    • BREAKING NEWS!!!!
      SEEN ALREADY ON WATCHDOG THE

BLOATED BLOATED DEPUTY MINISTERIAL POSTS .

FINANCE DEPUTY WILL BE MTOLO PHIRI FROM PRESIDENT RB
DEFENCE MINISTER NOMINATED MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT
      NSANDA OR EDGAR NGOMA

      NAMULAMBE ,KOSAMU ARE DEPUTY CASUALLTIES
2016 LUNGU WILL BE SIDELINED WILL BECOME A COUNCILLOR AS RB WILL STAND AS PF PRESIDENT BUT US ITS RAINBOW PARTY

    • Why on earth do we need 2 deputies in a single ministry? What do they do? This is the nonsense i hoped we could get rid of

    • People with Certificates for attending a luncheon at Harvard university do not require positions so cardinal to our nation, stop dreaming.

    • Kekekekeke but Edgar wa bwalwa . HOW can you offer an elected party president MILES SAMPA as a deputy minister? Why not just send him as an ambassador to UN or UK?
Why keep disrespecting youngman, just because he is a nephew of some who died and made you president?

    • KWENA KA edgar uli kasushi na ci RB cobe but ,all these deputy ministers will just be farting ,ukunya ifisushi na pamatako palisuka nama baba yalilepuka with no jobs to do.
Zambians do we really need two ministries in 1 ministry.
Thought PS do all the jobs and these deputy ministers will just be eating and farting smelly VISUSHI mpaka amatako ukulepuka ukulanunsha fye ama offices

    • He promised continuation, it’s continuation with the same “useless” bunch as Sata would say. It’s still feeding time at the “Zoo” Zambia.

    • Miles Sampa from presidential candidate back to deputy minster. This is what Yu get for being coerced to reconcile and support Lungu.

      You’ve been played once again

    • This is an insult to Miles Sampa surely. He deserves a full ministerial post not deputy. This is just to frustrate him, you will see very soon. He was meant to be fired, look at the people Sicoti used to associate with, they’re all kaput.

    • For those of you complaining for Miles Sampa, I think the guy is even lucky: if he coughs, he may be asked to clear the suspicion over the homicide case – and that may not be too pleasant. You are at liberty to continue rooting for him.

    • Sampa has been reduced to nothing now because of his cowardliness indecision. Had he stood his ground and supported HH when he promised to do so after being dribbled at the Panga Family convention , his followers vote would have been enough to see HH though even with the PF ringing & he hv bn cabinet minister or even VP under HH. And see what is happening now, all those who were close to Scot have been blacklisted despite him delivering the urban vote for him-even mama Kaseba, such an intelligent woman has been left out, so what Sata legacy was this Somalian like man called EL talking about during elections campaign if he despise even Sata’s window and all those who close to the late, people like Scot, Chenda, Sichinga,, Kapeya, etc? It will be a shame for Sampa to accept this kama…

    • 31 deputy ministers, really what economy does Zambia has to support such a bloated structure. Where will the money come from to improve education? Look at grade 12 results and people still find this kind of mis-management desirable. Really your excellence things should not be this bad. Look at the revenue collection side and the expenditure side, these two are not matching.

    • I thought there would be a reduction in the number of deputy ministers. I remember in the past there were some key ministerial like Agriculture who were give two deputy ministers. This is a huge group of ministers meaning more salaries!

  1. Same old faces, but why EL took time and then come up with same Sata persons.zambians always expect different results while using the same useless leaders.@Lungu.$1.=$6700.

  2. What does a deputy minister do that the cabinet minister and his permanent secretary and the deputy PS cannot do…only Finance needs a deputy miniister; the rest are a waste of tax payers funds!!

  3. This is good and well done Mr President. This looks to be a well constructed group of men and women who should provide a formidable team to your government.

To all Honorable Deputy Ministers, you must realize that time is not on your side and you are therefore called upon to rekindle the spirit of hard working and go out there and meet the people, explain what the PF government is doing to uplift the lives of ordinary Zambians.

There can’t be any time to waste as 2016 is just around the corner.

Congratulations to all of you Hon. Deputy Ministers and start working immediately.

You have a chance of proving yourselves that you can deliver.

  4. I think Evans a stupid man is dropped. Mwaliteta the real cadre and thug is Prov. Dep. Min for Lusaka. Masumba is criminal who got so many salaries on a forged diploma and does not deserve a job. Infact mufumbwe constituency must be declared vacant so that upnd can get it….

  5. He t ook long and yet is the same team. What was the point. Just to show he is the boss now? Big govt but poor delivery. None of the ministers are innovative. Scot and Simuusa are casualties. Scott should have been a full ministers. Differences are there to be healed.

