THERE was commotion and a near punch up at the Livingstone civic centre on Monday when two factions of the Patriotic Front (PF)turned up to receive Vice president Inonge Wina.

This was after another faction of the District PF security wing barred other from entering the council chambers claiming that they were not genuine party members.

When Ms Wina entered the civil centre, police officers outside the
building had tough time restraining cadres to avoid the fracas from
degenerating into an ugly violent scene.

The cadres made uncontrollable noise and uttered unprintable words against each other they almost exchanged punches.

Southern province minister Nathaniel Mubukwanu and Lusaka province Minister Obvious Mwaliteta had a tough in reasoning with the cadres.

After consultations with other party officials, Mr Mubukwanu amidst the fracas facilitated for the other cadres that had been barred from entering the civic centre entry into council chamber.

And outgoing Livingstone District Political Secretary (DPS)Fatima Nyambe said her intention of trying to contest the forth coming elections in the party as District chairperson had created tensions.

Ms Nyambe said some PF top district officials were not happy with her intentions to aspire for the position of district chairperson.

“The people that were co-opted into the district executive are the ones that are trying to cause confusion in the party, I have the support of people in wards and I do not understand why other party officials want to stop me from contesting,” Ms Nyambe said.

She said party regulations and circular were so clear and that she was eligible to stand but wondered why some party officials were trying to bar her from contesting.

Ms Nyambe said people were willing to join the PF and support it but were being discouraged by some selfish people in the top leadership.

“We have people who want to join the PF, but the problem is that we have selfish leaders at district level who do not want to accommodate new members, this is really a problem and we need to sort it out,” Ms Nyambe said.

Earlier in the day at the airport, embattled Southern Province PF women chairperson Annie Tisher was barred from entering the Airport grounds by some cadres alleging that she was a sell-out and a member of the Rainbow Party.

    • Rainbow are sober minded people and would not act this silly really.

      Tried, Tested, Tasted and Trusted

      Thanks

    • Whilst PF charlatan cadres are brutalizing themselves, the economy & kwacha keeps on melting like soap.

The late bandit’s residential property in the mass media area of Willie Nsanda unearthed K6 billion in carton boxes & bankers. Nsanda the bandit buried K6 billion, K4 billion more than Liato’s K2billion. That is the RDA monies which belongs to Zambians but thugs like Willie the bandit hide tax payers entitlements.

Well, its this violence of which Nsanda the bandit entailed in PF, yes remember the lifting of hands in choosing the visionless for PF president! The bandit made sure, to date, RDA is still at State House with V~Lungu.

Confusion, Violence & Anarchy everywhere is PF.

      K6Billion & Bandit Saga!

    • Children Learn from their Parents. why are we surprised, didn’t you see their character during nominations of the presidential candidate.

They are all Kaponyas that’s what makes it sad that’s our country will be finished under their leadership.

      Like Father Like son..

    • And we claim we have police to maintain the peace. Just look at the photos we have police watching from a distance. Surely, PF is a violet party and there is nothing more or less to this fact.

    • So still faction kaa, what was that “reconciliation” Edgar preached to win elections?
These PF kufileka fye… chipaye no lamwina!!!

  1. Let them butcher each other, they know they’ll not be arrested but blame such deaths on UPND and Gary Nkombo. No wonder the woman in the first picture is smiling

    • I totally agree with you. If an entity or association has no credible leadership, confusion, violence & lack of understanding reality shows up in these PF cadres. They’re of “useful idiocies” in PF, jobless & suffering poverty have now again resorted to their food, VIOLENCE!

They eat & sleep violence as the PF leadership has not only failed the economy & kwacha, but also stopping PF violence. Instead PF party promotes violence, hence violence breeds nothing but more violence. Now these usefulness & unmoralised cadres have no one to inflict pain to, but on themselves. So enjoy your ANARCHY PF chicly minions.

K6 billion found at the house of Willie Nsanda whilst majority of Zambians are suffering hunger & poverty.

  2. You tend to wonder why PF events are always associated with mayhem and disorder whenever Mwaliteta is in charge. Coincidence?

  3. Edgar Lungu should immediately introduce party cards for his members. Sata deliberately did not want party cards because he loved confusion. As things are it is difficult to tell who is a PF member and who is not. This is especially important with the breakaway Rainbow party as Wynter can on purpose send his sympathizers to cause chaos in PF and capitalize on it politically.

    • The same thing that used to happen in Western Province, the same id!ots welcoming everyone (Presidential hopefuls) for a few litres of fuel and some chibuku beer atase!

  4. I am not surprised but we still have people supporting PF for heavens sake. The uncivilized cadres and their part.
When kwacha was at K4.8 per USA dollar was called tissue paper”
Now at K7.8 what name can we give it guys in PF give me the name please?

  5. Vote Presiddent Nawakwi, every other party is full of uncouth misguided arrogant dweebs. Their they go butchering one another within their own Ranks. PF, UPND and MMD are a hubris of confusion.

    Viva President Nawakwi.

  6. Then again, what is wrong with Livingston PF, every year there is drama in the tourist capital. Let me correct this, even under MMD the city council was firing its mayor and councilors lol. Locking them out of their offices, that was just four years ago.

    Viva President Nawakwi.

  7. Whatever whatever, not ba Kabimba naimwe. Okay maybe Rainbow for the sake of democracy, but only if Rainbow has enough sense to realise that Kabimba ni waste of their time. Once a person is propped up by the Past and Mmembe, then you know that there is something seriously amiss, unless you want Mmembe to continue giving you muppet Presidents. Have you seen how loathful of Edgar Lungu Mmembe is, because Edgar has refused to be held on a leash by Mmembe. It is similar to when RB refused to protect Mmembe and cartel over Zambian Airways, when Mmembe wanted RB to order Airport Corporation to defer or cancel the airport charges, to defer taxes and many other benefits for them, which could have resulted in another massive DBZ debt. Whatever RB’s failings, perceived or real, Mmembe has a hand.

  8. Arrest them, put them behind bars for 6 days.

They are criminals who are hiding behind political affiliation.

Embarrassing chaps. They were not needed at the Civic Centre. These chaps should have been working to contribute to the continuity in development printed on the back of the T-shirt or skipper.

The Police are there to protect the Vice-President if need be.

  9. Fellow bloggers.
Do we really need to be surprised with PF cadre behaviour of violence and uncivilised politics.
Reminder of short history will take you to the founder of PF as a thug. That is the source of PF violence and thuggery.

  10. QAs long as the fighting is internal, not involving innocuous citizens, we could care less- actually, the fight should be more ferocious next time!

  11. Stupidity of being a PF cadre. You fight and tear each other apart yet leaders you are fighting for are enjoying themselves.
Cadre politics is destroying Zambian democracy. That is why who do not elect best people in party positions.

  12. That guy in reflective coat and green overalls, he looked really intimidating until I saw him on the ground in later pictures. Looks can indeed be deceiving.
