  1. Yes very nice and great indeed. This is real Zambia music you can be proud of and has a Zambian signiture on it.  Those who have come to hate computer generated Zambian music will appreciate this. This is a true depiction of the Zambian culture and all the people in it are main Zambians , a true reflection of what Zambia is. ( Yes a lot of you Zambians have ONE pack stomachs like MC Wabwino, we know-That’s the  real Zambian middle class and above)

Good job ba MC Wabwino. keep it up my man and pass knowledge to some of these up coming Zambian musicians who are doing a really horrible job in trying to be Michael Jackson or whatever

  2. HA HA …. MC U ARE NAUGHTY HEY.. THIS IS A NICE PIECE JELOUSY DOWN. U KNOW WHAT SERIOUSLY DO MORE OF THE TRADITIONL VIDEOS. WE ARE TIRED OF WEST VIDEOS. GOOD ART MY MAN. GOD BLESS U

  3. MC Wabwino Mwana wa Leya  thats a  lovely Zambian video, pure and not  a copycat.Go my man,go ….

  4. Great video MC,well done and do more of such videos. You must do one in nyanja, lozi, bemba, luvale, tumbuka and all the tribes.Use their typical traditional songs and do nice vidoes like the one you just did in tonga.Thumps up to you.

  5. If you are going to do a song in another language other than yours, as a responsible artist have the decency to do your research and get your pronunciation spot on. As a Tonga I know what he is singing but the haphazard nature of the words turns me off.

Then there is the abrupt fusion and chanting in another language whose abruptness surprises and throws you off. He has tried to string together about three Tonga social songs and as such the song does not have any direction in terms of meaning. First he extols the virtues of Mutinta, then he calls her a cry-baby and next goes on some gibberish rant before exiting with some popular Tonga chants.

Its a ‘no’ for me. He should go to Chikuni and ask some of those Gonde culture members for input next time.

  6. GUYS THIS IS SIMPLY GREAT. THIS IS WHAT WE WANT TO LISTEN TO. I LIKED THE DRUMMING, THE CHORUS BOYS AND THE COSTUME. KEEP IT UP. HOWEVER, PLEASE, BA MC WABWINO IMPROVE ON THE SINGING. OBSERVE THING SUCH AS BASS, ALTO, SUPRANO, ETC. YOU TRIED YOU GUYS BUT ITS IMPORTANT TO BE MUSICALLY EDUCATED OR INFORMED.

  7. #18 YOU HAVE VERY GOOD COMMENTS FOR ARTISTS TO LEARN FROM. SOMETIMES I WONDER WHY ZAMBIAN ARTISTS PRETEND OR FAIL TO SPEAK THEIR OWN VERNACULAR LANGUAGES IN FULL. TAKE A SOUTH AFRICAN ARTIST- THESE GUYS ARE PROUD OF THEIR LANGUAGES AND CAN FULLY SING IN THEIR LANGUAGES WITHOUT UNNECESSARILY MIXING IT WITH ENGLISH OR OTHER LANGUAGES UNLESS THE THEME IS ABOUT PUNCTUATING IT WITH ANOTHER LANGUAGE. THE SAME THING APPLIES TO CONGOLESE- THEY ARE ALSO VERY GOOD AT BEING PROUD OF THEIR LANGUAGES APART FROM BEING ARTISTIC AND PROFESSIONAL.

  8. I mwe tata nomba mwakula amatako yoonse ayo?we ve enjoyed yr music enaf u nid to go into farming now coz dat skeleton of yrs has too much weight nw,imagine ukusunkanya amatako abana baletamba sure tayapita inshita? Shileniko abeena piiiiiiilato ifyamba filebombako aini?ucefyeko nokulya waumfwa!

  9. Trying to be koffi style, this is wat is called crio music making a song out of nothing, mixing different musical lyrics and de song sound bad but the set up and dance are good. Its a no for me.

  10. JUST A WORD OF ADVICE TO OUR ARTISTS. ZAMBIA IS NOT SHORT OF CULTURAL MUSIC AND ARTS. EACH TRIBE HAS ITS OWN DETAILED CULTURAL HERITAGE FROM WHICH OUR MUSICIANS CAN DERIVE ANY KIND OF DANCING, SINGING, PERCUSSION, ETC. IF YOU GUYS REMEMBER PETER CHIPANGO, CHITWA NSOMBO, MUKANDAWIRE, ETC, YOU WOULDN’T EVEN BE GOING ANY FURTHER. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I DON’T KNOW IF ANYONE HAD VIDEO-RECORDED DOCUMENTARIES OF THESE GREAT ZAMBIAN NATURAL TALENTS. UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, ZAMBIA INFORMATION SERVICES SHOULD HAVE HAD RECORDINGS OF ANY CULTURAL PERFORMANCES OF ZAMBIA. AKALELA, IMBENI- ALL THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED.

  11. The Gullibility of some Individuals is amazing, no wonder we are easily ‘swindled’ by politicians during elections.

  12. I have a problem with music critics; they tend not to do better than the artiste they are criticising. It is easy to talk. Other than a few mild inconsistencies, the production and technical values in the making of the video are of a high standard. Well done guys and girls! #18,#19,20, some of the things you say are quite constructive but other things you mention suggest to me you don’t know what you are talking about. Many a South African artiste mix up their languages; they call it ‘taal’. I performed with quite a few of them over five years, but I won’t name drop. I am not Tonga but the video took me back to many happy days in Mazabuka,Pemba,Chisekesi,Choma,Rusangu,Kalomo,Mukwela,Monze,Chivuna and other places. Wabwino and his production team are making a great effort. More please!

  13. Zeds at it again.why pull down a brilliant effort and yet you are busy praising foreigners whose language you don’t even understand.haters!

  14. ok maybe its a yes, for the waste of his time.. bliv you me we are tired of these western stuff, but hey its 21st century, more pipo watching TV than reading hence make something more appealing to their eyes and you will make money MC, its all abt money nothing else
