EDGAR LUNGU IS SIXTH PRESIDENT, HH IN FOR ANOTHER RUDE SHOCK!

As ZRP, having politically analyzed the political atmosphere in the country, we strongly believe that Edgar Lungu is the sixth Zambian President whether people agree or not.

It’s very simple to tell, Edgar and PF will lead in Luapula, Copperbelt, Lusaka, Eastern, Central, Muchinga and Northern Provinces and come second in Western and Southern provinces.

While Hakainde Hichilema and his UPND will lead in Southern, North Western and I think in Western province, this cannot make him win the elections no matter what.

This is so because Edgar Lungu, as an individual is the darling of the masses because they believe that he is late President Sata’s anointed and he also performed well in all portifolios that he has held.

If the truth has to be said, Edgar Lungu has performed his duties with distinction in all the ministries he held and people saw that. Besides that, despite being a top lawyer and highly educated, he has been level headed to an extent that he mixes with anyone irrespective of their class. Further, he also proved over the years that he is a true patriotic Zambian who is so passionate about his country.

In addition to that, he is also surrounded by a lot of political heavy weights such as Chishimba Kambwili, Alexander Chikwanda, Emmanuel Mwamba,Brian Hapunda, Inonge Wina, Jean kapata, Davis Chama, GBM and Given Lunda among others with national appeal.

Unlike in the case of HH who has most political heavy weights with regional appeal, if you like.
Please forget about names like former first lady Moureen Mwanawasa, Dr VJ Mwaanga and them who have just joined him. Most of these people cannot even win an election as councillor in any constituency to say the least. May be people like Katele Kalumba and Hon. Munkombwe.

So as ZRP we feel duty bound to give our honest political analysis to the Nation. We believe FDD will do well than in the previous election and so is Nevers Mumba as an individual, but not to the point of winning the elections.

      The statement above is 100% correct as at 10 oclock Zambian time. PF is still selling Zambia to international shylockers for peanuts. The actual money that eventually makes it to Zambia is only a tiny fraction of $7.5 billion,enough just for the PF top officials to share and send their relatives abroad.

      To make matters worse, Chikwanda is still auctioning Zambia by contracting more debt each day that passes.

      If PF is voted into power, people of Zambia should expect the worst because, wage freeze will continue via massive devaluation of the kwacha, there will be more student riots as the PF government will have no money to sponsor students. Road development projects have stalled and not continue due to less funds.

They don’t listen to what candidates say, or believe in or what they can change or ever do.     • PF cadres should open their eyes wide open and see that amongst them are cold blooded killers who want to continue stealing money.

      The culprits are Xavier Chungu and Willie Nsanda. These two planned to get Sata out of the way after he threatened to fire Nsanda. So Nsanda sensed danger and consulted Xavier Chungu. The two hatched a plan to poison Sata and kill him slowly. Of course Mwamba is also an accomplice after being sidelined by Sata and the cartel.

      Based on this I would like to warn Lungu and the camp that, should he win by crook or hook, then he will be assured to go down slowly just like Sata or quick like Chiluba.

      Kambwili is a lumpen who will always bully his way through situations and always reacts without thinking. He feels students do not deserve bursaries and he can also harass a foreign referee when he disagrees with a decision. That is what you ZRP refer to as quality leadership.

I think we should reinforce this requirement for free education upto to university so that Mr musoma can better be equipped to write articles that are researched, balanced, ethical and devoid of political naivety. This simplistic approach to a complex and multifaceted phenomenon as the upcoming presidential election, is appalling to say the least. The author should be reminded that at the height of PF popularity, MS won by a pantry 183,100 votes against closest rival RB in 2011. HH was third with 664,204 votes less than MS. With RB not in the picture and PF not as it was with demise of MS, this election does not reflect the simplistic view that the author want to insinuate.

  17. Your analysis is dead on. There is nothing intrinsically in Edgar Lungu that you can point at that accounts for this popularity. . But two things could explain this: his appointments by the late president, his unconditional hand over of power to Scott, the unfair treatment at the hands of Scott (the very person he handed over power to) and the Post newspaper. These have worked to his advantage as the Zambian society tend to gravitate towards natural justice . But above this I see the hand of God in all these.

Its only in Zambia were people of questionable characters prosper because are easy to corrupt.Look at people Lungu is been surrounded,Hapunda facing a forgrey case in L/stone court,Wille Nsanda a man who grabs his son’ s wife and marries,Kambwili a man who takes over Roan Golf club and turns it into a farm and grabs a recreation club and turns it into a night club.On top of that he doesn’t value education look how he treated the busrary issue and The Commonwealth issue at UNZA.The list is endless.

    Well, We are a group of PF ex prisoners whom President Sata releases from Prison shortly after becoming president.

    We used to work with the infamous Mailon Brothers of Kabwe and we got arrested and sentenced 25years. But PF released us so we are greatfull and ready to defend it online even wen we know the party is not popular in reality.

  23. Why are these F**ls changing their tribe from A Tonga to a Bemba. Are they so scared with the Bemba influence on the Ground. Northern, Muchinga, Copper belt, Central, Luapula, Lusaka, Eastern for EC Lungu and the rest of the provinces, Lungu will come out Second with very small margin. Lungu will win these Elections with 65% to 70%.

    1. The opposition was not ready for these elections; they kept buzzing about the late president’s poor health but clearly no one expected him to have extinguished this early .
