The price tag fee to anyone who will help bring to book four ritual killers who brutally murdered a 37 year old albino woman in Lundazi last week has risen to K7, 000.

Eastern Province Commissioner of Police Eugene Sibote said that the price had risen following a pledge by a Ndola based man to add K2, 000 to the K5, 000 which the Zambia Police Service had earlier pegged as a reward to anyone who would help with the information that would lead to the arrest of the culprits.

Mr Sibote said police was grateful that the Ndola person had shown willingness to add the price from an initial K5, 000 to K7, 000 as reward.

“There is a man from Ndola who has pledged to add with K2, 000 as a reward for the killer of Charity Zimba. As Police we are really grateful and we need others to emulate,”Mr Sibote said.

He said police were suspecting that the killers of Charity were from nearby places.Mr Sibote said police would ensure that they arrest the culprits so that they could face the law.
The assailants left Zimba’s her husband Robson Nyirongo unconscious after sustaining a deep cut on the lips and head.

  1. Once caught, burn them with acid so that they become an example that albinism is not a mistake but bleaching them with acid is a mistake

  2. I am not surprised that the Tanzania madness has crept into Zambia. Tanzanian healers have trooped into Zambia following Kikwete govt’s decision to curb their underworld practices in Tanzania. The advert pages of our daily tabloids are awash with TZ doctors openly selling their wares, its either prof this or mama that having enlargement muti or whatever. How reckless Zambia can be to opening its doors to outsiders!! Only a fool is surprised whent the goat he puts in the care of a wolf is killed. Please curb the practice of these witches!

  3. This is how useless the human condition is. We kill everything that we do not have patience to understand. Just imagine sexual prowess is a rhino’s horn, good luck is the arm or hand of an albino, cure for STIs is fcuking an infant – all useless proceeds of ignorance and a lack of wonder especially from the African and Asian psyches! What a mess!

  4. Parliament should CRIMINALISE this commercialised advertising, distribution and sticking of posters selling of witchcraft such as: get rich quick, lost lovers in 48 hrs penis enlargements, promotions, magic pen to pass exams. Heavy sentences stiffer like those defilement should be prescribed. Even media which publishes such depraved adverts should be penalised. Why should we be importing such primitive madness from TZ. We need sanity!

  5. I know how the killers but knowing how babuju work, they will be like ndiwe wapaya kale anso nanga wabaziba bwanji banzako? Mwapaya mwabi ufuna kudya ndalama weka.

Anyways that a sad story. I totally agree with you guys who have great suggestions about the government getting in like Jakaya did. That is really sad. The culprits will be apprehended very soon, mwami azabagwila noba chosa nsapato bangene na selo anso! Good luck ZP

  6. So sad that such things are happening when not too long ago Zambia was declared the most peaceful country in Africa. ZP find them and fix them properly.

  7. too many Tanzanian witch doctors advertising their sinfull practices in Zed.Government should put measures in place to protect the people of Zed from such witchgraft practices by these T witch docs.
