Faz Division One North side Kitwe United have fired coach Fred “Schemer” Siame.
Siame confirmed his dismissal on Tuesday evening.
“It is true don’t doubt it because I am telling you. I have been fired and I am shocked. I am not happy with the way I have been treated,” he said.
Club Chairperson Marther Shoonga could never confirm nor deny the develoment but referred the queries to Siame.
” I can’t confirm nor deny, first talk to Schemer and get back to me,” Shoonga said.
Earlier on Tuesday, sources at Garden Park Stadium had told LT Sports that Siame had been suspended for one month over alleged insubordination.
The ex-Nkana player is believed to have differed with a club official at the weekend.
Siame who has previously worked at Nkana as an assistant coach took over the reigns at Kitwe from Lawrence “Big Gym” Mweemba who was suspended before his subsequent dismissal last year.
Siame has been replaced by little known Mike Mpundu.
