Lungu urges people of Nchelenge to vote for him

Patriotic Front (PF) president Edgar Lungu has urged the people of Nchelenge to vote for him in the January 20, 2015 presidential elections.

Mr. Lungu said the Zambian people must give him the mandate to preside over the social and economic issues of the nation to realize late president Michael Sata’s development agenda.

He said he was humbled by the multitudes of people who received him and assured them that development projects that were initiated by the PF founding father will be his priority if voted into the highest office of the land.

Mr. Lungu said he will work tirelessly for the voiceless, the down trodden and the poor of the poorest in society just like his mentor, the late President Sata.

Mr. Lungu was speaking at Nchelenge Secondary School football grounds in Luapula Province during his countrywide campaign trails ahead of the January 20, 2015 presidential elections.

And speaking earlier Luapula Province PF chairperson Nixon Chilangwa assured Mr. Lungu that the people of Luapula Province and Nchelenge in particular will vote for the ruling party.

Meanwhile Mr. Lungu had to cut his rally short because of the rainy weather.

      Hello someone, do you see footnotes of dangerous desperation synonymous with veteran election rejects in new UPND Paranoia? HH has excerpted everything from the playbook of Kenya’s Raila Odinga, Uganda’s Kizza Besigye and Renamo’s Afonso Dhlakama. He thinks because arm dealers are funding him, Zambians can be blackmailed. What a falsification fallacy in this candidacy. All these mates rushed to their sponsors in SA every-time they suffered ballot rejection before trying anarchy on their people. HH is in a suicide covenant. An over desperate candidate is not what Zambian cherish.

About 3 weeks I said on this site that Luapula Province is a potential toss-up and not a guaranteed PF vote, I was rubbished by PF support. Now why is LT not showing the pictures of the rally in Nchelenge? The truth is that things don`t seem to be going well for Lungu in Luapula.

    • There are no pics because there were no crowds to Lungu ‘s disappointment.Emmanuel will release pictures after photoshoping them. He has sent some pics for photoshoping.

      People in Luapula have lost hope in PF after repeatedly lying to them about payments for their maize they sold to PF’s FRA in July last year.

      Thats the problem of appointing parastal heads on political grounds. If FRA was an independent agency PF would have shifted the blame to FRA and recommended that senior management be fired to save face. But it can not fire its cadres

      They have vowed to vote PF out. They were saying enough is enough no BUFI BWA BA PF.Others were heard saying teti tu votela a kachakolwa aka tutuma nga tanwine mo.

    • @Gen,I agree with you 100%,Lungu is uniting Zambians,whilst HH is doing the opposite. Just last time when HH was in Solwezi,he was against people from other parts of Zambia being offered jobs in mines that are in Solwezi. He’s still a tribalist and is far from changing.

      LAZ have him on record to have embezzled a client’s money and revoked his practising licence until August last year when he used his acting presidential powers to bully LAZ to reinstate him.

      Lungu is a joke and worse than Sata. I dont even know why people like Sichinga, and Chikwanda were sidelined. These are the people PF should have considered for presidency.

  12. Revolutions remove any government of the day in zambia. 1964 revolution made KK president. Then in 1991 a revolution made FTJ president and subsequent change of party in power. Then 2011 an revolution which made MCS president.
    2015 is NOT a revolution, thus its clear then that Edgar C. Lungu is the next president of Zambia.

How one could look at the current situation in Zambia and claim tha the PF government should continue to govern is mind boggling. Healthcare in complete disarray, education in shambles projects under funded and embarked on haphazardly. Then there’s the issue of how our poor farmers have been reduced to destitute citizens. Nothing the PF has done is working. SAVE OUR FARMERS VOTE HH! !!!!!

  21. Edgar Lungu is all humility and appeals to voters of all kinds and is able to bring himself to the level of all kinds of people in society including the poor uneducated with humbleness. That is because his Legal Education included people skills so he is able to empathise.

    HHs unable to demonstrate any learning along the lines of Political, Sociological, Philosophical learning or experience, it is clear Edgar had plenty of that in his Legal studies. This is demonstrated in how he fails to appeal to ordinary people. See how his Cadres insult and patronise the poor.

    So dont be cheated, Luapula Province the most beautiful place in Zambia is 1000% EDGAR Lungu, so is Northern, Lusaka, COPPERBELT, Eastern, Muchinga, Central and parts of Western and North Western.

    As of today, EDGAR is 70% of the total vote. Your HH might be lucky to even get 20% because MMD will wallop you N/Western and Western Provinces.

  27. can someone from any serious opposition party visit the pf camp at ndabala- serenje.these are busy getting voter cards from people,copy the particulars and promise to give them 200 each on 17/01/15 so that they vote for pf. There after, food is prepared for such people. One headman is also in the group.
