    • sumina fye PF yalateka, because RP hasnever been voted into office as president kaya kapena ndiye mwaii wabantu ba chokela ku ma East, i am just thinking .He is not a pipo’s choice, its an error to have him as VP IN THE FIRST PLACE, LET HIM GO. MMD MUST LOOK FOR ANOTHER PARTY PRESIDENT NOT RP, MA POLLUTANTS. FIKENI PO MWANINI BASHIKULU SARAH BANDA, YOU ARE NOT EMPTY HANDED, YOU HAVE HARVESTED HEAVILY WHERE YOU DIDNT SOW……. MU MMD, SIMWENZEMO, MWENZE KU BA KULU BANU BAMBUYA MUNDAULA, THATS KK.

  1. 63 Constituencies to go!
Most of them in Central, Eastern, Southern, Western and North-Western
    Who cried wolf????
    chwela

    • Eastern has already been counted and PF has done very well there. Mind you, all parties, including EU, have access to results because of PVT and so there is no rigging this time!

  2. Gentlement you dont know which constituencies have been verified. as far as i know even eastern is in here and Luapula is not yet in where in luapula PF has won very seat except one. These are the veriied stations in no order. Lets wait

  3. Your Sata has been successfully raked and perfectly shadowed with all escape routes maned by peace loving Zambians disdainful of his call for violence. Therefore your so called civil war will make him the first victim. Should you spill any of our Zambian blood, you risk being headless chickens in a blink of an eye with Wynter Kabimba already on the the gallows of Mukobe Maximum prison over his treasonous pronouncements following his handle of hackles posting fake results to trigger violence, at the hands of peace lovers surely you risk being headless chickens.

  4. If ecz promised to produce the final results in 48hrs I will give the benefit. What I would to know if anyone knows what the target is for Sata to be declared the prez. Rioting is the best solution remember those will have to rebuilt somehow rather we all put the tools down shut up shop.

  5. PF are so immature!
You claim people want change but look at how many are voting for MMD, then you say its rigging….what about the say of the many MMD supporters? Does it not matter?
You must appreciate MMD for being so mature and democratic, otherwise if we lived in a PF world people would burn down shops and cause violence whenever things didn’t go they’re way. That is very unfair to the rest of us Zambians

    • @ PF-As..you are hoping that delaying the release of results, the thieves you support will still again but is in your dreams. People want change as is evidenced by large margins alla bee is loosing to PF in Lsk, CB, Luapula and Northern P. Look at the results from Eastern the difference is not that big. Thats evidence enough to show that people want change. How can a sitting president score the way alla bee is? where is he going to get 185,494 votes from, from the remaining 34 constituencies? U think PF will be getting zeros from now on? mind u there are some constituencies yet to announced in Luapula and Northern P e.g. Chilubi. Be Rational Brotherman.

  6. SATA invited this defeat..!! He should have allowed the pact to take off, and allow 50% each and him became pact candidate, this time MMD would have kissed the dust people, but now we ahve 65 remaning not these one you are hearing from post newspaper, there is still 65 seats which is not PF stronghold but UPND and MMD…So I can still believe MMD will win and again the opposition remain with their their tales between their legs..!!!

  7. That is what I’m saying we don’t which ones have been verified. It would be better if LT can atleast list the provinces that have reported so far so we know.

  8. 48HRS ENDED @6am,Results PLZ!!CRY MY BELOVED COUNTRY–Why the PANIC &black out Ba ECZ.Leaders who cheated Zambians by not giving them or enacting a new constitution-BILL OF RIGHTS,Vote them out and those who amended the Anti-Corruption Act clause 37 to steal -Bloody thieves!! Shame, the same leaders who cheated zambians are now begging for VOTES from the very people they cheated?Look at the ECZ blackmail..COUNTING 5mil votes to take two days?Thieves! If the director of ZESCO awards a big contract to his friend or to a company he controls ,that’s corruption!! why should the INCUMBENT,an interested party/ presidential candidate continue being president, controlling KEY institutions including the ECZ up to the election day?And you expect a fair result? THE CONSTITUTION NEEDS TO BE REPEALED

