ACTING President Ngosa Simbyakula says he is in constant touch with President Edgar Lungu.
The Acting President said this at State House when he swore in five permanent Secretaries.
Dr. Simbyakula says President Lungu instructed him to swear in the permanent secretaries so that they can get to work immediately.
The Permanent Secretaries that have been sworn in are Godfrey Malama for the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Ronald Simwinga for the Ministry of Finance.
Others are Stardy Mwale as Lusaka province Permanent Secretary, Bright Nundwe for Muchinga Province and Mwangala Liomba for Western Province.
And speaking after the swearing ceremony information Permanent secretary Godfrey Malama called on the media to always be factual in their reporting.
Mr Malama says the media should focus on highlighting development issues and not on trivia issues.
And Dr. Simwinga says he will provide his knowledge in implementing reforms at the ministry.
And Mr. Liomba says he is humbled to have been appointed as Western province permanent secretary.
Mr Liomba says he will focus on developing the nine new districts in the province.
Present at the swearing in ceremony was information minister Chishimba Kambwili, Lusaka province Minister Obvious Mwaliteta among others.

Now can you explain why road projects have been abandoned/suspended? Who is responsible? What action Government has taken against culprits? Has any money been collected from contractors for various non-compliance’s with tender specifications?
