  4. Well, Mr Muhanga is not obliged to give details of his case on this forum as the matter is already before the court where all will be revealed.

  5. Chineke, thats almost ZMK200Million per month. Yangu tata there are people enjoying on this planet especially that its in a cheaper economy. Depending on the reasons for dismisal may you may be intitled to salary in lieu of office. Goodluck

  6. good luck but i guess since zain has been bought off by bharti, one expects a restructuring. speaking from experience working here in canada (not the usa LT) redundancies always follow an acquisition as the new owners want to obtain efficiencies and your job would have been an axing i would have recommended. marketing would automatically be a corporate role and so people lower down the group food chain like you would be shown the door with obviously some payment. that is the reality LT bloggers so open your minds and get some education.

  7. Evans, Tell people the truth. Those of us who worked with you know exactly you were separated from the company. Don’t be funny or else i’ll personally report you to the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Zambia Institute or Marketing for ‘unethical practice’

  10. i used to follow lt silently but av noticed eversince elections that some people are paid guns…after investigation i have found the truth and it would be sad to learn that lt is actually very much a gun…
but if not you should know ba lt that the people you are tolerating are making a lot more money than you and you know them….just follow the election stories and upto now, people with all that info, do you think they spend all day on lt for nothng????

  11. Well… its a pity he was sacked. I just hope the judicial system in Zambia will hear his case and not leave it to posterity. A sacked man being paid so well before is exposed to terrible experience especially if you’re in Africa. Be patient, Evans. Good Luck
