead does not mean you will end up the winner.

Same with these elections…..anything can happen!! Zambia was leading and we celebrated but now its Tunisia at the top!!

PF, beware of this anology…..I voted HH.

  3. PF President Hon. Edgar Lungu upbeat, calls for calm
Lusaka, January 22, 2015 – With 90 constituencies having been called in so far by the ECZ that are showing that our candidate Hon. Edgar Lungu is comfortably ahead in the race, I would like on behalf of the party, to re-affirm our call for calm as the Commission finalizes the results.
As a ruling party, we fully comprehend that the Zambian people want a complete set of results and a winner declared as soon as possible but then we are also cognizant of the fact that the law does exist and it must be followed so that we continue leading by example.

    i thank you

  4. 4 minutes of added time.
This is one game Zambia should have won convincingly but allowed Tunisia to come from behind and win it.

  5. After missing so many chances ,Chipolopolo pays the price.
Nomba you will hear the mathematicians com on the scene,if DRC beats Tunisia or Cape Verde this and that.WIN YOUR OWN GAMES!
They had over 5 clear chances and now ?

  6. Malabish…lack of intelligence, how many chances do they need. Poor finishing the curse of Zambia. Ok now give us the election results please.

  7. How can the boys win when they were listening to the election results?

Anyway, even if they lose or don’t qualify is immaterial, we can still watch other good teams, and most importantly we shall have a new President tomorrow….kikikikiki

  8. This rubbish of a coach must go. One can even tell from his face that he is clueless….maybe we should vote for one

  9. Mayuka injured..delayed react at the bench..10 men zambia pay the price of failed quick decision making for substitute … tunisia score..game changer..tunisia more confident and go on to win the game. Zambia played well but no luck with all the chances. Somehow we just lost the game. But mathematics starts..a draw between c/v and dr c. we have to win last game and hope dr c lose. if dr c win tonite…possible early flight back home for chipolopolo… nothing new..but who cares …elections results are underway…good luck zedians.

  10. We had inexperienced players and inexperienced coach. He shouldn’t have done away with all the experienced players at once. I still believe Katongo still has some football left in his legs. The chances we lost, players like Jacob could have been of good use. He could have been using Katongo as a substitute because at his age he’s legs are tiring fast.
My wife Mushota what do you say?
