Power Dynamos 2015 CAF Confederation Cup race has seemingly come to an end after suffering an emphatic away loss in gabon on Sunday.
The Kitwe side lost 4-0 away to CF Mounana of Gabon at Stade Augustin Monedan in Libreville.
Mounana took a 1-0 lead into the break when Georges Ambourouet converted a penalty in the 19th minute.
This was Ambourouet’s fifth goal in three CAF Confederation Cup games this season for Mounana after scoring brace’s home and away against Polisi of Zanzibar in the first round.
Gabon Under-20 midfielder Cedric Ondo Biyoghe added a brace in the 46th and 51st minutes.
Togo international midfielder Arafat Djako completed Mounana’s rout of Power in the 75th minute to hand Tennant Chilumba’s side a herculean job of overturning the scoreline on April 4 at Arthur Davies stadium in Kitwe.

How I hate to lose games to SOUTH AFRICA . It really pained me today to see the U40 and not U20 you think losing like this . For Power I can’t get worried but to blame the FAZ for this useless league Callender .This is the waste U20 in the history of Zambian football , You can’t see any skilled player the way we used to watch the likes of Clifford MULENGA , EMMANUEL Zulu , Makufi, Kelvin CHIsha , Alex Namazaba , Sunday Kalunga , Lota ANDREW Sinkala , Emmauel Mayuka Sebastian Mwansa , Mwape Miti etc , all this in there times . This team needs overhaul with the couching staff. I’m a fan of Great KALU and appreciate all he has done for mother zAmbia but with the appointments of couches is poor. I very much agree! ZCCM went with our great soccer. We will never reach that level again. It really makes some of us sad who watched Zambian soccer those days!