  6. Do we really need all these deputy ministers in such a poor country like ours?. These guys are already employed as MPs,why waste taxpayers money giving them other jobs with extra incentives at the expense of service delivery. Lets be fair to our people we need develop and am afraid this kind of behavior is becoming a circus.Who will deliver us.

    • Zambia is not poor. At least I am not poor myself. We need manpower to deliver quality services. Simple economics.

  7. I think we don’t need deputy ministers. It’s an appeasement post. For all those who showed loyalty to the party not necessarily to the nation. What are they supposed to do? Basically it’s to sit down and wait for taxpayers money to float into their bank accounts at the month end.

  8. @Monze :note this,Guy Scott,Simuusa,Chenda,Masebo,GBM and Nicolus “Cilema”Chilangwe can only be in HH or Wynter Kabimba’s cabinet and i.e.in hell!!!these people messed up a lot and made your tribal HH seem to be popular owing to the confusion they caused in PF!!!Edgar Lungu has done very well by getting rid of these people though Kabimba went a long ago!!!in 2016,PF must not even adopt these MPs!!!we dont need them in PF-period!!!WE’LL COLOPA THEM WHEN THEY STAND ON ANY OTHER PARTY THAN PF IN 2016!!!VIVA PF AND BRAVO EDGAR LUNGU!!!

  9. ifintu ni malabishi yeka yeka….taxpayers payroll,,,,Lungu doesn’t care anyway….deputy on top of deputy,,,thats too much money

    • @watch dog. Even your HH could have done the same, already saw your shadow cabinet, for efficiency we need more conveniences away from the wait for the minister to come back situation. well done, I am particularly happy with home affairs, for total discipline we need a loaded command team, no nonsense, ifyabupuba na ba mwabi lungu abashilingille ata!

  10. Where is Lackson Kazabu.Former Deputy at Agriculture? He was not heard even during campaigns in the political hotbed, Nkana constituency!!

    • @zambiaisours….Kazabu is Tonga no wonder he was not appointed. He is one of those Tongas not liked….No chance for him. He will not even be adopted to contest the seat in 2016. That’s the end of him.

  11. Why are you guys complaining of a lot of ministers….
i thought you voted for them to have more money in your pockets?

kikikikikiki…..one zambia………it will never develop with this kind of attitude….
you were forewarned before the elections……..

  12. ‘God uses useless things to become useful’. Yes I do agree the Deputy Ministerial posts are too many, but they are jobs created, and must be kept, except that the posts are given to the already employed MPs.
I suggest that these posts be made fulltime just as the Member of Parliament ship and be given to others that need more money in their pockets. Most of the left out carders may be even more competent.

  13. Ministry of Home Affairs
    1) Deputy Minister – Hon. Col. Panji Kaunda, MP
    2) Deputy Minister – Hon. Col.Gerry Chanda, MP

Well placed appointments…Disciplined professionals to run trained and disciplined fellows

    • @marry well said, we need law & order for any development to take place.trouble makers think twice. Another good set of appointments..

  14. How on earth do we need all these people to run government for just a year? This is too much when we do not have a good economy.

    • Exactly, time is short. So we get more deputy ministers so that they can work double time and make more money for their pockets and improve the economy as there will be more ministers spending more money!

  15. Please there is nothing special about miles .infact he is lucky to land that job after causing so much confusion at the PF congress in Kabwe He is being overrated when infact he just benefitted by being a relation of the late president.

  16. Zambia is not poor the resources are just being mismanaged by wicked politicians. Politicians should not have powers to control the wealth of the country and Presidents should only sign or approve something that has been agreed to by all well meaning Zambians. Politicians appoint Directors in Quasi government institutions should end as they do not appoint on merit. Zambia is losing money by paying cadres (DCs) who they keep saying they are civil servants. If they are civil servants then advertise those positions and let PSMD appoint people of merit. Politicians (PF) stop fooling Zambians

  17. if you are not appointed guys you better leave now coz next is not to adopt to stand on PF ticket, you better hurry up in RAINBOW SITS ARE SLOWLY GETTING OCCUPIED, BALELWILA

  18. To be honest, Miles is luck to be in Govement. Actually we are pushing him to jump. Sampa is a cartel member and hence can not be trusted with Ministrial responsibilities. Some-one needs to keep an eye on this kid.

  19. IF IT COMES FROM PF, IT IS LIES. PF GOVERNMENT HAS NOTHING GOOD FOR MOTHER ZAMBIA. WE CAN ONLY SEE USUAL LOOTING AND STEALING. ZAMBIANS BRACE YOURSELVES. 2016, VOTE WISELY. VOTE HH.
