    If HH had whole-heartedly and publicly accepted defeat and congratulated EL in 2015 elections, he would not be doubted. If he is not pressuring police about rally permits, lying that votes were stolen he would not be doubted.     DO not be shy to admit that HH got 46% from 3 provinces only. He was rejected by 7 provinces. EL got 48% from 7 provinces was rejected by 3 provinces including where HH comes from. From Eastern where EL comes from, HH won from 2 constituents. EL lost in all constituents in SP. In SP voter turn out was irregularly high at 90% while country average was 30%. So how did HH nearly scooped the presidency. HH got these votes because PF supporters were naive and thought would be easy run so many did not vote. But you will see in 2016. Neganega formula
