WE ALL KNOW THAT WHAT PF MEMBERS SAY IS ALWAYS THE OPPOSITE TRUTH OF THE ISSUE AT HAND

  2. @Bodman 1.1, unless you main people’s accounts at home and abroad because before you even suspect Nkandu Luo of planning to steal a dollar of that money, please learn that aid money comes with strings. In that $1.5 million there could be international orgnisations to be paid to oversee project implementation who will hire international consultants. Before they reach the remote villages where this problem is rife 80% of the money will have gone back to the Canadians!!That is the business of aid but most of the time when they announce a figure they hardly tell you the details of how the aid money will be spent.

  3. That’s my country giving poor Zambia some money to deal with this reckless appetite for young girls. So many women in their 40s are looking for men to marry them but you makakas are picking on under age girls for marriage who havent even started growing their pubic hair on their genitals.