  9. IT SI SO HARD FOR PF SUPPORTERS TO BE MATURE….MMD IS PROMOTING DEMOCRACY AND GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO AIR YOUR VIEWS BUT LOOK AT HOW YOU TREAT ZNBC….LOOK AT HOW YOU CARRY MACHETS AND CAUSE VIOLENCE AND EVEN PREACHING IT EVERYWHERE
THAT IS NOT A WORLD THE REST OF US ZAMBIANS WANT TO LIVE IN…HAD YOU WON THIS ELECTION WHERE YOU GOING TO JUSTIFY BURNING SHOPS? IF MMD LOST AND BEGAN RIOTING WHERE YOU GOING TO TAKE IT?
LIKE IT OR NOT MMD IS A HUGE FACTOR IN ZAMBIA AND HAS A LARGE FOLLOWING

  10. In Luapula, there is only one seat, remaining as seen RB is doing very well in Luapula,,the majority of the undeclared votes are from MMD strong and UPND, western, southern, north-western and 1 from eastern provinces, they are stealing from UPND that is why UPND have very big problem, if RB got 625, they will just put 10 to make it 10625 for the MMD. UPND will not complain because of the blood which is existing between PF and UPND during pact..SATA is in big trouble even him, he knows this very well, he has no chance..!! RB, the winner..!! arrest all these kaponyas, without bail for 5 months in chibokaila prison, we are serious people.!! I will step a foot in zambia, he will be the dirtiest president in A

  11. Okay, I don’t really support any party myself because it doesn’t make sense – I’m not in Zambia. However, I find it difficult to see how MMD can hope to close down that huge margin with PF in the remaining fewer constituencies. The thing is we don’t even know which provinces have reported. What I seem to notice is that Northern province, which is Sata’s other stronghold has not reported even one constituency. I honestly think Sata has won this election – which is a shame because RB in terms of policy is by far better than Sata – but the people have chosen Sata. The remaining gap is too big. Especially that Rupiah has mistreated the Western province which enbale him to win last time and they have panished him for that. He will regret big time for taking them for granted.

  12. WHY SHOULD ONE PARTY HOLD US ZAMBIANS AT RANSOM????
WE WANT A ZAMBIA WHERE WE CAN ALL CO-EXIST IN OUR DIVERSITY
SHOULD WE HAVE OUR SHOPS BURNT IF WE DON’T GET THE POINT OF A CROOKED SLOGAN LIKE DON’T KUBEBA??? WHAT WE WANT IS STABLE GENUINE LEADERSHIP AND A BOOMING ECONOMY…..HOW DOES KEEPING SECRETS AND BEING THIEVES HELP US???
ZAMBIANS HAVE SHOWN WHAT THEY WANT, ACCEPT IT AND MOVE ON….OTHERWISE WE SHALL ALSO REACT

  13. munali, mandevu, matero, chawama and kanyama were verified at the time the chair was making update but had not been added to her totals.

  14. Why cant you update seats won by the parties and show their distribution in the provinces? This would end some of the petty and silly excuses by ignorant bloggers! ( and would annoy the would be riggers no doubt)

  15. 97,425 may soon be swallowed up and pf would be doing baby cry as usual. Elections are won by every vote cast especially in the FPTP (First Past The Post) electoral system like Zambia

  16. #20 That’s correct…the excuse given is difficult to comprehend, but one suspects that they are pandering to some peoples wishes cos the difference would have been massive and difficult to get rid of later!

  17. @MMMMMMMMMMMMMM Its *****s like you who have never seen development that call a gravel road being levelled as development. Its about change and not SATA.*****T

  18. There is another new story on LT. Check it out. It appears that most of the awaited results might be coming from Lusaka rural and western province. I have little hope for RB, to be honest. Let’s wait and see how Sata does in Western province.

