Secretary to cabinet Joshua Kanganja has terminated the contract of Task Force Excutive Chairman Maxwell Nkole.

Announcing the expiration of employment in a statement to ZANIS this evening, Dr Kanganja says the new Task Force chief is Drug Enforcement Commission Director General, Godfrey Kayukwa.

The new appointment of Mr Kayukwa as Task Force Executive Chairman is with immediate effect but for administrative convenience until further notice.

And earlier today, the Committee for Citizens (CC) had appealed to President Rupiah Banda to fire Task Force Executive Director, Maxwell Nkole and to disband the grouping for alleged abuse of resources.

Mr Chifire charged that the Task Force should be disbanded owing to the manner they are handling former second republican president Frederick Chiluba’s acquittal case.

Mr Chifire further urged the Law association of Zambia (LAZ) to bar Mr Nkole and Task Force prosecutor Mutembo Nchito for dragging the association into disrepute.

According to Mr Chifire, if Zambians want to appeal against the acquittal of Dr. Chiluba, let legal institutions like the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) and Police service continue with the case on behalf of the Zambian people.

Meanwhile Mr Chifire appealed to President Banda to strengthen the existing law enforcement agencies such as the ACC and the Police.

Mr Chifire alleged that the Task Force is selective and only targeting at individuals in pursuing the corruption fight.

He charged that the Task Force Executive Chairman, Maxwell Nkole’s continued stay at the Task Force is to enrich himself and others because the graft crusade has not yielded positive results for Zambia.

Mr Chifire said a lot of time and resources has been spent on the Task Force when the funds can be channeled to other key sectors of the economy such as education, agriculture, mining and tourism.

  1. Well done, this should teach you a lesson Nkole. There will be more victims as the guilty make more efforts to cover up things.

  2. Hahahaaa.
Now you wanted to follow FTJ with thw $20 M Arms deal when RB had acquited him already. You should have known better.
FTJ will live like a King as long as the MMD is in power.
2011 is ours as long as VJ doesn’t die soon.

  3. Zambia was once a ONE political party state. Then multi-party democracy set in. the result was that too many people now want to rule the country in one way or another. Those who cannot do so through democratically instituted political parties want to SWAY the opinions of the common Zambian through undemocratic institutions called NON-governmental organisations. NGOs include the ‘independent media’, churches and lobby groups of one form or another. If these malignant cells are allowed to exist without checks and balances in Zambia, they are bound to choke the life of the country, leaving Zambia to waste away. For a population of 11 million, there are just too many institutions through which ‘know-it-all’ megalomaniacs are surreptitiously forcing change and imposing their self will.

  4. Yangu tata mayo, anyone who challenges the big fat pig (as in animal farm) will get crushed! Okay, lets get this over with, when are we giving FTJ his money back? Give him back his immunity as well….its so sickening for the whole country to be played like this. RB will make sure that FTJ is not prosecuted and will crush anyone who opposes that. On what grounds Nkole been fired? Just when we thought KK was the worst president ever, RB leaves him in the dust by a mile! I need a freakin heineken, this is disgusting! Maybe a townhall meeting for healthcare reform in the USA will do me good….not this Zambian animal farm circus!

  5. I should like to suggest that an NGO commissioner be appointed who can ensure that these organisations remain to do what they registered to do.

  7. Sheer waste of resources over an unnecessarily long period of time. The whole witch-hunt yielded no results in the end. These p!gs should abandon this crap organisation. Why the fukk should tax payers’ money be spent on such fruitless sh!t?

  8. I bet to disagree! Despite what the post can say, the Taskforce has outlived its days. We don’t need to pay more money to the Nchitos for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zambians, how do we explain that it took 8 years to prosecute 500,000. As for Katoto’s arms deal, we all know that Zambia under Levy reached a deal with katoto citing national security. By the way, he is now the governor in the Congo. Please Nkole, you should not cry foul over your dismissal. You belong to the junkyard.

  9. this is really s t u pi d i t y, thiis country will never progress now that Nkole can prove things,he is fired.no wonder the swedish are questioning if its worth it to waste their taxe payers money in zambia..i dont see why they should as it only make afew rich…what a waste,,,Nkole my dear start making moves now,,,next they will find a reason to silence you..you will be lucky if you end in jail,if unfortunate it could be worse than jail…salapuka elyo uchili nomweo…

  10. So post will claim they where right in my opinion this is the right move i mean the guy wanted to log an appeal before reading the details of the court ruling. When i read the earlier post that just did it for me.
    Nama Suti yene yangu

  11. Dora defied AG, resigned and then got her job back. Nkole defies the DPP, he does not resign and he is fired. But, let it be known that he is not the first person to be dismissed from this job. Mark Chona was also kicked out by Mwanawasa. Whazup pa Zed?

  12. Getting the facts is imperative to judgment! Nkole did not read the judgment but went ahead and appealed!!!!!! What is he appealing over. How on earth can a director behave that way? It shows that he is not even fit to lead. Please, let us not confuse the irresponsibility and politics! After all, he owes Zambians an apology for letting them down with his incompetency

  13. Well well well well, I guess Mr Nkole you just smoked the Boot licking(BL) Manual and never inhaled it. Didn’t you read the chapter on never to go against your boss in authority?

This is a simple Bootlicking(BL) text book case and will be studied for many years to come in BL schools. Welcome to the real world where we independently think and bootlicker nobody. But before you enjoy life in our no Bootlicking zone, expect to answer charges on how you acquired your golf course and expect to be investigated and audited for abusing the resources of the task force. To save money, since you are lawyer, just represent yourself because the cases will be hard and long. You wanted hard ball from Chiluba & RB, well my friend you have got it. Its time to play. Good luck and all the best.

  14. Some of us knew about this as soon as Mwanawasa died and we saw the vultures converging on RB. We knew it was game over for all the principled men and women who worked with Levy. But don’t worry, no one goes with money to the grave. Eventually, what is right will prevail. Zambia risks being like Zimbabwe very very soon but I pity our old folks, they cannot survive that kind of economic wrath in Zambia in Zambia. The fat cats will enslave you big time and they will not hand over power at all unless something very revolutionary happens. But with a weak student populace and divided opposition parties, chances are that the thieves have now come to roost.

  15. Supergirl # 13, I am sorry but I have to ask; what are you talking about? How on earth can somebody appeal without reading the court ruling?Nkole should have told the nation what the ruling was in simple terms. That he failed to do so shows how useless and lazy the guy is. No wonder we lost the case! Please let him go in peace! After all, they have stolen enough using Chiluba’s case.

  16. ZAMBIA, ZAMBIA, ZAMBIA , PILIZ…NO POSITION, NO DIRECTION, NO FOCUS. Nothing to smile about at home. The issue of corruption started very well but look where we are hearding to.I suspect secret – economical and political terrorists playing within the system in the country.Firing NKOLE is simply a justification of failure by the state to prosecute the plundlers and a way of using Nkole as a “POND IN THE GAME OF CHASE”. AH AH AH .

  17. The timing of this guys’ firing is very questionable.
On the other hand, the entire task force must be disbanded as they have chewed more than they have yielded.

  18. THANKS..I SAW IT COMING…..NKOLE THOUGHT HE WAS AT HIS FORMER RWANDAN GENOCIDE TRIBUNAL BABA THIS IS ZAMBIA AND IT IS A FAILED STATE. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU APPEAL WHEN YOU KNOW FOR SURE THAT ACCORDING TO THE ZAMBIAN CONSTITUTION YOU HAVE TO LET THE DPP-MCHENGWA CHALWE MAKE A DECISION, WHEN YOU KNOW FOR SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT AS CRAFT IN LEGAL ACADEMICS AS MY HUMBLE ATTORNEY MUMBA MALILA. I KNOW FOR SURE THAT CHILUBA WILL SOON BE GIVEN HIS IMMUNITY. NCHIMA AND NCHITO BROTHERS THANKS FOR RIPPING ZAMBIA MILLIONS. YOUR SO CALLED ZAMBIAN AIRWAYS IS NOW ON ROCKS. AS FOR YOU MEMBE WHAT EVER THEY CALL YOU CONTINUE CALLING OUR HUMBLE PRESIDENT A CHARTLAN AND A MINION BECAUSE YOU FIND CONSOLATION THROUGH THE POST NEWSPAPER- A PAPER THAT DIGS THE RUBISH BETTER.

  19. Ummm archaiac politics at play. Nkole or no Nkole an appeal must go ahead to High Court and Supreme Court. Let us wait and see who is next in this axing of anti corruption crusaders. Viva corrupt elements you have dribbled us, but we never say die.

  20. Yesterday Monday August 24,2009 Senior Citizen on The Watchdog and LT blogs took a swing on Max Nkole and Nchito two Task Force officials to get fired without delay. He said the two are self seeking agents of imperial voices inimical to the Zambian rule of law, and the citizenry rights. He accused them as subverts swimming in deception of running a de-facto Government within a people’s mandated Government. He challenged Nkole why his administration should be retained when all they have brought in is 2% of the Billions shredded with task force officials pocketing US $ 22K monthly with dismal results over 8 years.

  21. Yesterday Monday August 24,2009 Senior Citizen on blog entries took a swing on Max Nkole and Mtembo two Task Force officials to get fired without delay.

