  1. I see. Will this make execution of those French deals easier? If it will, next stage is to worry about the repayments as well as whether or not the relaunched airline will be a success…

    • Not surprising PF will support even Amafi.. They are so dull and desperate for anything. This is due to the France trip Lungu did, so that France can give them a loan / open an airline.. very useless.

    • ALL OF US at LT back Miles Sampa for the nexr presdent.

Can I all please have a thumbs up if you agree please?

      Thanks

    • In the midst of the financial crisis this country is going through with dead silence from the Ministry of Finance apart from the dancing of Kadansa junior the forsill has awoken to talk about things he least understands .Mr Forsill tell us about the current debt exposure of the country, why are we still contracting loans Lungu said the contrary, and where have you been man? This explains Lungu s visit to France. They just needed him to support their IMF candidate.I personally was at pains to understand why France would invite a President from a former British colony who is at six and sevens in terms of performance. There is the answer.

  2. You know that you will soon being going there with a begging ball, what a shame, a minister who cannot make a decision beyond his pocket.

    • how will the grandchildren benefit when it will be them paying the price of careless borrowing. UNIP borrowed in the 70s and only the full impact to be felt in the late 80s up to 2000. Yes, he is looking after his pocket as this is the only way he can maintain his job.

  3. Her term is coming to an end in July this year, During this week IMF sent calls for candidates to replace her .she has been there for five years now successfully last appointment being minister of finance for France
she has expressed interest to run for another term and already she has been endorsed by FRANCE UK GERMANY and other regional economic power house including Africa
Whatever rational motive,Should ABC be the only ‘’’’opposer”’ kumonekela , if he endorses against the whole pack even from our regions
Christine largade has embraced the new reforms for IMF as welcomed by stakeholders and is the reason she is popular
if you follow policy developments as they unfold…

    • Agreed. A lot of countries have endorsed her candidature. You forgot to mention the USA which is the world’s no. 1 economy. It is only that in Zambia everything must have a political twist. However, I can’t deny that Chikwanda’s face has become rounded, a sign of good milile. Chikwanda: Mwaiche wandi, tu be practical. Teti unweko ka good, red French wine? Other person: Ehe kuti nanwa mwee. I can have a red one (…laughter) Chikwanda: I have never had this wine. Balumendo bandi ku London they just send ayalekana lekana…(Pours glass of wine… agrees on sitting arrangement… toasts).

  4. global from the negative effects of negative interests rates now a common feature of ECB,SNAB,RIKSBANK AND BOJ including the geopolitics in the BRIKEXIT affecting policy and markets especially the European Monetary System ,largade has shown leadership at the IMF as director you can even see her speak articulately and consistently

There is no other candidate so far

  5. She is humble & chosen by God, like Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
Look at all the distractive comments by opposition parties in 2015, Jameson and all sorts of stupiod comments. Campaigned only for three weeks compared to three months by others. And voters are still saying: this one is human, he looks like us, he feels like us, He speaks like us, he weeps and cries like us, he can eat chitumbuwa like us, he can dance like us, and can even take ka beer like us, we don’t have to search far for the leader that we want.
