  1. She has a bright future and quite talented..

To you Mr/Miss/Mrs.editor your writing should be professional unlike us bloggers this statement of “recorded three single CD’s both Gospel and R&B” is out of this world.. I suggest “recorded
three single CD’s of which 1 is Gospel and the other 2 R&B or the other-way round”

  2. Lukala we are so proud of you. The sky is the limit my dear. Always remember to aim high and listen to other experienced musicians works. Your Aunt and I love you. Bo Chris & Joy, job well done baane lwitumezi sha.

  3. That stage name is awful.  Please boNdate Joy Munalula help her change it!  It is too close to Mukala (stray dog)!!

  4. Lukala?? Or lukanyo?? Hmm pliz change the stage name girl otherwise u r doomed with zed funs. Otherwise nchinakalya akamwaice aka, bwaima.

  5. Zambians are funny. The moment I heard the name, I felt uncomfortable and true to form, my discomfort was real as some comments have indicated. The girl should seriously consider re-branding herself for Zed as someone has indicated. Ma facts aya as some musician already sang or rapped before.

  6. The background of the interview was not good for such a nice girl.It looks like the interview took place in NOT well looked after part of London.Lukala sing a Lozi songs too.Otherwise you have a good voice.

  9. I was unable to listen to her tune from here due to copyright complications. When I slotted in her name on Utube, the search engine spat out a Congolese singer going by the same name (Lukala Djino). I’m like hmmm… strange and unexpected things do happen on the internet!

  10. And while I was on there (Utube) I also came accross a very attractive Zambian lady called Rungano Nyoni based in the UK with a short film entitled “Mwansa The Great” which featured at the London Film Festival in 2011.
Did LT already cover this success story? If yes, then I must have missed it… if not, then Mr. Editor, please get on with it! It’s a wonderful inspiration to aspiring artistes in the local film industry.

  11. going by most contributions, its easy to see that zambians are dirty minded and are solely focused on sex.

  12. But sure… Ata what if that is the beautiful girls birthname concentrating on her talent she is very good keep working at is girl your going to get somewhere indeed!

  13. My dream is for Zambia to get a God fearing President like the one from Nineveh so as we can be saved as a whole nation. As in every aspect including common sense.

  14. some of you bloggers never have anything to say and instead you start talking about irrelevant things, what does the background have to do with her talent? shallow ,thick minded people.
