  1. Indians have not integrated with local people, they only mix with local people when they know that they can get money from Zambians.

The other thing about indians is that they have very low standards, Just look at Kamwala, downtown mall and the shops in town.

I personally don’t like indians, selfish and dirty people.

  2. @Mwense ubututu. Given a choice between a Zambians business person I would go for an Indian. Most Zambians are too lazy. All they look for is easy money. That’s why we have so much corruption and thefts of public funds. Zambians hate genuinely rich people because of being jealousy of their success. Indians have a success story wherever they have been in the world.

  3. Indians are destroying the economy of this country.Infact, they meet and discuss how to increase the prices of all commodities. The inflation we are going thru is bcoz of selfish indians. These chaps should not be given chance to own companies on their own.Edible oils prices are up becoz of indians. They are chaps who produce edible oils.Immediately govt banned the importation, indians met n increase the price by 100%.Meanwhile,they bought soya beans at 2.5 from local farmers. That is unfair to the country.I hope the govt is monitoring all manufacturing indian companies. We need to empower Zambians n teach them how to work hard otherwise we’ll be losing billions of dollars by these foreigners. Our dollars will be just going coz of foreigners especially indians,Lebanese and Rwandees. These…

  4. There is no society in the world that needs indians, they dont Bank their money, they pay slave wages, they are filthy, they dont build lasting structures, they dont integrate with the society they exist in and these i diots dont even marry our sisters, so tell me, who needs them and for what

  5. EXCELLENT DOCUMENTARY. I AM A ZAMBIAN AND I KNOW THAT INDIANS ARE HARD WORKING PEOPLE. THERE CHILDREN ARE WELL DISCIPLINED AND CULTURED, TOO. I HAVE HAD INDIAN FRIENDS AT SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY AND DAY TO DAY ORDINARY LIFE. THEY ARE BUSINESS MINDED PEOPLE. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE PRACTICALLY TAUGHT BUSINESS SKILLS ON THEIR PARENTS’ BUSINESSES. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH ZAMBIANS. THIS IS NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. ZAMBIANS MUST LEARN FROM INDIANS (AND NOW CHINESE) HARD WORKING AND NOT PARTYING ALL THE TIME. INDIANS ARE LAW-ABIDING LIKE ZAMBIANS. WHICH IS PROBABLY ONE OF FEW COMMON THINGS BETWEEN THESE TWO PEOPLE. HOWEVER, INDIANS MUST INTEGRATE MORE WITH ZAMBIANS AND STOP LOOKING AT THEM AS ONLY FIT FOR HOUSE WORKERS. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM NORMALLY STARTS BETWEEN THE TWO PEOPLES.

  6. Indians by nature don’t like paying tax, How many of you are given a receipt with vat. This is the reason why Indians make money i hope ZRA can visit them because they are not different from post news paper.

  7. As far as integrating is concerned, Indians look for manners… not drunkards. I know, I married one. Been married 17yrs, with 3 gorgeous babies.

    • The beginning of evils such as racism is when you group people and attribute to the group characters negative or positive

  8. A very important fact was left out of this documentary and that is Kenneth Kaunda studied Gandhi’s nonviolence methods in fighting for Zambia ‘ s independence. The documentary is well done. Congratulations!

  9. Indians have different beliefs and most are shaped by their religion. For instance, some Hindu Indians believe in the Caste System which is a form of racism where the light skinned Indian is more desirable than a dark skinned Indian who are referred to as Dalits (Untouchable). The war in Siri Lanka was about between the Tamil Tigers and the Indians was about race. If that can happen to their own dark skinned Indians, what can happen to a black person with no Indian blood?

  10. @unworried bachelor:
Likewise, skin lightening creams have a huge market amongst blacks. As if one is racist against himself??