  22. Me thought that was mere political propaganda only to see today early in the morning Nkole fired. Two months ago, Chiluba said, “i stand on the solid rock and anyone fighting me will be crushed”.Mwanawasa fought him, he ended up dying a sad man.Nkole tries to fight him, he has been fired.I’m concerned because our blogging now seems not to be all of simpleton armchair critics here because some bloggers are proving to have sledgehammers in the real world.I’m suspicious of SC.

  23. As for Mr Max Nkole, please big man walk with your head high up you stood for what is right. While other lawyers have gone to bed with the thieves you stood your ground and refused to be compromised or cowed by anyone not even your cushy job could stand in your way. At least, am consoled that there are a few Zambians who are ready to risk and lose whatever they have worked so hard for. The best is yet to come and may the good Lord bless you sir.

  24. This country is under siege. A pure coup d’état ! Task Force Executive Chairman has been FIRED! Whether or note his contract expired today or yesterday, the timing is ALL wrong!Where is Nyama Soya taking us? Agree with me or not – ther…e is a movement for mass destruction (MMD) in this country. DEM BELLY FAT and FART fools who dont care about the ordinary Zambian are on rampage. This is sad!

  25. Ba Mala msana wandalama #31 please hid your ignorance. How clean is Nkole, Nchito brothers and Meembe? I am sure you do not mean what you just said. Nkole did not even read the ruling of the court? Would you hire such a person to represent you?

  26. I remember vaguely that a Chipata man sued Maxwell Nkole for non payment of some game meat. I don’t know how the case ended. In the event that the case was suppressed because of the office he was holding this is the time to revisit it. This is justice for you in Zambia. What goes around comes around.

  27. 29. I AGREE MY LEARNED BROTHER. FACTS ARE THERE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. SOME BLOGGERS HERE SORRY TO SAY ARE INTELLECTUALLY LAZY EVEN TO FINISH READING A CARTOON MAGAZINE CAN BE A HUSSLE. THE LAW PA ZED IS CLEAR WHETHER YOU AGREE WITH IT OR NOT. BESIDES YOU CANNOT PLEAD IGNORANCE UNDER THE LAW. NKOLE IS A COMPETENT MAN BUT HE FUMBLED HERE BY DIRECTING NCHIMA AND NCHITO LAW FIRM TO APPEAL WHEN HE DID NOT HIMSELF READ THE VERDICT AS HE HAD ADMITTED. MCHENGA CHALWE A DPP WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO ADMIT I THAT HE HAD NOT READ YET…THERE IS NO SHAME IN TELLING THE TRUTH. THE NEXT STORY HEADLINE WILL BE (TASK FORCE DISBANDED ) BECAUSE THE DIRECTOR OF TASK FORCE IS DEC COMMISSION GODFREY KAYUKWA ACCORDING TO THE RELIABLE SOURCES. TASK FORCE WILL NOW BE UNDER ACC AND DEC WINGS.

  28. Whatever is going on in Zambia at the moment, makes feel sooooo sickkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!! puke!!! naine epo mpelele mweee!!.

  29. mala msana wandalama #36. In law, we do not speculate but look at the evidence. What I find hard to accept is your failure to hold Nkole accountable for his childish actions. Why didnt he read the ruling? I beg your ignorance is revealed in supporting such irresponsibility.

  30. iwe Gregory Chifire, get some sense! as young as you are just playing bull to each and every president in office. you even failed to get a bachelors degree at CBU & you want to waste everybody’s precious time with you foolish rhetoric……give us a break with your bull boy! ALA!! SO, WHERE IS THE SO CALLED LEVY’S LEGACY HERE? EVERYBODY IS NOW SAYING THAT THE TASK FORCE WAS A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY, & FOR SURE I WAS! HOW CAN WE CAN NOW CALL WHAT THE GREAT LEADER CREATED A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY? ITS LAUGHABLE!!! LEVY WAS A JOKE OF A PRESIDENT JUST LIKE RB IS…CHAPWA! DISBAND TASK FORCE AND LET CHILUBA ENJOY HIS “PENSION” WITH HIS STOLEN WIFE!! HE IS MY LIKABLE PRESIDENT SO FAR THOUGH…I JUST HATE HIM FOR DRIBLING GREAT ANDY MAZOKA & IMPOSING LEVY ON US (BIG MISTAKE!)

  31. Task must be disbanded.A task according to oxford dictionary is for a short period.Plse dont continue to misused Zambia’s resources.Disband now.!!!!!

  32. 41. CHILUBA IS A LIKABLE MAN. I HATE THE WAY HE DRIBBLES THOUGH. 41. FOR YOUR OWN INFORMATION CHIFIRE IS NOT FIRING BLANKS. LEAVE MY MAN ALONE-HAVING A DEGREE AT A DEPLORABLE INSTITUTE LIKE CBU DOES NOT MAKE YOU A BETTER PERSON. MEMBER DID ACCOUNTS THERE AND CORRESPONDENT EVENING CLASS AT UNZA UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW WHEN I WAS IN MY FOURTH YEAR. I USE TO TEACH THE CHAP AS A STUDENT ASSISTANT. IN TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING THE LEGALITIES ALL ONE NEEDS IS A PHILOSOPHICAL MIND TO INTERPRET THE LAW. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT FIELD YOU ARE IN. HAVE YOU NOT SEEN PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY LAW STUDIES WIN CASES THAT AN OPPONENT IS REPRESENTED BY A LAWYER LOSES.

  33. I’m still wondering why Nkole has become a hero now? Hasn’t he failed us? Why do you Zambians want to glorify “foolishness” just because the “fool” is now paying for his “folly”? What do u want? Nkole has failed to run the task force. Period. He deserves to be fired. He didn’t even know what to say after the verdict. Let us either get a new man or disolve it. Failure to win such a high profile case is bad. Insted of blaming RB, I think its best to call a spade a spade. Task Force has spent 2 much money to just leave a thief like that. Lady Chiza’s Legs, where r u? I want to apologise over my comments, please

  34. Good! Nkole should be taught a lesson. Thats a position of performance. If you cannot perform you get the boot. You failed in the chiluba case and now you start crying for more time on carlingtone and arms deal? Get the hell out of our way and return to buju work. Fire Mutembo as well dont keep lazy and fat for nothing employees results should be seen.Fellow Zambians now we should start demanding removal of non performing ministers as well including the President. If they do not perform to our expectation lets call for stepping down.

  35. I ONLY WISH THERE WERE SOBBER PEOPLE ON THIS BLOG WITH INTELLECTUAL CAPACITY TO DISCUSS ISSUES INTELLIGENTLY. THIS TEMPO OF SUCH DRASTIC EVENTS HAS SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES TO THIS COUNTRY.

  36. #40 mydorophie
You don’t have to hide behind the legal jagons. Today’s Post editorial has has made very important observations. We all know how much a President gets per month, so an educated mind as yours should ask questions when crooks like FTJ say $500,000 is nothing, its infact change according to him. Be open minded and summon your sense of reasoning mate, the only reason RB is willing and ready to drown himself in the mud at least fro now is because of 2011. Does that ring a bell in your educated mind, this acquittal has got nothing to do with ‘ being guilty or otherwise, political expediancy my friend. In his shallow mind RB thinks FTJ still has popularity in Luapula province, what a mug!. So mate stop praise singing you and your mother are nowhere in this equation.

  37. Zambia is now officially a Failed State. Now Mr. Banda can start going to his friends Chiluba, Mugabe, Kibaki and Mswati to ASK FOR AID!! I don’t see the Swedes, Norwegians, Dutch etc putting their taxpayers’ hard-earned money into the pockets of Ru.piah.

  38. He is a dangerous man who won’t stop at just stealing your money; but will go all the way and steal your wife too!

  39. Where are the people of Zambia? How can you let the country down in this manner? TITUS MPUNDU ‘chiluba’ has teamed up with Rupiah ‘Kanitundila’ Banda to ensure the country is in the hands of thieves. The country has gone the dogs they say. Truely the dogs have taken over our land. Poverty will never be reduced. Titus….Titus… Titus…. shilako abapina mu Zambia.

  40. mala msana wandalama #40
Do you realize that the Post is a compromised party in this trial? Aside from its own legal battles between the Post and Chiluba, learned persons like you should kno Meembe and the Nchitos await the Zambian Airways saga. You are aware the Nchitos came to the fore throu the post. Quoting the Post editorial probably written by the Nchitos to make you case reveals a lot about U. By the way, Zambians should be told how much was spent on taskforce. Coming to the amount the presidents make, are you aware that Zambia wastes money on public servants through allowances and not salaries. Why did the post ignore the issue of allowances given to presidents and other public officials in its analysis. I beg to differ friend, look beyond the Post in your analsis

  41. Zambia should consider a civil war to crop out bad seeds. Too much misunderstanding and protectionist. Go take the law into your own hands.

  42. Here’s what we need in Zambia…Civil unrest. This might sound illogocal…but its the only way we can force these fools out of government, they have taken us for a ride for too long. University students, this is your chance to spark a fire that will bring change to Zambia once and for all. Sha!

  43. Some blogaz re really amazin, who says nkole didnt read ve judgement??? He is a lawyer n thus knows much beta than most of us, this CBU drop out, Lol!! shud be less educated huh, CBU mit be in a bad state but it produces graduates than well funded institutions, its not were u learn its wat you become n i am wondering who is proud of chifire!

