103. If Zambian wants to win international posts they have to put up competent candidates. In Zambia we seem to think any lawyer can handle anything. We have to expose our people to relevant experience. Our candidate will meet well qualified candidates from all over the world. Inonge lost not because people do not like Zambia but because she does not have the temperament and qualifications to deal with complex issues such as conflicts etc. Just becaue Zambian president makes you a minister does not transform you into a clever guy.