  19. @ 6 You are just a hater who will die of hatred coz any reasonable person cant talk shit like you.I think you need seriuos counseling may be you have mental problems

  20. HH is a peace maker here, even if SATA wins, he need HH to help him run the Government or else, he will be together with MMD and make it difficult for SATA to govern. Same applies to RB, he has very few MPs, that is why some people are saying HH will be vice president and in 2016 elections, they will be no MMD standing but UPND candidate to give PF a good lesson. But one thing am happy is that SATA is a man, whether you agree or not, the man is strong in politics he has certain medicine which is not found to every politician in Zambia, for that reason you are a man, but to be my president is another matter..!!

  21. Political risk analysts, who were divided on the final result, said a Sata defeat might trigger unrest although added that it was likely to be short-lived and have no impact on copper output or the wider economy.
“If Sata loses a close election and rejects the outcome there will be some unrest in Lusaka and the Copper Belt but it will be contained and relatively short-lasting,” research firm Eurasia said.

    • I doubt it might be short lived Kangwa, Sata’s supporters are emotional sorry to say and “barbaric” followers that are terribly hungry for change at the moment..Who knows how far they are willing to take it with some openly confessing that they will die for Sata. If MMD has what is best for the country @ heart right now, they will not temper with the results otherwise I am afraid we might just experience a a different scene on a new level in Zambia

    • I am afraid Sata’s defeat might not be as short lived as anticipated by the PA. His followers are emotional and barbaric(sorry to say, of course doesn’t apply to all) people that are frustrated with the current leadership and are thirsty for change. From the confessions i hear on radio, some people are even promising to be ready to die for Sata, if people do not get what they want, Zambia might just experience civil/tribal wars that has never been expected before in our land.. if the MMD have any brains whatsoever, they should know when to give up a fight!

  22. #2: Check this:
From the results that have so far been released by the national elections centre, Mr. Sata is comfortably leading in Luapula, Northern and Copperbelt Provinces while Mr. Banda is commanding Central, Eastern and North western provinces.

UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema has an upper hand in Southern Province, the region he hails from.

Results from most constituencies in Lusaka and Western Provinces are yet to be received and verified by ECZ.

  23. The updates are back on Qfm only parliamentary though. Mambilima explained that parliamentary results can be announced by media institutions but not presidentail because they have not been verified.

  24. #2 needs mental health, which pf stronghold are finished, are dreaming hater?your shrek is packing and going back to the farm if you want follow ahim to chipata

  25. Even if the optometrist / optician fail to open your eyes ,The holy spirirt can open your f.kn eyes ,PEOPLE NEED CHANGE ,SINK THAT IN YOUR SKULLS,Why having thousands of soldiers arund state house,i will send 50 homos to come and work on you in Mukobeko ,thats your destiny BANDA

  26. these are not results but useless graphs why is it so hard for ECZ to publish results constituence by constituence, i cant understand, is there anything secret about our own votes? all the these are trick to confuse as.

    • TRUELLY UPULA AMASAKA IWE, RP IBOOMA FINSHI, LYALUSA KWAISA IBOOMA LYA PF
PAKUTI UKALEKE UKUPULA AMASAKA. SHIBUKA MUNE NSHIKUPATILE, JUST TRY TO CHANGE.

      Ngosa KALYOLYOSHA……..

  27. @ donchi kubeba you are the one who is an *****. if sata is your man let be so but for me he is not my cup of tea. please respect others people’s opinions and thats democracy at the end of the day.

  28. I don’t suport sata and his pf, but according to the imformation i am reiciving now, sata is our next presido. Whether us in mmd like it or not. Here in copperbelt we cheated rb that mmd has large following at that rally in ndola which was never the case. Look at the numbers that has come out from copperbelt it is very disapointing. Our stronghold are not producing enough votes, i am very worried if they anounce the remainig lusaka, northern because we are not doing well in western. So my fellow mmd things are bad.

    • Helo Katwushi, you are a brave person in totality, for saying this truth to MMD. May I add on, MMD must not allow bashikulu Sarah Rupiah Banda to be anywhere near MMD Leadership. It was a grave error to have him in MMD at that level when there were pipo who laboured for MMD at the on set. Could all Party Leaders learn to groom their successors. It will not be difficult to step down.
Ba Shikulu Mundaula Kenneth David Kaunda failed , the late FTJ Chiluba never thought in those lines too, hence he wanted to rule for the 3rd term. Why would Ba Mwanawasa bring Bashikulu Sara RP as his vice president, takwali misepela iyakucita groom? Cilubo, but we wont dwell on it, lets move on.
Even ba Yama ba Sata, must train a successor not until they disrespect you.

