    • Cut this wages by 22 days. He is no different to a thief robbing government out of tax payers money .He is being paid trolley loads of cash for doing nothing.

    • @Planzo kikikikiki hahahaha hehehe..nice one….He was more energetic than never before after Sata died, and now he doesnt even have energy to go to parliament? he is still mourning the presidential race lose, we all know..

  1. POS! Cosmo Mumba ended his mourning period and went to the grave to sick wisdom! This POS should have done the same! Thieves should be convicted and hanged!

  2. Sampa is deep down fuming at being denied presidency after winning the party presidency but he coerced to accept Lungu who got amandate from PF members. as per constitution which was blantantly violated by Lungu criminals.

  3. BS! This pwaaaz is just childish and arrogant!

22 days! He should have not been paid for the days he missed period! My blood boils

  4. (…he was coerced to accept…) and ( …Lungu who got no mandate frm PF members…) was blantantly imposed as president by PF criminal.

  5. This is a very stupid excuse from this deputy minister who wanted to be president I hope they will not pay him for the days he missed?

  6. This is a person that wanted to rule our nation. These are the MPs writing up our laws. I end here, this is unacceptable.

  7. What a stoopid slap on the wrist! According to Zambian labour law if you abscond from work for 16 days continuously you are supposed to be automatically dismissed. Now this guy- you are not even docking his tax paid salary. A tase!

  8. I may be wrong but Sometimes you wonder why we Base our hopes and faith for better country with such characters as MPs…… misfits like miles, mwaliteta, Kaingu, monde, masumba, kambwili.politics just sucks

  9. And then you guys sack workers at UTH for going on strike when this kama guy is technically absent from work for a stupid and childish reason .The Panga Family ought to be ashamed of themselves . An apology is not good enough. It is just a slap on the wrist .Cut his wages by 22 days and sack him from government. Lungu needs to sober up and see things using lenses of a common man looking for a job and can’t get one because this very Sampa accepted a budget to freeze jobs in government.