  44. 43. your man (Chifire) should realise that he needs a life (a dignified one) at his age rather than running to news houses to make foolish statements in favour of government with the hope of getting something for kapenta or inswa! i totally agree with you (with your degrees from Harvard – we all would have loved to go there anyway) that a degree from CBU is not worth talking about…go tell it also to them employers chasing after CBU graduates the world over. Advise your man to go to Harvard or Oxford, I can bet you that they are not in deplorable state since that is your main source of worry……..then we can be spared from his nonsense!!!!

  45. Zambia has for a long time been like a headless chicken because we have never had any credible leadership. Only God will rescue us from these vultures.

  46. Mr.Nkole this is wat u wanted.Go have a very good rest.u clearly knew that FTJ’s acquital was questionable and u went on prentending as if u dont know that somewhere on earth the rule of law is just on paper.there are pipo who are above the law.moreover what were you doing all this time?wasting our time and money to enrich yourselve?anyway thank you so much for the services rendered. We shall correct the mess when We get into p…

  47. A banch of *****s when cabbage was alive everyone was saying close task force its illegal including Sata. But sson i am sure they will blame the move should it happen anything to look clean and some *****s here blog like they are blind

  48. Only a corrupt system can fire this guy, Max Nko you spoke your mind out. Now that they ve gotten rid of you the appeal process is a failure. DPP won’t do nothing, he is as good or as bad as not being there; the corrupters will walk the streets freely and the corrupted may be found guilty for CHEWING with them or being chewed(eg Virginia u call her?). It will take time for the nxt pres to remove the country from the filthy rot it is in right now. Even kids can see and sense it. Circus continues.

  49. Just when you think you have head it all tehn there comes #66 calling him/her self BBC defending someone who was going to appeal a case without reading the details of why they lost in the first place.
SERIOUSLY PEOPLE COME ON HOW DO YOU HONESTLY SEE THIS GUY REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE HOPELESS zAMBIAN IN THE STATES

  50. Five#61
I am disappointed that you are equally lazy to read.
Since you are so lazy to read, let me quote for you what appeared on Lusaka Times today.
“In his letter dated August 21, Mr Nkole admits that he has not yet obtained a copy of the judgement to study the reasons given for the acquittal. He however says he wanted an appeal because of concerns raised from various sectors of society.” Here is my problem.
How can a lawyer base his case on what various sectors are saying? In law, you cannot appeal before looking at the ruling period. Unless you exist on mars as most of you guys do

  51. All of those in support of Nkole’s appeal before even study the reasons in the acquittal muli fisushi atase muletumweneshamofye shame

  52. Zamblance # 67, I fully agree with you on BBC #666. BBC #666 is lives in the planet of ignorance. Of course Nkole spoke his mind but in law, we need the facts. That is why he needed to read the court ruling before filling for appeal. It is embarrassing that Zambians want to side with the lazy and incompetent persons like Nkole. Nkole failed in his task and we lost the case. As I said before, he belongs to the junkyard!!

  53. By their fruits you will get knowledge of them. Do men get grapes from thorns or figs from thistles?…
Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

  54. Fred Mmembe should immediately put Nkole on his payroll.Nkole the an issue of Herpes and skin cancer desperately need Mmembe to live longer. It will be very immoral to abandon Nkole now that he has become a public leper. Mmembe was using him hence pushing for the irregular appeal process as if he was acting on a gun point. How can a Task Force start an appeal without reading the judgment and getting instructions of the DPPP per Government procedure? Did DPP now shift into Mmembe’s office or they were running a parallel Government with own DPP.

  55. Kuku 73, it is not that they are running the parallel government. Meembe has a case with Chiluba which will be in billions to settle. He also has his case with Zambian Airways, which will end in millions. These cases will bankrupt him. With no Levy to shield him, he has to deceive Zambians into thinking that he is a victim of political harassment. Nkole failed and it is time to move on

  56. Our Laws are a joke!!!!!!we are the laughing stock of the region!how can we yank this man’s job just because he persued criminals and that’s what he’s trained for….as long as we allow politics to defile our justice system we will be doomed and all energies meant for development will be chanelled to petty and *****ic stuff…this is a sign that as Zambians we have lamentably failed!!!!!!!!!

  57. I pray ZAWA doesn’t reinforce charges against Nkole while Chiluba thinks of opening up to investigators the file on Nkole why he unceremoniously fired him as police Commissioner followed by a 5 day evacuation from his Government House. Its indeed interesting that In serving Mmembe and his US $22,000 monthly pay from Zambian Tax payers, Nkole defies DPP but that ends in self defilement.
Hebrews 13:17 Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.

  58. “PA Zed! ! where are the eyes that could see evil and ears that should hear it” POLITRICKS has blinded people. Rich or Poor, educated or uneducated, the level of thinking has just become the same.Nkole so trusted by the authority end up behaving like he had never been to school. Who appointed him? may be he should be the one to blame first.

  59. you guys never cease to amaze me. today nkole is a principled man my foot. the guy was only interested in his own survival. the real police and anti-corruption people are now in control. we need to see membe now pay for his crimes.

  60. Nkole knows better why he has lost his job. Many people are busy threatening him for not supporting Chiluba’s acquittal.

  61. awi mweee kanshi finshi twalufyanya Mwe Lesa, bushe ni Elenshina twaipeye, limbi ni Nalumino Mundia, NKumbula, Mama Chikamoneka I dont know, all who have remained are just kolokombwas, malinsos nemititi

  62. I wonder why no one is asking a very obvious question here. This man’s contract expired 2 months ago. Why was he allowed to serve all this time? Has the Govt just suddenly realised that his contract expired? In what capacity then was he in the past two months? Lets learn to be clear in these things to avoid all this confusion. Too much obfustication on Govt’s part

  63. In plain language Nkole simply had to go. Thank God his contract has not ben renewed. To do so would be rewarding failure. The guy was mandated to secure the conviction of FTJ to put it bluntly, and that he has failed. So why keep him? To lodge an appeal even before reading the reasons why he lost, now that takes the biscuit! Utter incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  64. Nkole has been kicked in his ass after going round the table,he was the very first zambian to accept chiluba’s aquittal and on top of that he congratulated him,now after realising that they will be no more hafty allowances he decided to make a you turn on little kafupi, and hey look at what he got.RB shud not complain if at all little kafupi happens to kick his butt!

  65. Nkole until today was the spokeman of the evil parallel government structures in Zambia. They meet at secret locations to discuss court cases and how to humiliate our leaders. Yes we are poor in Zambia but for goodness let us respect ourselves and the institutions that represent our country. I would not be surprised to hear that this man has two passports.

  66. GOOOD! I am sooo happy..thank GOD for this..Zambia is heading in the right direction. Most people complaining are probably poor and dont take initiative. Use your brains your broke bastards! heheheh…mwa chuleni…I’m rich biaaatch!!!

    Nkole out!! yipeeee!!

  67. Max i advise you to join the Pact in order to persue the matter further. Your legacy will leave longer than that of LPM worse ka G. kunda.

  68. I am surprised that the man is saying US$3000 a month is nothing. do your maths, 3000 by 60 months gives you a whopping US$180000. Is this man Nkole mad with power?

  69. Nkole and Mark chona will dance to the music – they had their time( 7 years of plenty) but now famine will visit them.

  70. Dambisa Moyo Vindicated once again. Dead aid that gets hustled, Amasungu balabalila amasuku pamitwe, Ife manatidyela viwawasha pa mpumi.

  71. I no longer tell people of my origin, lest I should be excessively imbalanced at the lackadaiscal atittudes prevailing at State House. All I can say is that “the Zambian voters do not need spectacles to see what is happening.

  72. What is wrong in Zambia? Why do we seem to be doing everything incorrectly? Are we a cursed nation? I donth think there is another country on planet earth that is mismanaged in the manner Zambia is being mismanaged.

  73. Nkole’s sacking marks the completion of Banda’s Nigerianisation of Zambia. Technically, we are a failed state, and very sadly so indeed. Not even in my wildest dreams could I imagine Banda’s degree of gutlessness. If nothing is done to remove this I D I O T from power, we are doomed!

  74. Nkole should have read the ruling before saying all the things he had to say. The way he handled this thing made him look incompetent and vindictive. Chances are that he knew that he was on his way out. He clearly did not see eye to eye with RB on the issue of Chiluba. Having said that, the reason he was removed was because he went against what Rupiah wants and that is to give FTJ a free pass on crimes against humanity.

  75. Zambians are the most foolish people I have ever seen, how can u allow the firing of Nkole who was siding with you Zambians, wait till your country will start to breed, then you will learn, but you don’t you have to wait for that to happen, mind it will not be ease to fix if that happens.

  76. I’m lost and don’t know whats happening with our systems. i think this is F;;;;ked up way of running our govt. The judiciary has become a circusowing to our fontine leadership we have in Zambia.

  77. Alas, disaster again in Zambia! Actions like these, they make me see why men would compose music and create art. When I am questioned by Zambian authority these days about my taxes, immigration and electricity bills, I respond that I will one day participate in a military resistance of some form to these injustices. Whereas I will think nothing of approaching a beautiful woman, I have been too casual with Zambian authority. In defiance, I refuse to be a pauper in my own land, opting instead to savor the delights of foreign lands where I will never have to reason to bother about governance or indeed, the a n a l porridge that is Zambian politics.