  29. I have just seen a spreadsheet of the latest results. It is still not looking good for RB, although things could actually turn around. In other words, there is still a small chance but it is very tiny. What has actually happened is that Sata’s lead has widened since previous results were announced before these ones. Previously, Sata was leading by about 70,000 and now he is leading by about 90,000. It is tough for MMD. However, MOST of the remaining constituencies are actually in Western, North-Western, Lusaka Rural and still a few from Eastern and Southern. It will all depend on the totals that come from there whether or not they will be enough to close the gap. The reality is that Sata will also be picking up votes. I don’t support Sata, but we have to be realistic. Fingers crossed.

  30. People it is simple, RB will win this not because i like him but because he keeps getting second best results in all the areas where he performs badly whereas Sata is yoyowing from 1 to 3. PF will regret destroying the pact with HH because it is clear that HH and his party are going to be the king makers. No 18, the one party is not holding anybody at ransom, people are still voting for it and even in the cities and towns in which PF and Sata are strong they are still voting for MMD and RB making him come second, that to me says a lot of people still want MMD and RB and because of that RB will win as all these second positions that he is having in areas that he should perfom badly are adding up with Sata performing really bad in the areas where RB and HH are strong.

  31. From this very moment I have stopped blogging. We are wasting time, Sata has won these elections and I’m very sad because of that. I used to blog only because of elections, now I better go back to my work. As far as I’m concerned, the elections are over and MMD should just concede defeat. But in having RB losing elections, some provinces will be poor by the end of the next 5 years, while others will benefit massively. Zambia will emerge at the end of 5 years more divided than ever mostly on tribal lines, with the economy in tatters. There is something good for us in the diaspora, because the economy will be bad, the Kwacha will fall, making it easier to send money to Zambia…we will go back to K10,000 per Pound!! Which is good for me!!

  32. SATA STILL STRONG. ( Sshh … RB threatening to kill Mambilima and Mwaanga)

LOTS OF RURAL LUAPULA NOT YET ANNOUNCED. LOTS OF RURAL NORTHERN NOT YET ANNOUNCED.

  33. Bye! Bye! Guys. Good luck with your Chi-Sata over the next 5 years. Don’t bother to insult me because I won’t read – I’m actually rushing to the airport for my flight to Majorca on holiday, now that I know who has won!!!

  34. @mmmmm says: You get respect when you talk sense but if you talk shhhhhtt ,then you better lick your asssss hollleeeeee

  35. IT IS ALWAYS DARKEST AT DAWN.

MMD cant see because it is at dawn. A new day is coming very soon. All MMDS will kiss DUST as RB said. Were are you now MMD Cadres. I want to see which Cadres has strong bores to stand up again. Bashikapuba is now the most silent. Dora the prostitute will now be free for all. Those bums you advertised will now be used.
RB’s wife is now going back to he Bedroom she talked about to receive injections from an angry man. Ohh Goodbye MMD fipuba

  36. Why do zambians select presidential candidates who are poorly educated. A man or woman without a university degree, should not considered suitable to run the country? When you look at leaders of other countries, most are graduates of the top universities in the world. Government cabinet members are also educated, to at least degree level in developed countries. Even Zambian ancestral monarchs had training in leadership and diplomacy.

  37. Managni is gone, Masebo is gone, Patrick is gone who is next ? lets stay tunned to our TV sets and hope ba PF namushita manzi because ifintu tafichija bwino ka.

