Titima- I am staying at Power

Share

Chipolopolo goalkeeper Joshua Titima has revealed that he is staying at Power Dynamos ahead of the 2014 season.

Titima was heavily linked to Nkana before the Wusakile side signed keeper Rabson Mucheleng’anga from Nchanga Rangers last month.

The international keeper admitted that he wanted to join Nkana ahead of the 2014 season but has changed his mind.

Titima said he does not want to compete against Mucheleng’anga.

“I will be playing at Power in 2014. As you know Nkana have now signed my friend Rabson,” he said.

“When I joined Power from Zanaco, Rabson left for Nchanga Rangers, so let me give him a chance to play at Nkana. I am praying that God will help him at Nkana,” he added.

Titima had little game-time at Power this year owing to national team commitments.

He was part of the Zambia squad that competed at the 2013 Africa Cup, Cosafa Cup and in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