  78. It seems the RBanda administration have put Chiluba as a priority over the people of Zambia. He doesn’t care if Zambia’s image around the world is tarnished with his new symbol Chiluba. Do ypou think investors and donors are impressed with Zambia presenting Chiluba as their logo….Well, All we see in the newspaper is RBanda administration bending backwards for Chiluba who destroyed the Zambian economy with his policies. Chiluba sold all the industries which brought revenue to the country , One man Nkole stands up for the truth and he is fired . Well the whole earth is not foolish…and has brains. It is obvious Chiluba is still ruling MMD there seems no proof he isn’t . We thought RBanda was the president elected why is he acting like Chiluba is?????

  79. Zambia is one of the most beautiful nations on earth Zambia has the potential of being an example of the best African nation in Africa. The people in Zambia are peaceful and caring. If Leaders who are meant to be servants of the Zambians do not realise what their responsibilty is to protect that Zambian in the village needing a job, support to grow food on a farm or education . Zambia is in trouble as a nation. Leaders need to go back to basics put the Zambian people’s livelihood first it pays to leave a legacy with results. Zambia is a precious country please treasure it with the decisions you make

  80. yes we are reading and and aluta continua with shit happening. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN SUCH A THING AS DEMOCRACY IN AFRICA. I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE KEEP ON BEING DECEIVED BY THE SO CALLED LEADERS. MORE SHIT IS YET TO COME. NKOLE SALAPUKA MUNE. WHY CANT RB ABOLISH TASK FORCE OTHER THAN MUCKING AROUND WITH PEOPLE???

  81. FELLOW ZED WHAT NEXT ??? AS SOMEONE RIGHTLY POINTED IT OUT, WE ARE DISADVANTAGED NATION WITH NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF. DO WE REALLY NEED TASK FORCE???

  82. It was obvious Nkole was going to lose his job and was advised to go public to seek public sympathy by going on MUVI TV. Unfortunately some zambians claiming to be educated and abroad fell for this, which only makes me believe most of them are fustrated with what only God knows

  83. I do not want to think Nkole did not know how to operate gadgets in his vehicle. He could not help but succumb to a bigger influence he chose to manipulate him and thus the crush. Within the confines of his office am sure there are plenty avenues that Nkole could have used to push for what he believed was the right thing to do. His maneuvers smacks of malice and representative of a pone being used to carry out the mandate of the unseen hand. Banda has been very reluctant to dismiss any body that has been passed on to him from Levy. The few cases where he has been forced to crack the whip, he has been left with no option. Nkole has himself to blame. I do not think he behaved neither professionally nor ethically in this instance. One day the law will catch with this corrupt invisible hand.

  84. Why doesn’t this surprise me? But Chiluba should know from now that every damn dog has it’s day. He will have his and we, the ordinary Zambian people will have ours, but I can assure him that his won’t be pleasant. I’ve never seen such a manipulating and two-timing midget as Chiluba. Right now he can celebrate all he wants, but one terrible blunder he’s made is to bring the Mighty name of God into ridicule, because God had nothing to do with Chiluba’s acquittal, but RB had everything to do with it. So, when did RB become God, and what manner of blasphemy is this? Chiluba, trust me when I say God will visit you and deal harshly with you and your friends. It’s now obvious that you are only considered more Zambian when you suck up to the powers that be. God bless mother Zambia.

  85. Can we get one thing clear. The tas force was not being funded from our money. It was donors’ money. So all of you complaining about having wasted huge sums, please spare us your tantrums. Nkole erred when he said he had not read the judgement, and he erred when he bypassed the DPP. However, this is not the reason he was fired. We all know that. Sichilima was involved in a fight and he still has his job. Dora breached the constitution and bypassed ZPPA procedures. She stil has her job.

  86. Those F I P U B A who were saying that Chinyama acted independently should now know who instructed the way the verdict should go. You can laugh now but know that you have planted very bad seeds to day whose results will affect you adversely tommorow.

  87. Its RB on new twist. SHIIIIIII! Whoever speaks on Chiluba’s acquittal ,You are Fired! You ll all be replaced by Mulongoti and Teta” Says his excellency

  88. Does Banda honestly think he will get away with all these acts he is orchestrating against this country? Just what the hell did Zambia do against him to connive with scam of the world that plundered our coffers when he as president is supposed to do the opposite? THERE HAS AND MUST BE SEVERE CONSEQUENCES FOR THIS UNFORGIVABLE S T U P I D I D Y!

  89. Well, Teta is three-quarters dead. Mulongoti will be lucky is he is still alive come 2011 while Kunda has one leg in the grave, I mean look at those red lips, are they not a symptom of “the same”? The future belongs to others and not the likes of Banda and Kunda and Mulongoti or Teta, theirs is the governance of the living dead!

  90. Congratulations Nkole for the job well done during your tearm of office.Under difficult situation you have really done it .Where you may be you will be a blessed man as you stood for the trueth for the benefit of the mother Zambia.Your office realy had the right to appeal on behalf of the zambians. In lozi we say Mulatu aboli ,Other Nkoles will be born and take it up frrom where you left.I feel bad that you the man we had confidence in have be fired by authority .Uyoyange .

  91. Looks like the majority Zeds here are happy at the turn of events in our beloved country. Its sad that we have chosen to move backwards instead of moving in the future. Lets wait and see!

  92. Pepo, this is a movie. This a Mafia move at its best. It’s like they don’t bother that the world is watching there behaviors.

  93. hahaha.. Zambia the real animal farm..Dora Resigned ,reinstated overnight, seven years plunder case ends in acuitall…same case some are locked up others are let free for the same crime… funny. Nkole on Muvi tv today firted next day wow. what a lovely country

  94. Kwena ama zambians twalishishita. Cant someone shoot ka chiluba na Vj. Na ba tumpa sana aba bantu. Ati zambians are peacefuuuul, its piecefools …..this is too much

  95. what goes around comes around kwisa? dull bloggers. Nkole has not been doing a bad thing. i still see a no of convictions and sentences fulfilled. if he has been pocketing without delivery where were the people were his bosses to check his performance?? if it takes long for your boss to notice your incompetence it means he is also incompetent. Now the undeniable fact is theres open corruption in zambia of the highest order…it realy pains to pay tax in zambia.

  96. its unfortunate that Nkole has lost his job. But there is a lesson to this. Don’t antagonise your employer. The task force have the right to appeal but this government is doing only itself and its associates good. they don’t care about Zambia.SHAME!!!!! and those castigating MNB. The guys did there job and i believe they did it too well. But alas when Levy passed on the tables were turned around by the pro Chiluba guys.

  97. As sad as it may look for Nkole, the task force was reporting to ACC. And while ACC was studying the verdict, Nkole was busy telling everyone that he is going to appealing the court ruling.. Colleagues this a recipe for anarchy…. Nkole and Co have grown big headed under LPM (HISRP)… In all fairness structures are there to regulate behaviors like that of Nkole. I may not suport the RB GRZ, but I would do the same…Nkole…YOU ARE FIRED!

  98. You fire Nkole the man who tried to work for the pipo and the ban utujilijili what do you take us Zambians for we will start drinking kachasu

  99. Pa Zeb Mwalibelela ukucula. Judging from the comments it seems we are a divided nation and we are resigned to suffering. Remember what happened to castrol chilubas case of cocaine? if it was in islamic countries all the 3 ******* would be waiting to be hanged by now. If you are poor and you stole sweets in shoprite you can be jailed for more than 18months with hard labour. Is this a fair country??????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  100. HOW DO SOMEONE FIRE PEOPLE FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING??THIS SAME THING HAPPENED AT THE TENDER BOARD EARLY THIS YEAR AND HISTORY HAS REPEATED ITSELF…TOO TOO BAD FOR ZAMBIA!! 2011 MUST COME TO SPARE US FROM THIS MESS OR GOD CAN SPARE US BY WITHDRARING HIS OWN SOUL FROM THESE WRONG CHARACTERS SO THAT WE CAN HAVE SOMETHING NEW. LONG LEAVE MR. NKOLE, MAY CURSSINGS BE TO THOSE AGAINST THE GOOD OF THE MAJORITY ZAMBIANS!!

  101. MAX NKOLE YOU FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT. REST WELL BIG MAN. RB IS KILLING LEVY’S LEGACY EACH SINGLE DAY. OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS NOW A BIG JOKE. I WOULDN’T BE SURPRISED IF KAPOKO IS CLEARED SOON. RB ONE THING HE SHOULD KNOW IS THAT WE ZAMBIANS WE ARE NOT FOOLS. TIME WILL COME WHEN HE WILL BE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN. I REALLY MISS LEVY M.H.S.R.P.

  102. if you want to experiance the real africa come to Zambia its the real Africa it a proven factor i simply love my country everyday there is something to keep us busy and talk about what a country

  103. Firing nkole was a stupid thing to do, it just shows how guilty bwezani and his followers are!!! When is Bwezani ever going to learn going thing at a right time? timing RB!!!

  104. Well that explains the delay in giving FTJ Judgement. Too many ‘stakeholders’ in this game but sadly its you and me to suffer. UTH has got no drugs coz of misplaced priorities. Its a shame. Cant say much though I still feel Max is the MAN ! Well done !

  105. Those pouring scorn on Mr Nkole should worry about themselves and their relatives. This man is already sorted outed and most probably doesn’t even need to work to survive.

  106. Firing nkole was a s.t.u.p.i.d thing to do, it just shows how guilty bwezani and his followers are!!! When is Bwezani ever going to learn going thing at a right time? timing RB!!!

