Outspoken Human Rights activist Brebner Changala has appealed to President Edgar Lungu to work towards completely dismantling the cartel.
The term Cartel has emerged in the Zambian political scene to refer to certain named and unnamed individuals that were perceived to have too much influence on late President Michael Sata.
Mr Changala said the Cartel which he said specializes in unsurping power from Presidents is still rife in Zambia.
He warned that failure to dismantle the Cartel might result in President Lungu facing serious resistance in his crusade against corruption.
‘President Lungu has started off on a good note but I must put it on record that he has this mammoth task to dismantle the Cartel, this Cartel that hijacks power from elected leaders and then uses it to fight against corruption, which is a noble fight, but only to to settle political scores,’ he said.
Mr Changala said all citizens of Zambia must be treated equally and fairly.
‘This Cartel must be dismantled and dismantled forthwith. We should all be living in this country as people of equal status,’ Mr Changala stated.
The under performing presidents like the Kachasu Man should be castrated.The only thing he is good at is expelling other members and touching the breasts of young Ngoni Women.
He is a big shame to the PF as a party. I am sure the vision less voters who voted for him are now gnashing their teeth in anger.That is the Kachasu Man for you.

What is the point of dismantling a cartel that had so much influence on a president who is now late when he has currently been hijacked by the RB cartel on one side and the other Bemba cartel led by Harry Kalaba which still is struggling to hijack him too. The past is gone, deal with the future or better still, have a decent way of asking for an appointment. Tell Laura Miti to do the same too and not use irrational arguments.

Too many people especially in high offices belong to this cartel. Cartels destroy the fabric of management of a country if left unstopped. To start with for a cartel to exist one at the top must allow it by getting favours from such persons. What I know is that God is the one that calls leaders and if something is yours it will always come back to you no matter how long. It is the patience people lack. They cant wait a little while but desperate and they end up even losing out. If the cartel is ignored they will not find a way through. So it is up to the President to allow it or not at all. If president wants prominence in papers obvious they will give him and in return hold him to ransom. Besides if president works clean and smart cartel will not find a way to blackmail you. So it is all up to the president and his cabinet to keep away from favours.

We shall not accept to go back to Kaunda days when tribalism was sistmatically done in Markets and bus station.Pick pocket and beating up of passangers was one strategy Sata employed while he was local Government Minister under UNIP.Most Zambians did not realize it was a strategy to victimize certain people belonging to other Tribes when they come to Lusaka or copperbelt.This strategy was supported by Kaunda.He Kk made Nyanja as the language of communication in all police training colleges and Military training schools.The same Sata started implementing theses strategies at large scale when he became president,now we have cadres in all major markets and bus stations leaving on money collect from these centers instead of remitting it to councils.This is were we shall first Burn Lusaka and c
copperbelt .we shall make sure Zambia is restored to normalcy ,like what Mwanawasa did by flashing away cadres in Bus station and Markets. I hope that H.E. President Lungu is aware that Zambia is full of noise makers that cannot all be satisfied. However, the empty tins are a very small minority (sorry I mean a very tiny minority) and they all have no clue what they want in life. I was going to say expand the economy so that they can be absorbed in the job market but I have just been advised by my colleague seated next to me that the common trait among this tiny clique is that they are too lazy to do any useful work for themselve. Even in their extended families they are known as beggars for mealie meal, shirts etc.
Therefore the President should just concentrate on doing that which he considers right for this country. He has done very well so far, including verifying HHs rantings on our national security.
