Aspiring Kabwata Member of Parliament Clement Tembo says he will continue day-dreaming until incumbent Kabwata MP Given Lubinda is unseated.
Reacting to Mr. Lubinda’s statement that he is dreaming if he thinks he will become the next area MP, Mr. Tembo has told Qfm news in an interview that he is grateful that Mr. Lubinda has taken note of his dream which he says will become reality.
And Mr. Tembo has denied assertions that he has begun campaigns in earnest ahead of 2016 general elections.
He says by having solid waste in the constituency removed he is merely introducing himself to the people as well as contributing to improving hygiene standards in the constituency.
Mr. Tembo has also denied being sponsored by people who want to see Mr. Lubinda lose the Parliamentary seat in the next general elections.
He says all the money he has been using to have garbage collected in Kabwata constituency is from his own sources of income.
Mr. Tembo adds that he is currently assessing which political party he will join which reflects his vision.
The only one who can unseat Lubinda is Maiko Zulu. irie
This Jocker Clement Tembo should not bring Given in his petty politics. Given is far much greater than that my boy. STOP WASTING HIS TIME.
Give is destined to be the next PF and Republican President to start wasting time responding to you. Your thinking that talking about Given will get you the necessary attention won’t work.

That Clement Tembo does he have a village were he can spend his money better and win elections? Look at GBM, he lost in Kabwata, to Lubinda and we advised him to go to Kasama.
ACC should investigate that Tembo, he might be the guy who snatched handbag full of cash from GBM’s daughter. How can one misuse money for camera & news when his Chief Mpezeni is starving.

How do you explain the lack of development in Kabwata whilst you wine and Dine. Clement make sure you plant some nice trees and pave that area as a follow-up and the people of Kabwata will listen to you because this is what politicians are in government for.

Nobody can stop Clement Tembo dreaming , but for Kabwata,you have lost it. Garbage keep on collecting untill your money runs out since garbage is generated everyday. As for Given look at what he has put on the ground, Police Stations, clinics, in all the Wards, boreholes nitayetaye, ,training of communities etc
Kabwata in a survey by World Bank found Kabwata tops country wide due to Given leadership for using CDF prudently.

Young man, a word of advise, collecting garbage is not a solution find a way to stop people amassing garbarge and find a way to recycle it, but I tell you; your money will finish, with the unruliness that the country is going through now, it is a waste of your resources.
This young man is lying when he says he has not started campaigning. I was having a drink at one of the pubs in Kabwata and I noticed his campaign posters. I asked the locals if Given Lubinda had died and there was a by election. Everyone agreed he was just some joker.
Also, he doesn’t seem to understand the role of a parliamentarian. A parliamentarian is supposed to pass laws. The only time he ever gets near the Treasury is during budget deliberations. Funding gabage collection is definitely not in the job description of and MP. Also, isn’t this bribery?

As you usual building castles in the air. Well go ahead because Given Lubinda is bigger than PF or tribal politics. Kuja waja and don’t cry foul when your money runs out. Ask Msoni who went on to form a political part after not being appointed. Ask father bwalya who bit more than he could chew even when he was given an opportunity. Given Lubinda is the reason why we respect Zambians politics and the reason why everyone has failed to hound him out of the PF. Akupipa amashinsha we mbeba we.

Kabwata is not my constituency, but I would vote for this new YOUNG man. For as long as we think that sitting dinosaurs will bring change when they have had the opportunity all these years and have done nothing, we will remain poor.
The only way we will see development is when we make our leaders accountable — and we can do that by voting them out of office when they fail to perform.
Politicians work for us, they are not above us; and we show that by voting them in and voting them out.

who makes you think this failed MP will be the next president. watch the space. maybe we can take a snap short and sponsor a census to in one of the papers and let people speak by voting if this MP will go far in his politics. he has failed us the people of the constituency come 2016 he will be out.
That`s the problem with us africans, we idolise people.Who ever said Given Lubinda is a God and is untouchable.Tembo like any other citizen is free to challenge any position of leadership as he/she so wishes. Why is everyone disrespecting him for choosing to challenge an MP whose fruits we can`t see?.
Let Clement Tembo challenge Lubinda without any intimidation or insults. The man has not said anything to offend anyone so let`s reciprocate the same to him. He is a brave young man and deserves a pat on the back. For once let`s give the vote to our young generation. Given and his buddy Munkombwe have eaten enough. Anyone aspiring for a political office of MP status should have a traceable background politically, socially, religiously, economically, culturally and morally. Who is this Tembo? I want him to introduce himself in Kabwata normally if he wants to be MP. He should start as a party cadre and rise through ranks of section chairman branch chairman, ward chairman and constituency chairman. Given Lubinda still stands a chance of carrying the day in 2016. I like him for his principles.
Collecting waste is not a guarantee of unseating someone from office. wasting time on rubbish. waste management is the biggest problem in Zambia and not only in kabwata constituency.

We all have our ways and ambition but this one my friend Tembo is an over inflated ego. Given in wamuyaya, even President Sata knows that. Given is an elite example of the finest politician Zambia has to offer for a moment. He is above Kadancer HH, Former man of god Nervers Mumba just to metion but a few.