  107. Nkole is a Hero, actually he is the second LP Mwanawasa. He spoke the true zambian language, not like a boot-licker. viva Nkole, you are my icon! RB is doomed. He has just planted his downdfall. We all know, this is a scandal.

  108. Just how corrupt is Bwezani Banda? No wonder he was fired by KK in his error. Chiluba should celebrate and declare that Bwezani was God sent. That is a terrible blue lie. We should never allow Lango liers like Chiluba and his Bishop together with Bwezani. That Bishop of Chiluba has been brainwashed by the sums of money he gets from Kafupi in the name of Tithe. Their judgement will never be good before the throne of God. If the Bishop is a right man of God, then he’s just a coward who is failing to tell Chiluba off or maybe its because of the money he receives from Chiluba or maybe the dinners that he gets to eat in Chiluba’s house. The three of you, your time is coming for the brimestone fire. Congratulations while you are still celebrating now.

  109. His employment contract expired in November 2008. In what capacity did he appeal against the aquittal of FTJ. At his level, he should have known that cases are not won by what is reported in the daily tabloids but by evidence adduced before the courts of law and which evidence should be supported by proof.

  110. Nkole did not understand his role.

He was appointed (i.e. the task force) as an agent of the government (state) to carry out investigations and bring info to the courts of law.

The aggrieved was the state and not the task force; the task force is a mere agency of the aggrieved (the state).

The aggrieved is satisfied with the judgement, how come Nkole as an agent wants to appeal? If the state was unsatisfied it would have given Nkole further instructions as an agency.

How on earth do you as an agent, take over matters from the one who engaged you, and make the matter your own?

This was failure by Mr Nkole to understand his role. I thought Nkole was professional. You see, whether the acquital was in error or not, Nkole’s behaviour is an called for.

  111. Mr.Banda, the problem with you is that you don’t have timing. You would have waited to fire Nkole. This now shows that you influenced the Chiluba chargement case. You are just a dull president Zambia has ever had. May be you know that you have nothing to lose because you are not acting as if you are a President,.

  112. This Nkole man was opening his mouth too much
I think the firing him is the right move
The man is acting as if he is the judge

    NKOLE YOUR FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  113. I think RB is GOD SENT as way of teaching docile Zambians something? To know that they will not eat docility and peace. Wake up and do something. Do not let RB and his fellow MMD-thieves continue raping our counrty. REVOLUTION 2011

  114. We must also understand that Chiluba’s case was a failed case long ago, during Mwanawasa’s rule.

For 7 years the case would not yield, why?
Mwanawasa wanted to do his two terms and leave this case undisposed off. Nkole said on MUVI TV that he (the task force) had a long list of cases and they were drawing one by one. In 7 years not a single case was disposed off. How long then did Nkole plan this project to run? Why did Mwanawasa allow that kind of scenario? Did they want to prolong the cases for the gain it gave them?
Did Mwanawasa not want to avoid the outcome by dragging the issues until they were out of office?

Thinking through issues is very crucial before attending to our emotions. I for one, RB has done well within 8 months of office to cut further fruitless expenditure.

  115. THE INCONSISTENCIES AND DOUBLE STANDARDS IN ZAMBIA ARE SICKENING! JUST A MONTH AGO, JOHN SANGWA ARGUED THAT THE CHIEF JUSTICE HAD NO JURISDICTION TO PRESIDE OVER THE SUPREME COURT BECAUSE HIS CONTRACT AS CHIEF JUSTICE HAD LONG EXPIRED. STATE USED THE CONSTITUTION TO DEFEND THE CHIEF JUSTICE. EXACTLY THE SAME CURCUMSTANCES FOR NKOLE AND WE HAVE ALL SEEN WHAT HAS HAPPENED.

  116. I47 Fine…….Do you mean the state is MMD- thieves? Is the state not Zambians? Do you mean if RB and MMD-thieves welcome the aquital then Zambians have also welcomed it? Fine dont bootlicker like a person with no brains. Zambians have not welcomed the aquital and want to apeal. So the agent of Zambians Nkole was in the right direction in launching an apeal. NO WELL MEANING ZAMBIAN CAN ACCEPT THIS INSPID ACQUITAL.

  117. The whole thing is a fraud meant to enrich some individuals. Please dismantle all of these tax payers money wasting, nonsensical, lawless bodies. Steal all you want but please stop insulting us with these nonsense. Unbelievable creatures!

  118. One Jew, one Moslem, one Catholic and one Zambian were talking: Jew – “Why do bad things always happen to us?”, To which Mr. Abdullah the Moslem Ayatollah retorted: “It’s the wish of Allah!” and the Catholic Bishop blurted: ” What you get is what you deserve!”. The ensuring row awoke the Kayopering Bwezani Kanitundila the Zambian from his deep slumber who screamed: “I haven’t yet had the chance to study the situation?”

  119. Remember this is not an ordinary court case, it is the devil haunting Chiluba for religiously declaring Zambia a Christian nation, the appael cant not work in an earthly court room.

  120. I dont like Chiluba, RB or MMD for what it has become, but for the sake of my BP (Ok I know am being selfish here but), lets move own my fellow Zambians to more meaningful things

  121. Mr. Max Nkole had it coming. Last week I blogged that his fingers will be burnt because the whole thing had become political. By appointing Kayukwa as acting Executive Chairman, that signals the end of Task Force.

  122. Iam maulesi with the state of affairs; when did they realise that Nkoles’ tennier of office was long past? Kanganja and and his co-horts are no better than Judas Escariot. Are you all scared of your own shadows? people should stand up to be counted to defend the nobble cause! Let this lunacy to come to an end, let them use guns now.

  123. It actually looks like Ba -Max is wearing one of those suites he confiscated from Chiluba. The Ngonis say Chiwamimina Galu kuluma Buzi….Lets not continue wasting money on these selfshi agents of the ruling govt ACC, DEC Task Force, which only prosecuted selectively. One poor guy is locked for possessing 2 grms of Chamba and the other one found with cocaine is freed.
I think Jesus has really changed, the Jesus that I read of in the old testament would not only allowing monkeys to piss on their heads but shall send forth Dinosaurs to eat thee

  124. Pls LT don’t moderate my comments coz I have only stated what I feel. Why should a few selfish individuals hold us at ransom. People are hurt and RB shhould know that his end will be sad.

  125. this country is ripe for coup detat. Rupiah Banda is a big curse to zambia. This curse of leadership started since kaunda failed, which brough kafup, the cultivator off all evil under disguise of Born again, We seemed to get a good break when we got a LPM, but forces of evil where too strong..they striked and Rupiah is a resurrection of worst of kaunda regime and that of Kafupi.. We need cleansing

  126. Nkole bamutundila, anyone out there who still believes FTJ innocent and Chinyama had no words of wisdom from the Eastern Chi Nyama Soya?

  127. This was expected…but i wonder..which opinion poll or survey was conducted to start asserting that the Zambian people are happy with FTJs acquittal! I personally am not happy and if most of the comments above are anything to go by..then it’s clear that im not alone. Like i always say….posterity will judge us all!I for one will tell my children and my grand children(God Willing) that at least i spoke my mind on this thing and was not used as a fake statistic!!!! What next?believe me im still planning…watch this space!

  128. did TB joshua see this when he prophesised on LPM demise. Yes he did? The forces of evil have joined hands. All the demons which pretend to be God blessed are descending and deceiving the nation. Be wise and see beyond their words, u can easily tell the trueth through there fruits. The devils words are sugar coated and sandwich evil with claim of holy spirit… Read, listen and watch what Kafupi represent..Till he repents and seek forgiveness.. He is the chamber and dispenser of evil in our beloved nation..

  129. I have stated before and I repeat. The a n a l porridge that is known as Zambian politics is eroding this country. Muli mu chibe, ba stanyox. This is only the beginning. Ala, tiza pambuka manje!

  130. Nkani yamu Kachasu, uleke vyamba woyi. Bazaku manga kwe ulili uko. Go back to Zambia and take development there. In the meantime, ba LT, shaniko ka story ka vigololo pa Lusaka, this political masturbation is tiring.

  131. Its really sad. I don’t think our leaders listen to the voice of the majority. When are we going to make a real change in Zambia kanshi???

Please bring in proper new blood, not leaders who think they owe UNIP or MMD something. The day we are going to vote for a really new Prez and cabinet that will be the year we will see real change… corrupt pipo.

  132. Civil unrest, civil unrest seems to be the only way for this animal farm. The Pig in RB thinks it is more equal than all of us.

  133. I will always believe that there is no justice on this land! Whichever way you look at it. Guilty or not gulity! Mr. Nkole should have known better than to defy the powers that be. May be he should have adopted the so call principle of collective responsibility and not rushed to dance to the gallery of the press and the public. He commented too soon!

  134. Nkole wesu walya sana. Leka ba ACC nabena balyeko. Ifwa kwa Mwanawasa fyakwe ne fya kwa Banda fwakwe. Don’t be cheated about chi Legacy in Zambia ask ama biggy ba Keny na ba little Fredy. You are Fired!!!!!!!!Fiiirreeeedddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who are u. This is real business not for bony boys.Go back to UN mwana.