CHwe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!chwe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RB IS BACK AND WE CANT WAIT TO OVER TURN THE RESULTS

    • All rebel MPs gone (Chitika, Ma Oranges, Marjory mwape etc etc). In addition, Liato, Bradford machila gay man, Mabenga, Peter Daka gone. Zwa. Patrick is only 27 yrs, plenty of time to make a good politician. All Eastern announced, were RB had run away margins. Now what? He he he. Will see who will have the last laugh. Change goal! he he he he

  38. #53 ELINA. Your complaint does nto make sense. If you are well educated yourself, why don’t you jump in into politics and see if you can be elected to any leadership position? Being in leadership does not require academic education. There are a lot of countries where their leaders don’t have formal education to PhD level but they are doing fine economically. What do you have to say about our chiefs and indunas? Most of them have not been to school but they lead communities. Let’s just respect each other. Zambia is ours. Concentrate on the present and future. One Zambia One Nation.

  39. KALE TUWININE…AS A MEMBER OF PF PVT…SATA FINALLY PRESIDO…WHO WAS SAYING SATA WILL NEVER BE PRESIDO…MWAMWENAKO…BASAKALA ESPECIALLY KIZITO, SENIOR CITIZEN…JOB FINISH

  40. SWEET VICTORY FOR SATA and PF. SATA=1,088,829 compared to RB`s 666,720.
Congratulations for the job weldone PF and all the Zambians for ending MMDs regime. Now the should pay tax for the company material the brought and account for their source of money. We need this money for social sector like health, education etc.

  41. Can every one stop this peaceful nation bullshit. Not when your stomach is empty and you are on the streets with your degree in your hands. Times have changed and if these thieves don’t want to accept the people’s choice then do as Ivory Coast, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt etc did. Out on the streets and fight it out to our death. Better dead than to go another five years
of bigotry. Shriek and your son’s it’s time to pack up and go back to your humble farm.

  42. Can any expert help me understand what I am missing here? Why are some people claiming that PF strongholds are finished? And is MMD able to secure sufficient votes from the remaining constituencies to enable them catch up on the margin? I need answers in a nutshell please!

  43. Sata RB margin getting wider. at 33/150 difference was 73pin, at 85/150 difference was 97pin. Now at 116 difference 185pin. Get the pattern?

  44. It will be a miracle for RB to win after Justice Mambilima announced the latest verified results. Out of 116 constituencies, Sata has 994,090 (or 44.40%). RB has 808,596 (or 36.11%). The difference between the two top contenders is 185,494 in favour of Sata. To make matters worse, some of the remaining 34 constituencies like Chilubi are in Sata’s territory. Just how does RB eliminate this huge Sata advantage in the remaining constituencies which demographically are very small? Let’s wait and see.

  45. Congratulation King Cobra, pliz first line of business let MMD pay duty on the campaign materials, Two reverse the sale of Finance Bank, three, jail RB.

  46. ZNBC is really full of crap the results are announced after about 10 minutes into the news they start with some item from RB calling for peace. is this what we want to hear really

  47. I can asure you all, RB will win these elections. There are more than 450, 384 votes remaining to be verified. And most of the remaining constituences are under MMD. Follow the space.

  48. Nine Chale,
The remaining 34 constituencies – like Lukulu, Chilubi, Kafulafuta, Zambezi West, etc – are demographically very small. In my view, the MMD cannot secure sufficient votes from these areas to surpass the PF’s commanding lead right now.

  49. I need MMD bafoons to come on this blog please. Abwezani Kumuzi is packing as I pick, he will go to Jail and not Kumuzi this time around.

  50. I have completely lost hope of ever recovering. It appears the more the no. of constituences, the bigger the gap. I have told my friend based at zambian embassy in Germany to start preparing for coming back so that he doen not loose time. the writing is now indeed on the wall.

  51. Its just simple to understand why Sata is perceived to have won this elections. Out of 9 provinces Sata is leading in 4 provinces with big margin CB, Lusaka, Luapula, Northern and he has done well in eastern and western provinces where people did not expect him to do better. So according to results he has 6 provinces leading with big numbers out of 9 provinces, so what does that mean?

  52. It is gratifying that we are likely to have yet another change. Having passed through Zambia for a few days before elections I couldn’t fathom what development people were talking about. My former neighbourhood in Long Acres has been reduced to a dusty compound and in serious economies that is a neighborhood’s prices up in smoke! Surely, we need some serious rethink on how we treat our citizens. We must install a WORKING government, not one pandering to the electorate EVERY ELECTION YEAR. I am tired of this s-h-i-t-e.

