All Mobile Service Providers have continued delivering poor service-ZICTA

Economy All Mobile Service Providers have continued delivering poor service-ZICTA

ZAMBIA Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) has bemoaned continued poor service delivery by the country’s three mobile service providers despite constant warnings.

ZICTA consumer protection officer Edgar Mulauzi said his institution wrote to Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (Zamtel), Airtel Zambia and MTN Zambia last month on how to improve the quality of their services.

“We will soon release a report to inform the nation after we finalise our discussions with them and analyse the reports we have compiled,” he said.

  1. So what, as if you ZICTA are going to do anything. We are tired of reports, we want action. Ba LT, please give us important news, not ivi so!

    Common sense baba, common sense.

  2. What kind of reporting is this?Disappointed with LT here no detail sure. This is like a child telling a friend that that one and that one were fighting yesterday……end of story