  135. Before any senior leader voiced their opinion on the FTJ’s ruling,MAX NKOLE was the first to commend the ruling and went further to declare the task force happiness at the outcome…Ladies and gentlemen,24hrs later the same Nkole was running to the Post with his appeal documents …READ BETWEEN THE LINES….
and to make the matter more interesting the bounty boys (Nchito Brothers) were ”ordered” to file the appeal notice. Sata was right all along till he changed bedrooms and started sleeping with the Post..” that Chiluba was a target of political games engineered by Levy,Mmembe ,Nchitos..” yes FTJ messed up and these guys just took the liberty to ”assist zambia” clean up the mess,MY FOOT!

  136. Well done Mr Nkole for a good job done especially your interview with muvitv following the “Secretary to cabinet Joshua Kanganja has terminated the contract of Task Force Ex[e]cutive Chairman Maxwell Nkole“.

    Have a blessed day all.
    _
    Matthew 6:33
But seek ye first the knigdom of God and His righteousness and all things shall be added unto you.

  137. Bo RB!!! when is your term ending?. You have taken Zambians for a ride and considering your level of managing the country, zambia will be better-off without you. Theft and corruption are now accepted as normal in our country and RB must immediately release Kapoko whom he is using as a smoke screen. Chiluba is a very dirty person. Look at how he managed the country, grabbed someone’s wife plus the maize scandal and arms deal he championed. Does this imply RB has no advisers or he thinks he does not owe zambians anything and is at liberty to do what he feels like doing?. Why should this man continue as president?. Don’t we have capable people who can properly manage this country?.

  138. Appointing bululus in ministrial positions and other government wings was LPM’s legacy. entering into agreements with Moses Katumbi, possessing 8 highly mechanised farms in three years, Going globe trotting with his entire family, Money said to be belonginging to Maureen was discovered at some small Bank in Lusaka, one can go on and on. That is the kind of legacy you want RB to follow. RB may have his weaknesses, assist him to correct them. Looking at the man, he does not seem to be inspiring. no plan,no direction. The plane is on auto.

  139. MAX HAS NOT BEEN FIRED, IT IS THE CONTRACT THAT HAS EXPIRED. THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY HAVE THE RIGHT TO EITHER RETAIN HIM ON ALLOW HIM TO GO. IN THIS CASE HE HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO REST PERIOD. TIMING OR NO TIMING, A DECISION HAS TO BE MADE. OF COURSE NKOLE NEW HIS CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED AND HE SMELLED THE NON-RENEWAL, SO HE HAD TO START SOME GIMNASTICS TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY TO ANNOUNCE IT. SO WAS IT GOOD TIMING FOR NKOLE TO START ISSUING “INSTRUCTIONS” FOR APPEAL WHEN HE CLEARLY KNEW HE HAD THE CONTRACT TO SORT OUT? THIS IS INDISCIPLINE OF THE WASTE FORM. HE WAS BEHAVING LIKE A SICK PERSON. HE SHOULD KNOW THAT GETTING INSTRUCTIONS FROM A GUTTER JOURNALIST TO APPEAL IS TANTAMOUNT TO BEING A ‘MOP’ THAT CAN BE USED TO BENEFIT EGOISTIC CHARACTERS

  140. FTJ needs his immunity restored ASAP because no country in the world can strip its President of immunity except for Zambia where Levy Mwanawasa thought he would set precedent on the larger continent of Africa. Look at USA, President Bush started a war in Iraq on wrong information. The American Government cannot remove his immunity for him to face court for war crimes. That will never happen. Our Parliament needs to meet urgently and with the same speed they met in 2002 to remove Chiluba’s immunity. Nkole and his handlers need to know who is running the country. The NGOS whose CEOs are excessively fat with donor funds on’t have a mandate to run the country.

  141. Chiluba was the biggest fish. Max Nkole FAILED to do his job. He is talking about Carlington maize deal and Bulgarian arms deal NOW? This is locking after the horse has bolted from the stable! He has failed and he should be relieved of his duties. For those of you who do not know, an appeal by the prosecution is RARELY successful without NEW evidence. ALL the cards are already on the table and the presiding magistrate was not convinced ‘beyond reasonable doubt.’ The prosecution appeal only succeeds in changing the degree of the sentence. THE DPP is right. We should not throw anymore money on this, but concetrate on registering the London judgement against Chiluba. When that is done, we can get our money back. Chiluba in prison wont bring the money back.

  142. It appears in Zed all in public office are either thieves or intend to steal. I cant find cuaes why some you’all bloggers dont see ” God Father’ tactics here. Hoe can you in your right mind defend RB

  143. If chiluba was a world class play, how much can he cost on transfer to another club knowing his brllient moves that also found big KK on the other side of the goal?$500,000 per cash for grabs, answer now.

  144. When I consider the leadership of KK, Chiluba, Mwanawasa and RB, I cannot but conclude that RB has done VERY well. There is NOT a single man in jail right now on tramped up charges inspite of all the flack RB has taken. KK jailed hundreds and muzzled the whole nation. Chiluba jailed KK and many others including Membe (through the Speaker). Mwanawasa threw Sata in jail. RB has let the 3 arms of government operate freely without interference. He came at a difficult time for the economy but things have not got worse. Inspite of all odds against him, in midterm, he is winning bye-elections (without VJ’s help)! Now here is a man who has outsmarted them all! No wonder the Post hate his guts! No wonder PF and UPND IMpacted. Chiluba is right. RB unites the nation!

  145. RB IS A MATURE LEADER. HE IS NOT GUIDED BY EMOTIONS LIKE SOME OTHER CHILDISH PAST PRESIDENTS. HE HAS SET A PRECIDENT IN ALLOWING THE SEPARATION OF POWERS. IT IS AMAZING THAT SOME PIPO STILL THINK THAT IT WAS UP RB TO HAVE CHILUBA CONVICTED. COURTS SHOULD DO THERE JOB WITHOUT INTERFERENCE, AND I THINK RB ALLOWED THE PROCESS TO TAKE ITS COURSE. TOUGH FOR THOSE WHO THINK THE CASE WAS AN OUTRIGHT CONVICTION! OTHERWISE WHAT IS THE COURT PROCESS FOR? NKOLE HIMSELF “ACCUSED” LPM OF CONSTANTLY INTERFERING IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE THE OTHER DAY WHEN HE SAID WITH LEVY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT.

  146. Hopeless pipo! thot their exposure abroad w’ud add value to their way of thinking is really a d’illusion.Jst wat kinda pipo re zambians? pipo, stuff at zed is not right u like it or not! and Chiluba is not innoncent at all! we sh’d be talking on how to correct this corrupt and hopeless mind set of most zeddinas and not condeming Max Nkole, in fact he has done a great for the majority poor Zambians!

  147. If the majority of you knew how people in these so-called task force, boards, etc were abusing tax payers money you would salute RB for encouraging the quick disposal of these cases.

You must know that the trand in most of these gvt institutions is that they will always problems as opportunities to enrich themselves. Nkole is not an exception in this matter. Many people argue honestly and very innocently, but without knowledge. And that king of scenario (lack of knowledge) can kill.

If many of us knew why Mwanawasa dragged this case, you would understand why despite not being happy with the acqittal, some of us are happy that the matter will rest anyway.

  148. And of the pipo! Sakwiba Sikota can sink so low as to support Chiluba! I tell u poverty is a bigger sin! By the way, hw z his law firm doing? I here RB has adorned him with the State Counsel’ s status! hmm, imwee bantu sure, do we really ve to sell our bith right for bread?

  149. Max dnt try to fool zambians i agree with ths move of gettin rid of ths men first of all ths institution was created to target certain individuals th liks of chiluba an his regime mates at th expense of tax payers money when we hav institutions lik ACC,DEC,Police am just hoping thr disband it after all th one who created was a bottlicker to th westerners coz thr told him tht thr will be funding it.

  150. Its all rubbish! these pipo plundered national resources and Banda’s interest is political, he wants Chiluba to campamg for him come 2011, infact Chiluba has said that he ‘ll do that for Banda!

  151. Those who do not see anything wrong with what Rupiah is doing should have their heads examined. The whole world is looking at us in dismay. What docility is this, we can’t fight for our rights and come 2011 RB will win due to this sickening mindset we boast of as peaceloving. What a shame. Even Jesus showed some anger by driving those traders from the House of Worship. What we have as Zambians is not peace but stupidity of the highest degree n Chiluba n Rupiah can see through us. I am ashamed to be a Zambian.

  152. If you understand why 7 years of Mwanawasa could not conclude the matters before court, you would never be interested necessarily in the outcome of the cases, but their conclusion whichever way.

I encourage many of you people on this site to be resourceful so that your arguments will hold a bit more water that what marjority are displaying.

Even in male female relationships; it is not the beauty that matters but the heart. The beauty only matters during attraction. The beauty is quickly forgotten by the affected if the heart is not right.

The same is true in this case, it is not the beauty of the judgement that matters to some of us who know how our tax has been wasted deliberately. we are more interested in the closure. If pursuing plunder cases can course abuse, it’s better…

  153. You No. 200 u talking rubbish! what has ACC and DEC done for Zed huh? any major case profile u can show me? The institutions u r talking abt only deals with small selective cases both during the reign of KK & FTJ, at least Nkole has brought to the fore bigger mega cases of corruption. Who knew abt the $20 million and Swiss Boutiques that costed zed millions, By the way Shansonga has paid back y not Chiluba?