  53. #86, you are right but it is important to add that Sata should receive 0 in all those constituencies, which is impossible.

  54. OF THE 34 CONSTITUENCES STILL UNANNOUNCED IS IT NOT POSSIBLE THAT rb CAN CATCH UP AND OVER-TAKE MCS? MOST OF THE OUTSTANDING RESULTS ARE IN MMD STRONG-HOLDS OF NW AND W PROVINCES. WHAT DOES OUR PF PVT INDICATE???

  55. Don’t know what to say, but I think if the MMD is out I can finally put to rest the death of 5 memebers of my family when medicines where not in hospitals whilst ministers went to holidays in Switzerland and Millions of dollars where stolen. For the sake of millions still in poverty, Sata might just bring a smile on millions.

  56. SSSSSSHHHHHHH!!!!!!! The tourist can now travel all he likes…All those trips and no medicine in the hospitals…He thinks the public are stupid…letting Chinese mistreat employees! He thinks they are more important than Zambians…Well he’s paying for it now!!! GOOD

  57. Among the remaining constituencies, Zambezi West, Luampa, Lukulu West, Mwembeshi, Chasefu, Luapula, Chilubi, Kafulafuta, Bweengwa, Sikongo. MMD kuya bebele chapwa!

  58. Ba PF Arsenal….. in your dreams…. how do you say that people are voting for MMD when the majority are voting for the opposition…..get your logical thinking in line. Add what MMD has got and separately add the combined opposition and tell me if people are wise to think MMD can lead this nation….die hard whilst you live dreaming…..

  59. I cannot wait to see these free loading MMD sycophants  to be replaced. Next week it’s back to normal life and struggles like we all face. It’s always the case with people that sit inj their ivory towers thinking you are all high and mighty. Goodness knows what type of sycophant PF will usher in this time

  60. Kaoma, Lukulu, Luampa, Mangango have not been announced. I suspect all these seats will go to MMD thus MMD’s lead might catch up a bit but that is assuming MMD gets 100% votes which is impossible so Sata still has a upper hand so far. The Gap between RB and Sata will narrow once these are published. A few more from WP, NWP will dent PF’s lead and these are the areas where MMD is likely to temper with results to make up the numbers. Watch out!!

  61. @ 64 I too hate the “Peaceful Nation” bullshit which only serves to the advantage of politicians as they continue to plunder the national resources without feeling for the suffering masses living in abject poverty! The current mood of vigilance should have been the representative characteristic of the people in Zambia than docility!

  62. We told u ..no rigging this time…thanks to improved mobile coverage, PF and other parties were able to send own results to their respective ‘totalling Centre’ ..by the way I’m told most lusaka Presido results are not yet announced by the CRAZY ECZ….funny enough.ECZ only announce palia..

  63. Uluse mwebantu, RB did not prepare psychologically for this upset. I sympathise with his supporters who are still hopeful despite reality becoming clear. Anyway, thanks Mr RB for improving the economy even though it did not flow down to bottom. Hope Ba Shikulu Chilufya will do something.

  64. This a lesson to incoming Politicians. You can’t rule the nation with arrogance and extravagance in the midst of poverty, and expect to get away with it. Zambians have punished, now we will expect to explain where they got the money for such a luxurious campaign.

  65. RB nevera cared about Zed…flying was his pass time…im sure he has enough flight hours to apply for a pilot job for Zambezi Airway… which by the way has interest..lol

  66. Please ECZ we want this exercise finalised tonight and all the winners declared so that the new president is sworn in tomorrow morning. We have endured enough of this hide and seek game. No more story telling, Ok.

