  1. Great move and this has taken long to be implemented. why are we always behind with technology in Zambia? just want to know guys…

    • Monitor, this is not something that you can just implement within a few days. It takes a lot of planning to insure security features etc. Besides we are truly behind in terms of technology and for ZRA to be at this level we should be happy because they are on the right track. I would really want to know more about this issue. I hope we can also curb corruption at the boarders!

  2. Problem with our Revenue Authority is that they think our income as a country is at the boarders. No wonder their officers fight each other to be stationed at the boarder. Half of the revenue that is supposed to be collected goes to the pockets of officers. ZRA needs to explore revenue collection within. All they need to do is come downstairs from that ugly building and take a walk on Chachacha and Freedom way collecting tax from the shopowners and street vendors. Taxes alone that could be collected from street vendors across the country could build 20 RHCs per year

  3. Why don’t they just install point sale terminals also. It’s much easier since they don’t seem to have capacity for more complicated systems.