  154. The reaction of Mr Nkole to the court’s decision illustrates what is really wrong with our administrators. Mr Nkole was mandated to carry out a task on behalf of the appointing authority. It is the appointing authority who is supposed to explain how the money has been spent and the way forward. Mr Nkole was not given a blank cheque to carry out a personnal programme: noble as it may be. The tail cannot and must not control the lion!! People with agenda’s must submit themselves to the democratic process. Mr Nkole was appointed. RB was elected and the people will have a say on RB’s performance when the elections are held. This is democracy baba. Look a the late Mr Mwanakatwe, he was appointed to carry out a lot of tasks for government but NEVER cried foul!!

  155. Iwe no# 198. Please have some brains. What Sikota is saying is simple. It is only the DPP who can make that decision to appeal or not …..not this dull chap Nkole. Nkole failed to prosecute and he knows that its not him but the DPP who should make that decision. He knows very well how Govt operates…..there is no room for rogue chaps like him. he can join the post, or PF-UPND where there is lawlessness. He is actually putting on one of ftj’s ties…..maybe he sold his shoes and suits as salaula and will answer very soon…..theft by servant….

  156. Its useless to try to reason with some of u pipo, the money that was stolen was also tax payers money which c’ud ve gone to uplift the standards at zed, not jst 4 a few pipo like Chiluba. Now he wants even to be paid back! wat rubbish!

  157. IWE NO# 203 NO WONDER YOU HAVE A BRAIN LIKE SATA ……ULI CHIKOPO. USE YOUR FREE BRAIN TO THINK NOT TO DREAM…..YOU NEED A BASIC LESSON ON HOW GOVT WORKS. NO WONDER YOU WERE ALWAYS IN GRPOUP 3 …..THE WHOLE OF PRIMARY SCH AND MOST PROBALY BOUGHT G12 CERTIFICATE FROM MATERO…..

  158. You 205 ! What DPP re u talking abt huh? the one who gets intimidated by RB and Dora, can u trust that chap? as a matter of fact the chap is quiet now bcoz he was told he wu’d lose his job if he challenged the Dora saga. U r devoid of reason my friend. DPP is none functional

  159. I want to tell u ths tht chiluba case was political whn edith nawakwi called chiluba a thief th post in 2002 took it over from her an started to call him by tht name of a thief which an started to mount prssure on levy tht he is a product of corruption an he is a puppet of chiluba,to govern mwanawasa ws to bend to wht th media chanted for him to govern in peacefull an thts where th drama started all bcoz of ths biased paper called th post.We know tht mmembe an personnal difference with chiluba bt blindly ths paper mad it possible to show to th zambians tht he ws a thief, even ths pipo wishin mwanawasa was to be arround he jst died a year ago ths cases started 7 years before he died wastin tim an killin him softly bull sh**t.

  160. I know that many people that support the appeal and continuation of the cases do so with all honesty with the heart to see pluder dealt with. But I must say that people like Nkole are skimmers. How on earth do you list many cases on your drawing board and say that you want to be drawing one by one. And in 7 years you just draw one or two, on which cases no fruit comes out.

The issue is that both Nkole and Mwanawasa knew the possition on these cases. The 7 year drag was not a surprise to eaither of them. How can you be surprised by you own plan. If just one set of the cases Nkole has on his list can take 7 years without any fruit, how long will the remaining ones take, and how much more tax payers’ money will be wasted.

leisure in Europe, Canada, RSA, USA etc is what Nkole wants.

  161. No. 208 you not serious my friend! we ve the systems in zed but those systems don’t work! DPP inclusive that was y Mwanawasa created the Task force. In the UK we ve a similar institution responsible 4 asset recoveries. these institutions r meant to over pass red tapes gvts

  162. #201 the basic thing here is the sweetness and temptations that follows this office. Chiluba tried to to push KK in the corner over books and & K 4Billion but after realisng that the office was so sweet he changed the approach & concentrated on defending his office. Mwanawasa also made the some mistake over Chiluba after he heard that he was sitting under the tree with Mazoka. Akalimwitobo, he abondoned the cases and concentrated on building himself with strict instructions to push the spead of the case against Chiluba to gear one and wait for his term to end.He was afraid of locking up Chiluba!!!! All 3 past presidents are victims of corruption period…….

  163. No. 211, how u blame Nkole and Mwanwasa for the delay of the cases, hw come u 4get that it was Chiluba in more instances who use to ask for adjournments, falling sick and all manner of execuses? did u ff the cases my friend?

  164. KK was the biggest mistake this country has ever made. He created the perfect environment for Chiluba to succed him. FTJ was corrupt to the core and sort to perpeuate his existance by picking LPM. This turned ot to be an even bigger blunder than the one KK made. Mwanawasa also picked some failed farmer as his assistant who now is leading by impulse. I dont want to think what he is going to do next. But you can be sure of one thing, when RB leaves office the next president will be worse. Zambia is doomed. The moral of the story? This is africa, God left this place a long time ago. Chiluba knows it very well.

  165. The whole lot are thieves. Spares Zambian the embarrasement and complitely stop this “Chiluba” nonsese. I take it there are people still getting payed over this nonsense. STOP it now please!.

  166. #216 Dark Matter. Bamashina you are spot on! I couldn`t agree more. But don`t you think it`s Africa which is doomed?

  167. Acquit Kapoko. The man is brilliant. The ministry of Heath didnt know how to use the money it had. Kapoko came up with a perfect scheme of putting that money to good use by building beautful lodges and buying sleek cars. He created employment for a dosen employees who worked in th logdes and gave the clients lodging at his lodges an international taste. Free Kapoko. ACC and DEC have failed to come up with a solid case against him.

  168. BA ZEDDIAN IMWE … HOW MUCH TIME WOULD YOU WANT TO GIVE NKOLE TO COMPLETE THE CASES. …. I WONDER WHY LPM DID NOT MANAGE TO FINISH THIS THING FOR 7 SOLID YEARS……AND NOW IT IS RB’S PROBLEM…. ARE YOU SURE IT IS ALLOWED FOR NKOLE TO FLOUT THE CONSTITUTION WHEN IT IS IN BLACK AND WHITE THAT IT IS ONLY DPP WHO CAN DO SUCH…….SORRY IF YOU DONT LIKE THE CURRENT DPP OR YOU THINK HE IS A LAME DUCK BUT YOU ARE ADVOCATING FOR CHAOS AND LAWLESSNESS. NO ZAMBIAN PRESIDENT WILL EVER ALLOW WHAT YOU WISH FOR ….MAYBE SATA CAN ALLOW SUCH……

  169. No. 208, u r quite amazin! 1st what do you do in the UK? a professional student or eh he doing donkey jobs huh? u think u can give me lessons on the operations of govts huh? maybe the opps of GRZ which is really not how govts operates! 4 ur own info i’m a highly qualified lawyer working for the HMM CPS! don’t think that jst bcoz u r a donkey then everyone else is a donkey!

  170. Ah! So we have donkeys on here? No wonder our country is always going forward mwana mayo like Luapula people (Chiluba sytle)

  171. LPM didn’t flout the constitution by creating the Task force, he had the mandate, as a matter of fact the consti allowed to create the taskforce Art 61 of laws of Zed allows the President to appt or 2 disappt.

  172. #221 zeddian respect peoples jobs no matter how low it is. as long as there are not doing anything illigal. Not everybody is as fortunate as you. those people that you are looking down on have been blessed with at least an income to support themslves and their family. Pray for them or simply be kind

  173. President Banda is trying to put on Chiluba`s suit despite of his big body. He will pay for it when it starts tearing apart. Mr Nkole saved the task force with integrit. Those who say government spent alot of money on task force are showing ignorance at its highest level. The task force is sponsored by donors who have seen how corrupt Chiluba`s regime was and not GRZ .GRZ couldnt keep task force for 5yrs or more. How can government sponsor task force if its getting US$300,000 as TAX from US$6,000,000 exports of Nikel mined in zambia? NOW WATCH THE DEATH OF TASK FORCE BECOZ DONORS WILL PULL OUT WITH THESE RECENT DEVELOPMENTS.

  174. No. 226, am sorry abt the comments i made abt RB but u understand he was the 1st one to come me “ichikopo” that i sat in grp 3 throughout my primary skool and that i got to 2ndary skool thru matero! however, i m ashamed that i reacted to his stupid overtures. plz 4give me everyone offended! wont happen again!

  175. all zambians are thieves by birth ………. thief accountants , thief lawyers, thief engineers, thief Quantity Surveyors, thief buyers, doctors, etc what do you expect in such a country. HH has unexplained wealth, sata store at Avondale housing project, Kapoko, etc All presidents surround themselves with educated thiefs…..

  176. This is a very good move in the interest of the nation. Nkole Iwe, I told YOU that your days for staying at the Task Force were being counted. Wale samwa pa kubala, nomba wamona ! na kaku dilila ! Go back now to your village and grow Cassava. We can not what CHILUBA did for us despite the problem he had. He is human being. No one is perfect pano esonde. FTJ, you need to take a breack abroad… Go to the UK,USA, RSA,CHINA even here in JAPAN I would like to see you again. You are the ONE.

  177. u can think wat u want my friend, it does’nt change the facts! I still work for the HM CPS! as matter of mo info 4 u, am based at the Woolwich Crown court at Belmarsh, but like i said it does not allow me to look down on u or anyone else. the same goes to those who live in glass hses

  178. #156 Fine! you say there were no cses that were really solved. The London Jugdement case was a success why then cant the current government since the courts of Zambia found Chiluba innocent of having stolen $500,000. Why cant they work on making a fast move as well for the London judgement to be registered to take action.Dont tell me that the London judgement was not fair because if the Zambian Jugement is fair let the people accept it and also let the people and Chiluba himself accept the finding of the London court and pay back the money he stole. $42 million.