  67. Awe suwa BA sata…nwaz zambians u’ve chosen mweka.don’t Eva complain.sata z no different from chiluba bt let the will of the pipo prevail.its unfortunate

  68. palikashimi kapela!!!former president kaunda ewaumfwile efyo cali muli cacaca,he just said mukafonka pamala, jesus said it is finished and he died.may you please bwezani accept the results, zambia is a peaceful country live it as you welcomed your appointment.#68 you are totally right, lekeni abanenu nabo bonfweko ubukumu.Ireen uli mufyashi i end, abomfwa umucele ukufina bantu bausenda;napapata.

  69. They have been here for quite sometime, they have done their part, so let them go and rest. Well come PF. It is a well fought battle against all the odds that stood against you. Well done and well come

  70. Well done to you Zimbabwean, we wish you the best in your NEW dispensation thats looking increasingl likely from the results so far. We hope the winds of change do blow southwards in our direction as well when we eventually hold our own elections net year

  71. Looking at how many MMD seats have got and compare that to the Party President, rigging is evident that RB is trying to catch up…..words from an African setup say “a human tongue is very powerful”…….so mwebene Zambia hear me….. “RB cannot win this election AMEN”

  72. #109 i agree with you i think those chaps that burnt there own voting material will have a telling effect here and could easily be used as an excuse

  73. IT HAS BEEN ANOTHER MILESTONE IN OUR COUNTRY TO HOLD ELECTIONS FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS RESULTING IN ANOTHER CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT CONGRATULATIONS TO ZAMBIANS AND IN PARTICULAR TO PF FOR WINING THE PRESIDENTIAL, PARLIAMENTARY AND LOCAL GVT ELECTIONS. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE IN-COMING PRESIDENT MICHAEL CHILUFYA SATA. LET US BEGIN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ZAMBIA AND IMPROVEMENT TO THE LIVELIHOOD OF THE MAJORITY POOR. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL.

  74. Mighty Iwina Ichungulo.Lets wait and see what happens.Remember it is a marathon and not a sprint race.Someone is going to cry!!!!

  75. Where is Chanda Chimbwi? In the past three years we have seen the following…RP Capital, Chansa Kabwela case and nurses strike that lasted 37 days, Chiluba Acquital, Task Force disbanded, Removal of public abuse fimofimo, campaign sweets, Bill Boards with smiling RB, K1.74trillion paid by mines in taxes billboards, your govt at work billboards, some of the longest adverts on znbc….Rupiah mupilipili alileta na hospital pa kapili he he he. Abash billboards….. Ka Chiluba wish the dead “could look back.” luapula is all but gone to PF.

  76. It’s nice you zambians have voted for your pperceived change so that now you can be exposed to cadre leadership.umusalula waisa pa ma station again ni donchi kubeba.

  77. Easy to predict MCS will be President throw. PF gains in NP is more than RBs gain in EP. MCS gain in Lsaka is more than RBs gain in SP, MCS gain in Luapula Province is more than RBs gain in Central PRovince. Finally MCS gain in Copperbelt is than RBS gain in Western and NOrthhwestern provinces put together.

  78. Fellow Zambians, stop debating who the winner of 2011 presidential elections is. The winner is none other than Michael Chilufya Sata!!! PF OOOooooyee!! MMD yalala! yalala! yalala! The era of MMD in power has finally come to its end. Thank you Michael Sata for your bravery, courage, persistence, and perserverance. Uli mwauma pa baume tata! Ba Bemba tila, “uwaingila mu mushitu tomfwas nsanswa”, and that is exactly what you are tata. At last Zambia will be led by an indigenous zambian other than Malawians and Congolese. Welcome back Zambia, you were lost but now are found. Congratulations ba Sata, on behalf of all anti_theft and law abiding zambians. This is the best news of my life for mother Zambia. MMD had become lawless.

  79. Bane this is really breaking news, which calls for massive celebration. Could all zambians who share this good result meet at Victoria Station London, for a celebration, tomorrow the 23d at 18.pm.

  80. I hope the election of Sata will restore Patriotism and the Rule of Law (order and respect for the law) in Zambia… This in my view is at the core corruption and slow Economic progress.

  81. Apparently the long PF convoy led by Ms masebo is now in addis ababa (From chongwe with 3 cars then joined by hundreds as they went through Woodlands, Kabwata, etc). The taste of freedom!!!!!!!

