UPND Leader Hakainde Hichilema has said that Zambians are now agreeing with him that the PF Government is a one term project as they are on the verge of exiting power.
Mr. Hichilema said that it was very clear that most Zambians have given up on the PF for running the country without a plan.
Mr. Hichilema said that keeping the PF in office beyond 2016 will be suicidal for Zambian people.
Mr. Hichilema pointed out that one of the things that will cost the PF is the fact that President Edgar Lungu has decided to bring back the people who were rejected by the Zambian people in 2011 for non performance.
The UPND Leader said that it is illogical for the PF to think that by bringing finished politicians who were part of the MMD Zambians rejected they will win next year’s elections.

Childishness is to tell people ECL has failed to diversify and build industries in 10 months of being at state house. HH is not the right man for plot one. Putting him in would be replacing a problem with another problem. Zambia needs a Government of National Unit (GNU). That is what failed states do. Put a crop of people with good standing together to run the country. LUNGU OR HH are no good for Zambia.

How did ECL react? Created 5 new ministries (5 Ministers, 5 Perm Secs, etc). At what cost to the nation? He chartered a plane to USA for $300,000 with JK, Mampi plus 250 other people; 19 foreign trips in 9 months! These are not the actions of a person who wants to resolve issues.

The massive votes HH got in the last elections were actually facilitated by Guy Scott who led a splinter group that slowed down PF’s campaign.