  179. Phew! At last we can have some break. It was too much of the same old stupid cases. Akalilo kapwa. These guys wanted to be chewing whilst pretending to be busy solving cases that were in the first instance orchestrated by the family tree. Thats why if you look at Shakafuswa, the man is brooding over spilt milk. Lesa wabonse. your time is coming and very soon and i mean soon you will loose that seat. Boma sisobela these days. Its high time people had respect for the nation’s leaders.

  180. IWE ZEDDIAN….. DONT WISH TO BE A LAWYER…IMAGINE LWAYERS DISPLAYING IGNORANCE LIKE YOU ……PITY U BOY. JUST BE HAPPY LOOKING AFTER OLD PIPO S H I R T …. CLEANING THEIR MATAKO AND THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH U………RB IS LEADING A GOVT AND HE HAS TO MAKE DECISION ….GOOD OR BAD. SO FAR SO GOOD. YOU CAN G TO H E LL WITH YOUR NKOLE. ITS A DONE JOB…..HISTORY

  181. Maxwell Nkole thought he was clever going to Muvi TV? He should have kept ziii like oldman Chona….that way you go with digninty…we wish him well in his new station in life

  182. Whao! I guess everyone from Zed is in that type of work, I not going to say anything. u r really a piece of nasty woodwork my friend!

  183. ZEDIAN……IF NKOLE IS EXECUTIVE FIMOFIMO…YOUR HERO! LOL WHY CANT THIS NKOLE JUST GO AND REGISTER THE LONDON JUDGEMENT IN THE HIGH COURT ON HIS OWN WITHOUT THE NEED FOR DPP OR AG OR WHATEVER….. GROW UP. RESPECT YOUR OWN LAWS .

  184. Zeddian you know the foolishness of lieing online is you forget they are people that work in that field. Crown prosecuters and queen’s counsel ARE NOT BASED AT CROWN COURTS they have chambers or solitors offices. Secondly all crown prosecuters are located at Ludgate hill in london so you are the first one imaginary resides at belmarsh, maybe you have forgotten that belmarsh is a court.

  185. #215 zeddian, You must understand that the person they are still trying to try is Chiluba. If you say that Chiluba is the one who delayed the cases for 7 years because of excuses, could you now assure us that he has stopped his behaviour?

Has he promissed that he has stopped anymore excuses?

Or is it that you want to proscute a different person?
What have you put in place to stop Chiluba from giving excuses? Are you telling me that it is Chiluba who advised Nkole to file caes on the shelf and start to withdraw slowly so that we can prolong the project?

What parameters have you changed to cause Chiluba to stop delaying tactics? You are saying we can’t blame Nkole and Mwanawasa for the delay; are you going to blame a thief for stealing when you never locked you door?

  186. Lets ensure that in future this country should have strong state institutions enshrined in our constitution not strong or manipulators of of our governance system. The only way forward is be alert and proactive. We should not be seen to be selectively prosecuting pipio after they leave office. Its costly and there are alot of collateral damage. The Aron Chungu, Faustin Kabwe etc who have bin sentenced were just victim of circumstances. They thought by serving their master’s voice till they droped down was god sent instructions. But I am happy Max Nkole is kicked out. The chap was using double standards, He served FTJ as his Commander In Chief and behaved like Shikapwasha at one time. I hate traitors and even Chiluba was betrayed by those he gave presidency for free. Lets act B$ things a…

  187. What a turn of events. RB equals mess with me and you’ll lose your job. This name Rupiah Banda is synonymous to job losses.
Anyways Nkole after you temporarily welcomed the verdict and later changed your mind, you thought RB was your friend huh!
The other side of the coin reveals to me a terrible makeup. Nkole knew that once he hangs the cloves on Kafupi’s case the mandate of the task force would expire. No wonder he himself welcomed the ruling. It baffles me to the stomach to learn that people seem surprised at the decision taken by the Govt of firing Nkole. The Govt and Nkole are on one side trying to reduce the tension and mixed public out cry on the matter. All I see here is that chiluba’s case has been down played by Bwezani’s Govt. Nkole is an accomplice.

  188. Slumdog, Wow, u r very wrong my friend, each crown court has residential prosecutors, Ludgate is for admin purposes only! London is quite big and wide my friend it does not make logistical sense for all CPS to report to one central site then go to various courts! within each crown court re offices for the attached CPS

  189. Cont.

Lastly, unfortunately this is a Zambia we have managed to come up with. God Knows and may God Bless this motherland.

  190. I agree with#217. to start with KK was not supposed to be the President of Zambia coz we had better brains to rule this nation at the material time. Chiluba gotten from the bus station in Ndola were he used to run a small fleet of minibuses and as credit manager at artlas copco only to be tipped in the bar to become President of Zambia. Mwanawasa in his deep sleep only some one in his house to hear a knock that the sleeping fellow is to become the President of Zambia. RB after surviving the 0 option and 20 years in advanced retirement only to find himself as President. In short all these characters are opportunists no one has worked had for that position. Muletamba WWE to see how opportunists win fights bangwelwe. Naya mukulala.

  191. What has bin or will come out of the NCC spearheaded constitution not much will be achieved. When its finaly done there will still be much power concentarated into the hands of the President. The Zambian Presidency has to much power and can do anything without question. Even without giving direct instructions for certain things to be done, an appointee is compelled phychologically to act the other way because of uncertainty surrounding the security tenure of the positions. For as long as those heading institutions such as Judicial, ZP, Parliament, ACC, DEC etc are presidential appointees there is nothing much going to change. The Presidency has every right to direct how certain things should be and pleasing to the eye. We are going to live with this for long time to come. GOD SAVE ZAMBIA

  192. Zambia needs a GREAT flood to wash away ALL the wicked people and start afresh! New way of life, new passion and respect for life, new laws. GOD himself must be on the verge of doing this because it’s all become a bit too sickening the way Zambia and the world at large work. CHANGE IS IN THE AIR…

  193. #253. Man from the DEVILS Island. I agree with you our president has too much power its high time NCC do something about this.

  194. I think one thing is true, we ve a huge problem pa Zed, this problem is not jst the govt, it is also pipo like some of the blogers! we need a paradigm shift in our culture as a pipo! hw else do we accept and advocate 4 Chiluba’s innocence?

  195. Nkole says that he has no problem with loosing his job. He says he will this time concentrate to his family issues and has since thanked LPM and not RB for serving as Task Force Chairman.

  196. ZEddian lies lies lies. Don’t pretend to be something you are not just to impress bloggers on WWW world. Prosecutors just hire they are never reside inside crown courts.

  197. I take it that it that Nkole knew that his time would surely come and he is seemingly grateful that it has come at this opportune time. If I may ask, will he get his full benefit or whatever you may call it as at the end of Contract? And if he was being paid a salary for the past three months, how come his bosses couldn`t see that this mans contract had long expired?

  198. ZEddian li es li es l ies. Don’t pretend to be something you are not just to impress bloggers on LSKTIMES. Prosecutors just hire they are never reside inside crown courts. Next time you pass yourself as a lawyer rememeber theres real lawyers on here

  199. 262! Slumdog u r really an interesting persona, so u don’t knw that the CPS has been emplyoying its own prosecutors? wow! where ve u been my learned counsel? Anyway, its a waste of time!

  200. BPP law school is where I was trained. I am interesting because you thought nobody would chin check you on your lies. I suggest your pursue honest and better endevours rather than be an online fantasist. I just called woolich crown court on 02083127000 and my suspicions were right, there are no resident CPS lawyers there.

  201. no. 223 YOU ARE SPOT ON! AFRICA IS DISASTER!!!! AND THE STORY WILL ALWAYS BE THE SAME. THATS WHY THE ITALIAN PRIME MINISTER PREFERRED TO ATTEND A FOOTBALL GAME AT AC MILLAN INSTEAD OF ATTENDING A MEETING WITH AFRICAN HEADS OF STATE. IAN SMITH SAID AFRICANS ARE NOT FITTED BY NATURE TO RUN COUNTRIES. THEY ARE JUST USED TO LIVING IN THE JUNGLE LAWLESSLY. ZAMBIA WAS A MUCH BETTER COUNTRY UNDER COLONIALISTS THAN NOW.

  202. URGENT

Maxwell Nkole has multiple terminal diseases from prostrate cancer, herpes to a dysfunctional liver issue. Just praising him without financial support is rubbish Zambians behavior that will not suffice the US $ 20,000 monthly wage he was taking home not cut off. Please lets help Nkole to encourage the would be citizens to see that it pays to appease armchair critics than him taking empty accolades only without material support even as he henceforth wallows in pathetic poverty.Unless we look after him, we will soon find him dead because Nkole health wise is a mobile coffin about to sink deep.Out of rejection and suffering, he may shoot himself dead any time from today unless we stand in material support with him. Please lets mitigate his suffering since we encouraged him to be…

  203. What we are seing are the effects of the pact. In our Presidents mind he has also to form pacts the banda way:
    Chiluba to get him Luapula
Sikota to get him Livingstone and western
    Munkombwe to get him Southern
Nervers (the finished one) to get him Northern
Unfortunately, all these guys are educated primitive saveges who are good for nothing fellows.
