TP Mazembe have confirmed that defender Stopilla Sunzu and midfielder Nathan Sinkala have left the DR Congo giants to join French Ligue 1 side Sochaux.
Sunzu and Sinkala are this weekend set to leave for France prior to signing contracts with Sochaux.
Mazembe owner Moise Chapwe Katumbi said the Congolese club has agreed to release the two players.
Katumbi told the club website that Sunzu and Sinkala have shown the willingness to play in Europe.
“When players show their willingness to go to Europe, a club contacts us and negotiate the rules, we never hinder their departure. Here is proof,” Katumbi said.
Sunzu is expected to sign a three year contract while, Sinkala will sign a six-month loan deal.
The two players are key members of both Chipolopolo and Mazembe.
Sinkala and Sunzu will link up with their Chipolopolo team mate Emmanuel Mayuka who is on loan at Sochaux from English side

They had more forex in Tpm than they will have in the 2nd last in log in France. And if the team does not improve it will obviously be downgraded (Division 2).

It’s a good move, top soccer scouts and mangers watch French league, as for for TP they don’t even know the club exists.
