Chishimba Kambwili has declared that Roan United will this year win promotion back to the Super League after suffering demotion last season.
Roan kicked of their 2015 Division One North campaign with a resounding 3-0 win over Konkola Mine Police at Kafubu Stadium in Luanshya on Saturday.
Kambwili,the Roan Member of Parliament, said he is confident that recently hired veteran coach Fordson Kabole will lead Roan back into the top flight league.
“We have re-organised the bench.We brought in Mr Fordson Kabole,” Kambwili said.
“I can assure you that as long as Mr Kabole is there, the team is coming back to the Super League next year,” he said.
Kabole has been re-hired to lift Roan – 19 years after he left Kafubu Stadium as coach.
Kambwili just hold on…Division football especially North is very difficult. Ask Mighty how many years they spent and also Nkana.
