The 2014 FAZ football season will kick off on February 1.
As with tradition, the season will kick off with the Samuel ‘Zoom’ Ndhlovu Charity Shield on the same date.
Four teams will meet in a semifinal doubleheader on that date at a venue to be announced.
League champions Nkana, runners up Zesco United, Nchanga Rangers and Red Arrows, who finished third and fourth respectively, are the four teams in this year’s Charity Shield draws.
The Charity Shield final will be played on February 22.
Meanwhile, the Football Association of Zambia has said the FAZ league will kick-off with Week One matches on March 1.
Week Two games will be played on March 22.

Is it FAZ problem if they have not started to training? It goes with planning.your team’s poor planning will not derail other teams’s preparedness.
