Vice president Guy Scott today told the Sylvia Masebo tribunal that it was government’s position to cancel the safari hunting concession licenses in nineteen hunting blocks in game management areas.

Testifying as the first witness for Ms Masebo this morning, Dr Scott told the tribunal who testified he never Directed former Tourism Minister Given Lubinda to fire former Zambia Wildlife Authority Director General Edwin Matokwani on the basis that he was appointed by the MMD government.

Mr Lubinda had told the tribunal last week that Dr Scott together with PF Secretary General Wynter Kabimba directed him to fire Mr Matokwani.

Asked during cross examination by the petitioner’s lawyer Gilbert Phiri on whether he was aware of the evaluation process on the tendering process for hunting concessions, Dr Scott said he was not aware.

But when asked follow up questions on the matter, Dr.Scott stated that he was a baby in law and was not aware that chiefs were represented during the evaluation process of the safari hunting tenders.

I did, is there anything else, I need to take then?

Silvya is as guilty as you are of philandering with that alf in that picture.
I am keeping an eye on you.

      Thanks

    • You need to take some antidepressants too apart from your bipolar medication. Are you still hearing those strange voices ? About Maseba lets wait and see because we have just started getting the other side of the story.

    • Guy Scott must be very tired so far this year, he needs a vacation. He can’t be saving Kabimba from a GBM, run loosing campaigns in Katuba, face violent MPs in parliament, helping pull Masebo from mouths of attacking lion Harrington, blocking the stealing KCM and of course to shout at ka Chellah who is always playing on Facebook, forgetting even to take Sata’s laundry to dry cleaner.
      Zambia needs 2 more muzungus.

    • How many Saulosis do we have here?
Who is the one I need to deal with, too many too much too soon.

I always hear voices in my head, with or without mediation. You should liaise with LT who have asked me to ‘watch it’ that court news should not be main news. these are allegations that may prove irrelevant when judgement is passed.

I have been to court before to defend my other half and there time to argue from both ends and as far as i am aware discussions from either end should not be cognizance. I know you don’t agree with me, but I am saying this because I said so.

      Thanks

    • @Mushota you should deal with the Alf Saulosi the only one who can beat you at your game. The other Saulosi wanna be is a childish guy like you.Otherwise i`m not even sarcastic ,but you have been pushing me into this direction.I have been ignoring you but my tolerance for your behavior has run out now.

    • @Mushota you are a very young girl if your fake FB profile is anything to go by.It won`t kill you to start respecting people you don`t know. You won`t lose anything.

    • @saulosi and @mushota, you have been bought by PF to distabilize LT blogging. You want to sway bloggers from the issue at hand. Ichindikenifye imwee bakolweee babili.

  1. Mushota continue changing diapers and tell nick your 54 year old bf who dumped you but are desperate my dear.
Come and test my black meat you will the difference bassop.

  2. Good ! Now the time to get the other side of the Masebo story has come.I wanna sit down and hear it all before making assumptions and conclusions.

  3. Its likely that Masebo will survive since this was already government’s position. In politics and power, all you have to know is the right people and you’ll be fine.

    • If indeed this was govet position, wouldn’t this be minuted somewhere or such positions are discussed and saved in poilcy implementor’s heads? Would be nice to ask for any documentary proof to support this assertion.

  4. I have always wondered which school this Scott guy went and why even more baffled why is called “Dr. Scott.” How can a learned Doctor say I am a baby in law. Sata should have included him in the category to his useless MPs. He is doing more harm to the PF with this mouth diarrhea.

    • I think also the reporting by LT is so scanty you cant even follow what was discussed in court….Ba LT – some more meat to your article so we can understand what transpired.

  5. I know for sure that Masebo will be let off the hook and go scot free with ba Guy. But what buffs me. Does Zambia lack people who can work in government rather than recycling bena Masebo? MMD – they featured, ZADECO – featured PF they are still featuring. same people, same ideas are we short of man power really.

    • And every time they come back in another party and form, they are treated like super intelligent people. Mwakalombe must be crying in Mozambique – the woman she beat in an election is now MP for Chongwe.

  6. if a tribunal in a developed, democratic, human-right-promoting, civilized country could not find any wrong-doing in Tony Blair’s impunity as he went warmongering with Bush, how do you in Zambia hope for tribunals to garner meaningful results? Just go with the flow, join the ruling party. You cant beat the system, join it! eat today, live tomorrow, worry about court and tribunals later.

  7. If it was government position, then why didn’t you do the right thing and follow procedure? Why did the Minister break the law and not follow procedure if it was government position?

  8. @Mushota
Don’t always open you thighs even if the is nothing to open for.Your comments some times makes me ejaculate air.please please close up.

  9. BaZungu are very sly and elusive. Here Scott knwing that the quarry Masebo is in a tight corner decides to act d/umb as a defense mechanism. Shameful that a pig like Scott is in the annals of black power in our country getting away with mischief. Isn’t it enough that this whitey is VEEP…we still “banking in the pig”

  10. This GRZ position is it documented is it a PF policy is it in the Manifesto where is it? is it the same position to open a mine in a game management reserve?

    • Ba jojo – You just focus on blogging, discuss the matter at hand – I love you wakwisa. By the way don’t be fooled by a picture which is not even clear. Did she tell you that’s her picture or her sister’s, neighbour or workmate, echomufwila.

  11. This is scary does this ceremonial veep know who he is representing in that selfsame court making such careless utterances. …any normal government officials wouldn’t touch this case with a barge pole.

  12. what a government! I can’t believe we are seeing this in broad day-light. Even a government of pigs could have been more humane.

  13. mushota you must be shallow in your head By the way which scool did you go to? Who told you that court news cant be main news? What makes news to be main new? Just debate issues that are on the the table than bringing irrelevant issue like main news or court news.

  14. Guy “Baby In Law” Scott is not aware of the evaluation process! Did Scott acquire his doctorate degree from Matero or mungule? Bwana veep ,….scratching and more scratching …….dementia maybe?

  15. Submission by Guy Scott have no legal credibility. The Tribunal will have to carefully weigh evidence given by a lawyer, Mumba Malila vs the British skinhead, Guy Scott. After all he is in the camp that breaks the law with impunity as revealed by earlier witnesses who implicated both Masebo and Guy Scott for flouting ZAWA’s management regulations – through their directives to slaughter wild animals for their kitchens.

  16. The statement by Guy scott exonerates Masebo, whether Guy or Govt erred that’s not Masebo’s baby she was given instructions.

  17. Masebo did not fire management. The evidence infact showed that the ps terminated the said former zawa employees since their was no board in place.

  18. And by ‘government position‘ does he mean that of AG Mumba Malila? Because last time I tuned in their own government legal adviser said the Lady Masebo erred and he gave her advice not to. So what’s Veep Scott telling us? Is he saying AG Malila isn’t part of govt? Or is he saying Masebo actually has a partner in crime? At least let them be coordinated if they are going to lie with their teeth. Petitioners should be asking one Qn: why is testimony different from the AG, and why should they be believed?
