  1. Who killed Ruth Mbandu? Solomon Jere told the nation that the Police were getting close to a very senior Politician, a minister for that matter.

The next thing we heard was that Solomon Jere had been appointed Deputy IG.

The question still remains, who killed Ruth Mbandu???

All these years no answer, it not possible…..

    • @chanda chilengu,
When the PF presidential candidates were fighting it out for adoption Edgar Lungu warned Miles Sampa that he would reveal what he (Lungu) knew about Sampa’s involvement in the murder of Ruth Mbandu.
Chanda Chilengu, the president has the answer to your question and he must be made to reveal what he knows. This is very serious.

  2. I think as President Kikwete enjoys his stay in Zambia, the nation will have a lot to ponder about President Lungu’s reign so far. The statement made about Grazer Mutapa’s death by the head of state is most unfortunate. I also watched the President feature on SADC. In all fairness, he should not have featured. There was lack of context in his answers. Presidents answer from context. Is PF less united after President Sata’s death? The answer was a short sentence of Yes, and will be more united as we reach finishing line. Why not acknowledge challenges of change, transitional leadership, political party coersion after any competetive election and strategic approaches to promote unity? I am sorry, the interview took away so much from him and Zambia.

    • Look EL is just been made President. Such timid answers with SABC are understood. But watch this man after 3 months. You will be happy. Do not worry, you are in very safe hands and fight2016

    • We do not need to start sharing our country’s dirty laundry with foreign media. “MEDIA” being the key term, they have more than enough nonsense with their own crazy leader president Zuma, they might taint the image of our President Lungu.

      Viva Nawakwi and President Miyanda.

  3. Is it just me or has anyone noticed that ZNBC and Lusakatimes seem to be continuously mistaking Davies Mwila (Home Affairs Minister) to Davies Chama (PF SG)?

  4. Despite paying K3 by force, we stopped watching ZNBC and Daily Nation.

We are back with the Post, our Great Friend

    • You are a damn liar. Stopped watching Daily Nation? Has it started a tv station? Zambia Daily Nation is the best newspaper on the streets of Lusaka. Post is finished paper, a toilet paper journalism. After cleaning their backs, the journalists through the paper, it is picked up by the Fritter-in-Chief and used for printing the Past Newspaper.

  5. Karibuni Mzee Kikwete…..! Reminds me of Julius Mwalimu Nyerere visiting Zambia in the days of our own KK! kunali nyau baba ku airport…don’t argue iwe sunaliko!

  6. Now this explains why Zambia has such a bloated cabinet, half of the ministers and deputy ministers are specifically assigned full-time airport departures and arrivals duties.
The other half remain in the offices doing whatever they please for their own benefit.

  7. Facts
Look EL is just been made President. Such timid answers with SABC are understood. But watch this man after 3 months. You will be happy. Do not worry, you are in very safe hands and fight2016
Problem is Mr Sata was never international material but local dictator. So to do away with the chaff he left, it is not easy for EL. This is why some foolish people are even criticizing him for coming up with a tribally balanced cabinet. Sata left a polarized and divided nation. But those desperate for power are not happy about the unity of purpose he is cultivating and even the Post Mmembe is promoting such skunks like Chella.

  8. Dr JK KARIBUNI SANA MU KATIKA ZAMBIA.
But the LT is reporting two days but he is leaving tomorrow how are they counting from 12:30 to 12:30 tomorrow is two days. You should a one day official visit.

  9. I can imagine how bitter tribal HH is by seeing president Lungu (a man who was nobody till late Sata anointed him) at state house!!!am pretty sure that HH or Kabimba will rot in opposition!!!so many voters hate these 2 and i wonder why!!!IT WILL BE MORE TEARS FOR TRIBAL HH COME 2016!!!ENJOY THE PRESIDENCY ECL!!!YOU HAVE OUR MASS VOTES IN FUTURE TOO!!!!GO PF GO!!!

  10. Kikwete is the most unpopular Presiden in the History of Tanzania and so is the Kachasu Man in Zambia.

Iwe Kikwete please discuss TAZARA problems in Zambia once and for all. TAZARA does not need Mandona of Mpika as Operations Officer. The man is very corrupt and extremely tribalistic.

  11. Whichever way you chose to cut it, ECL is a mediocre leader. He lacks that presidential substance. It could be too early, but he’s yet to articulate what his presidency is all about ,his vision for country most importantly. The victims in this whole charade are the gullible “Ni Lungu Chabe” supporters. This is what you bargained for. Zambia is slowly becoming a province of greater Zimbabwe. With off course Uncle Bob at the helm. Mugabe is reliving the Federation of the Rhodesias. We are paying Zimbabwes bills.
Asked if he got along with Guy Scott, the best answer his excellency could give was ” I can’t drink with him”. Surely if that’s the first thing outs of his Excellences mouth then Zambia should brace itself for one epic ride. Good luck people.