  82. Listening to Qfmzambia and they are still waiting to cross over to Mulungushi. No word yet. Initially ECZ set 22hrs for an update then moved it to 22:30hrs. Its after 23hrs now still nothing yet.

  83. That would be the last we will hear about Senior Citizen. Am sure he’s started packing already!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone on this blog want his Job at our Embassy in the US please???

  84. Let sata rule zambia so that zambians can know what it means to ignore advise. Let the serpent rule and I shall have no pity for those who voted for him. At least I will be able to support my clan from here. Middle and low income Zambians forever you shall remain poor, in poverty, and in rugs for making wrong choices. Surely arent there credible people that can be chosen other than sata. I am shocked with the many votes he has been given. Shame on on all who voted for this viper and watch and wait as it pumps its venom into your bodies and I should not hear anyone one complain because I will whip you with thorny shamboks. Hopeless you

    • Shame on you 157. You must be out of touch, in diaspora. And you are just embarasing yourself. Word of advise: Think and learn to do some analysis before you react to these comments. I want to believe you are educated, though your analysis lacks this professionalism

  85. 151, I want to believe you are not in Zambia. Shame on you. Your judgement must be is based on what you haver heard and not the facts. You will be ashamed when this man delivers like late mwanawasa who was also not well received in the begining of his term. Watch his pace. I expected professionals like you, if all you are, to independently analyze Zambian current affairs than to pass judgement using borrowed data. You must be a foreigner tho probably born in Zambia

    • havent they annouced results from these constituents? If thats the case, then there is no need of wasting time. Lets start celebrating.

  86. Ubwato bwayabuka lelo but were are the great minds who said it was impossible for Sata to become President. Senior Citizen has gone in hiding and so are the other MMD cadres on this useless blog. By the way, do you know that Lusaka times is hosted by MMD cadres? Sorry guys, incito shapwa but life continues. MCSata is our new president. RB back to Gwanda or sorry, to Malawi. I am not sure what Dora will become but who wants her now when we all know that she is a whore?

  87. Sadly for MMD die hard supporters us Kaponyas have won.We will make sure RB,James Banda and the crew pay for theirs sins. All of you who denied our children places at UNZA because of your corruption, all of you who have been getting bribes from the Chinese,we are coming for you.

  88. The last kicks of the dying horse. Whether announcing the results or not, ifwe ni pa maka. after all ,we ve already started celebrating….? viva sata …….viva pf.

  89. At 159, what can I say except to echoe your name, you are forgiven. Im suprised that you can still rely on old, weak, sick and finished politicans like sata and RB. You even allow them to be the best competitors, and you call yourselves educated. where are the young and vibrant men. you frustrate them just to keep these old madalas who should just be siiting in the lazy mens chairs in farms. owe napapa nokulila sana. , at 158, an insulting tougue has not substance and value. You are probably a PF genetically modified seed. i also forgive you.

  90. Ba LT the RUMOUR has been confimed by the Chief Justice / Returning Officer Ernest L Sakala 1 minute ago. Just accept my comment.. Mr. M C Sata has WON.

  91. Now the work starts.
Sata shall carry along all Zambians and work for the majority. Fair and equitable development for all.
    Salutations to all back home.

  92. Let us celebrate bane wherever u are, just received results that out of 150, 143 are counted so far, 1,150,454 representing 43% is PF and Sata and the mmd has 961,796 representing 36 % and therefore the winner is the PF and Sata. Bwakuluka lelo. Viva Sata vviva PF.

  93. The best news out of all this is that Zambians have refused to let the corrupt Rupiah Banda lead the country for more than 3 years. He was a disaster and now he must be held to explain a lot of things. To those retards who have been opening their big mouths that Sata will never lead Zambia, SHAME ON YOU!

  94. Congratulations to the PF,Let freedom, tranquality Equality. We even personally know this blogger ( PF=ASERNAL) a fat dark guy.An Arogant guy.We know you.Zambia is for all of us.You guys impossed a student union leaders team on us who you used to call for your luncheons sidelining us.
